I was overly excited to finally take the next step in my journey and buy a car. My first purchase of on my own without any help. A 2018 Nissan Kicks. I felt comfortable coming to this lot.. My mom referred me because she has two cars from Nelson that has served her right. I got my car on February 22nd, today marks two weeks since I drove off the lot. On February 27th, while I m sitting at the bank, Sensors start popping up on the dashboard. Next thing you know the car shuts off while in park. Soo ok I call the seller Stephen and he was really nice about it and advised me to bring it back and service will look at it. According to service it was a sensor that s causing the problem, they cleared it and reassured me it was good and If I had any other problems call them. Okk soo Monday March 4th the same codes pop back up on the dash board, this time with the check engine light. So I call and take it back and inform them how disappointed I am and to please fix it. I waited around this time for about 2 hours and left because we were waiting for the part . He said it s was a sensor that was causing the car not to get enough air flow through the engine, so he ordered a new sensor and recharged my AC. Again reassuring me the problem was fixed. I picked it up Monday the 4th it s now Thursday and those exact same codes are popping up on the dash and the car is hesitant to pick up speed, I don t feel safe in this car that I have worked so hard for. This just very disappointing, I got a new car so I can get to point A and B without worrying about the condition of my car. Now I don t even feel say driving 10 miles to get my daughter from daycare because I don t want to be stranded. I had plans to go out of town this weekend. So excited that my plans are being put on hold so I can take this car back up to Nelson for THE THIRD TIME IN TWO WEEKS. IM HURT.

Steven was amazing!!!! He helped me get into my car quickly and easily, the process was so fast, he got me into a vehicle that I love, especially for my first car!! He was so patient, and sweet and overall such a great person, best customer service I ve had in a while! He made my first car experience amazing.

Absolutely love this place. Kayon is the best person to possibly work with, she makes sure that you're taken care of no matter what. If you're looking for a vehicle and don't know what to do, come here. I promise you won't be disappointed

Steven was my sales person, I only had 1500 as a down payment hadn t been at my job long. Steven got me approved and I was in and out within an hour and half! Would recommend 100 times over Thank you Steven

I will have to say cali was hands down the best sales rep I ve every dealt with she is very professional. She helped me get into a great car with a low down payment. She made sure everything was handled before i came down there since I had a 2 hr drive. I would definitely recommend uses this place for your vehicle need

Kayon Clay is an absolute blessing. She's done everything in her power to get me into a safer and newer car for my daughter and just in time for the holidays. I love this place!! This is our 3rd vehicle and if we ever encountered any issues they were very eager to take care of us right away. This is my kind of place and will only go here to buy vehicles. Great job Steven!! My daughter loves her car.

Kayon Clay is absolutely amazing! We live 2 hours from the dealership and she went above and beyond to help us as much as she could, before we made the trip. I would recommend her over and over again. Again, a wonderful place and a phenomenal sales lady!

Kayon Clay has always been a great sales person. She knew what I liked she didn't force me into something I did not want. She was very honest and straight forward with me. If you looking for a car she would be the best person to talk to because she tries her best to get everyone into a vehicle. And the best part they are not very expensive like other buy here pay here lots.

These people at nelson finance and nelson car country are the lowest of the low when it comes to business. They will steal from you , make you pay way more than what was discussed in the financing process . Don't come here. The car we purchased had TOO MANY issues, burning oil, o2 sensors constantly going out, dies at red lights. So we decided to return the vehicle, went a little further south to Primeaux Mitsubishi, and was amazed by how respectful and nice they were! . They'll actually treat you right. Me and my wife got a almost to new jeep for an amazing price, and amazing rates at Primeaux MitsubishiDon't come to Nelson .

Kayon was fabulous in helping us get a new car. Low and flexible down payments. Easy payment options and easy to get approved! This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. (I've had 8 car purchases).Kayon was exceptional in her help and hospitality. She genuinely cares.They also offer in house insurence that is affordable to drive off lot.Great experience. Callie is amazing I was having a horrible time with a previous car mart and she made it happen she was heaven sent and a joy to work with I love my car!!!!! I changed my mind I ve only had this car for two months have taken it in 4 times and just got it 2 months ago the transmission is bad and they keep lying a fixing it temporarily DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL MAKE LIKE ITS YOU THAT DID SOMETHING I BARELY DRIVE I WORK FROM HOME SO I GO TO THE STORE AND BACK THIS UNACCEPTABLE I MAY AS WELL WALK

Gotta start off by saying I have looked into almost every car lot in Tulsa and Nelson car county is by far the easiest hassle free experience you will find , KAYON CLAY was the kindest, and most helpful during or visit she got us approved quick without any hassle, and best of all she got us in the car we wanted.... most lots would try putting you in what they want but not car county, KAYON CLAY your the best and we thank you , go see KAYON and tell her Lewis price sent you I promise you won t be disappointed , I got my new ride now go get yours...!
