Kevin is VERY friendly! I ve been here before for my antifreeze . I was impressed with their service and they didn t try to sell me or try and get more money out of me. They were upfront and got the job done. They also offer a 10% military discount. Which is always nice. Today Im getting my oil and wipers changed. I like Midas. They haven t done me wrong yet!

Wow, what a truly pleasant experience it was to get my oil changed here today 4/13/24. One technician (Mike) even went above & beyond by adjusting my hood latch, so the hood will openly properly now. Thank you, Mike! Two thumbs up for the quality customer service checking in & throughout the entire process. I will be back again!!

The manager, Kevin, has a great reputation in the area. Sara, who works the desk, was so helpful and very friendly. She helped me understand what was happening in terms I could understand.They got my problem diagnosed, fixed, and sent me on the way in record time. So much easier than the dealership.

Took my car there after the tire store across the street said they couldn't fix a nail and I needed 2 new tires. A kind mechanic told me to get a second opinion at Midas. I came by and the woman at the desk was incredibly kind and worked to plug to hole and showed me how to measure my treads and said I had another year on them. They saved me 500 bucks and a lot of time. I appreciate the honesty. They have earned a new customer.

Sarah was great, very informative and helpful. She was able to set up an appointment and they fit me in right on time! Kevin also awesome, told me exactly what was needed to get done and was very efficient at solving the issue. This place knows what they are doing and they are good at it! I would highly recommend this location.

I came in as a new customer and was met with a smile and welcome customer service was great !!! He even indulged me as I asked a bunch of questions He than proceeded to see what type of engine and than gave good advice saving me quite a bit of money. I highly recommend

I had my check engine light come on and needed to have it diagnosed. I called many different shops around the area and many told me it would be days before they could get me in. I called and Midas said bring it on in and provided excellent and quick service. Definitely would recommend them to anyone I know for your car needs

I have been here twice and can easily say I will not be going to another mechanic. Both times I was helped by the manager and he is a great guy! Talked about turtles the last time I was in and he was super helpful. They always try to get me the best deal and his staff is excellent. Always going above and beyond. If anything goes wrong with my car, I will only go here.

This crew is top notch! On a x-country trip with my elderly father & 3 cats hauling a big U-Haul trailer when engine light came on. Busy Saturday morning and Kevin and his team made the time to help out and get us back on the road very quickly. The care and attention to detail gave us peace of mind during a very stressful experience. We made the rest of the trip with zero issues. Thanks so much and God bless!

This is for the 11123 So Memorial Dr/Bixby Midas store.They are wonderful and go getters there and respect their customers.I sat there while I waited for my car and was able to observe the two gentlemen. The new guy (I think it was his 1st day) and the manager stayed very busy with all of the extras they take care of. Advanced Auto is across the street and I got lucky for my brake pads and rotors.Thanks guys for a very pleasant experience.

Midas in Bixby serviced my Nissan Frontier since 2020.I go there for oil, brakes, tires, alignment and more. I never felt I was sold a service, or was pushed for one, I didn't need.My wife and sister have their cars serviced there too.Kevin G., the manager. I trust him. You can too.

Been coming here for years, family has too, never been lied to or had any issues. Derek and kevin always know what they are talking about and they always do whats right. We came in for a new alternator. We went to same day auto and they were not helpful. We came over to Midas and they were so helpful and easy to work with. They got us in very quickly and worked with us. They charged me $300 for the repair when the other place tried to charge $900-1100 for the same job. Midas got us in and out as quickly as they could and we will most definitely be coming back!Service: Transmission repair

I ve been going here regularly for 4 years. Kevin and Derek are both really great! They get your stuff done in an honest and timely matter.
