Mike and Emily were great! I bought a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country. I LOVE it! They have great cars at great prices. No hard core selling tactics. I was in and out with my new to me car in under an hour. I will definitely buy again from them. AWESOME!

Buyer beware. I called up to purchase a used car and requested a pre purchase inspection. I spoke with the owner, Mike Kilpatrick. He was a little rude, difficult to work with and placed so many obstacles in the way of a pre purchase inspection I walked away (time constraints on the inspection, constant pressure that the car was about to sell, etc.). I was seeking to purchase a used Porsche from a model year that was notorious for engine failures. I don t feel I was being unreasonable. I would advised you to stay away from this dealership.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place ripped us off so bad. To start we bought my first car here in December last year, within the next month I had to fix ignition housing, then brakes, and now the underside of the car is so rusted they can t even fix it. This place also hid rusted holes on the lower trim with BLACK DUCT TAPE. It s just now finally starting to peel off, NEVER NEVER GET A CAR FROM HERE.

I went there because I seen an add online, and I wanted to talk to the sales man to see if I d be able to buy the car.I drove up and I walked in the office right away he told me he was with someone and I needed to step out.I smiled at him and walked around the parking lot looking at the other cars that were available.I come back and his customer is gone.He comes out and asks me what I want, I said well I d like to finance the car that I asked about on the phone.He asked me about my credit (outside of the store) I said well it s not the best.He right away said that i won t be able to buy a car there.I asked him why?He told me that I needed a 700 point credit score to buy a car from his lot.I m very confused at this point.He said he can t help me and I needed to leave.So I left.. maybe it was for the best but I didn t like the way I was talked to.

Bought a Chevy Equinox and within a few months of purchasing the vehicle the engine needed replacing, oil leak and timing chain broke. The frame was rushed through, oil leak, ball joints were rushed and collapsed. The vehicle should never have been sold in the condition it was in.

By far one of the worst car lots I've ever dealt with. The manager is shady and will find a way to screw you over. I would never recommend this car lot to anyone i wish i could give 0 stars. Please go somewhere else with you business!

This is a great place to get a new car! You have the amazing opportunity to experience how much money you ll get to spend on fixing a car that runs like new . I have so much money to blow and love spending it on things that should ve been listed in the cars profile! But what fun would that be! I d much rather get bent over backwards by dealership and lied to!So glad I supported this amazing local business!

Each review posted has a certain amount of bias from the writer. In my situation I am overseas and noticed a Passat and Jetta I thought would be a good car for my daughter. I had my mechanically skilled brother stop (traveling from Texas) by to inspect what Michael told me about the cars over the phone. My brother (usually negative and highly opinionated) verified that what I was told was accurate and he even recommended that I buy it that day.... because it met/exceeded his expectations. Spending almost $9,000 blind takes a lot of faith not to get ripped off. Others say they did not have my experience and that is too bad for all parties.

Customer Service not a priorityOwner is an expert in any and everything, so he thinks. You cant even take the vehicle you are very interested to your own mechanic as they dont allow this....hmmm sure there is a reason behind this as they value the vehicles with a clean NADA value yet 99%of the vehicles on the lot are far from "clean value". The owner may want to read up on what "clean value" is! I don't believe falling headliners, peeling window tint, broken lights, and very visible body damage is consider "clean value" Financial institutions may want to start seeing these vehicles before loaning on them.If you are wanting to go to a place and ask questions on the vehicle you are wanting to purchase this is not your place. The owner doesn't let you get a word in at all and he goes down on the price, then to quickly add a $399 doc fee on top of that so you are back to were you started at or higher. Not a real good way to win customer satisfaction.Better customer service and actually listening would of sold him two vehicles yesterday. Not a good experience for myself and both of my kids as I went in with full intent to help them purchase ones 1st car and the others 1st car on her own. Future business will not happen and I wont ever recommend anyone to this business again, rather it be to sell your own vehicle here or purchase one.If cars sold then why are they still on the lot and the 1st pic on the website?Do yourself a favor, dont go to this "A+rating" lot you with get an F vehicle if you do.

The sales agent who actually showed us the vehicles was very friendly. Older gentleman who wasn't getting around too well. He drove the vehicle for us instead of us driving the vehicle. The manager or owner of the shop however wasn't friendly and quite rude. The salesperson took us in to meet the owner and he waved and went back to watching TV. We were planning on buying a vehicle but because of the owners attitude, we left. We decided to spend our money with a decent human being who would atleast shake our hands. There wasn't a hassle for us to purchase a vehicle which was a plus, however we wanted to look at other vehicles and no one really seemed willing to help. It was more like here's this one vehicle you gonna buy it or not.

Very helpful on the purchasing end. Not quite enough of a selection to choose from in an affordable range.. bought this van less than a week ago and today the check engine light came on. Hopefully it's nothing serious paid almost four grand up front for vehicle.

Mike is your typical used car salesman stereotype. Major mechanical issues with a vehicle purchased from him and he refuses to help out in any way. Several hundred dollars into diagnostics and the repairs are just under twice of what the vehicle is worth. DO NOT do business with this place in any capacity.

Could not have been easier. Even picked me up at the airport. Got a Car I LOVE, and is in Great Condition. Mike and his entire staff went above and beyond before, during and after the sale to make sure I had a Great Buying experience. There is a reason this Car Dealership has been around for decades !!!

BUYER BEWARE, DISHONEST PEOPLE, THANK GOD I READ THE CONTRACT CLOSELY BEFORE MAKING A HORRIBLE MISTAKE. THE ASKING PRICE OF THE TOYOTA MATRIX WAS $7900, WHEN I REVIEWED THE CONTRACT THE SELLING PRICE AND AMOUNT TO BE FINANCED WAS $9500. I CALLED THIS TO MIKE'S ATTENTION AND HE SAID THEY WERE HIDDEN BANK FEE'S BECAUSE I HAD LESS THAN GOOD CREDIT. The truth is Mike said I will give you $2500 in trade for your Toyota Yaris and he raised the selling price to offset my trade in...I WALKED OUT! I DON'T EVEN TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE FOR HIS BUSINESS, BECAUSE IF YOU NOTICE BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY ONE STAR REVIEW THEIR IS A COUPLE 5 STAR REVIEWS, PROBABLY PUT UP BY MIKE TO MAKE THEM LOOK GOOD. ALL'S I KNOW IS THAT IF A BUSINESS IS CROOKED WITH ONE CUSTOMER, THEN WHY TAKE THE CHANCE...THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

Sales experience was ok, just not sure if everything about the car was disclosed at sale. We've had it for less than a year and have had to spend over $1000 in mechanical repairs so far. I was fine with the cosmetic issues the car had but I've had to take it to a mechanic twice in the last two months. The check engine light came on within a month, the temperature gauge is way off, the engine started shaking, then the window stopped working, and the washer fluid never did work even after being refilled, turns out the hose was pinched. We didn't find out the paint job was a mess until it stopped raining... After we took it home. The key fob was missing all the buttons and the cover to the glove box comes off any time you try to open it. We had to drive three hours each way to purchase the car, and it turns out it wasn't worth it.

This doesn t let me give zero stars so you got me for one of those too! Shame on you Kirkpatrick Auto Sales! Shame on you for taking advantage of older women who don t know the first thing about cars and passing a rusted rotten junker off as a fine well cared for automobile. I bet you laughed all the way to the bank! Rusted motor and ruined brakes and the thing has probably been in a flood. You swore it didn t come from an auction but you lied! It came from the river before that! If you are a woman, do not go here, ever! They re not very friendly to begin with and now I have to find another van and haven t even had this one 3 weeks or got it tagged and it s already broke down and not worth fixing the motor is so bad and rusted out. True, as is sale, that s final, I m stuck, but these people don t care if they sell terrible vehicles and that s why I m writing this. Do not buy cars here. They fix them up just enough to pass the test drive and a week later they fall apart! I m sick about this, now will be telling everybody in town they did this to women!

When they pulled my husband's credit to approve him for the car it dropped his credit score 32 points! Never had a car dealership do this to us before. We went somewhere else and we were approved for a much better vehicle with no money down..

Little disappointed in the customer service. Came by and had someone waiting at our car before we even got out of the car (which that wasn't a problem) but within 30 seconds of just standing in the parking lot with him, he told me they couldn't finance to me but I could go across the street for a loan. All he asked was how my credit was, but didn't even look it up himself nor did he care to let me get to that I make $3700 a month before turning me away. That's ok though, South point Honda/Chevrolet and Bob Howard have approved me for financing so I guess they will get my business instead This guy made a mistake on just judging before he even looked into any of my information himself (wish I would have caught his name)

I would not recommend going to this establishment, I went here to purchase a inexpensive car for my son, I will give then this the car I purchased is a good candidate it was a good price. On the flip side of this read the paperwork they have you sign no matter what they say to you, these guys " father and son " told me that the car came with a warranty. I thought this was a great deal they seemed like nice people so I neglected to read the paperwork trusting everything was as they said. They did not tell me that I was paying $1500 for the sub par warranty and when I figured this out opted out for a refund from this supposed warranty company only to get 46% " I did the math " of my money back. If you need a good car at a good price sure go here but don't let these guys pull the same shifty moves on you.

I said I was interested in a car on their lot .. One of the first things Kirk said was "well do you have a deposit on you"To which I replied "Yes"He then said "well do you want to go ahead and put it down so I can run your credit?"I replied "sure."He then ran my credit and said I was approved. But would need to get some more info. I asked to think about it and come back the following day.To which he replied, "Okay, but your deposit is non refundable."I hadn't even looked inside the car or test drove the vehicle and, for lack of better terms, got scammed out of $500 and was forced to buy a lemon!I was then given the option to loose $500, or buy the car. Thanks to the owner of this beautiful establishment. I bought the car. 3 months later of driving to work and back everyday the car broke down, I sent it to the shop where they gave me a $14,000 ticket to fix my car! There are lots of dealerships in Tulsa, I would recommended anyone except this guy.

Superior service! Great selection of nice used vehicles. I LOVE how clean the vehicles are, very tasteful for the price and quality product. Mr. Kirkpatrick told me they've been servicing family generations for 34 years! Obviously, they're doing something right. I definitely trust this dealership! We putchased our son's first car here and he LOVES it! We have 2 more younger kids that I'm sure we'll purchase their vehicles from Kirkpatrick Auto Sales. Thank you sooooo much! You guys are great!

I first found one of Mike's cars on Craigslist back in Oct. I showed up to the lot and the car was already sold & gone (that happens, no big deal). That same day I test drove and purchased a Fiat for my business and it has, so far, been the best purchase I have made. In the following two months I went back and bought two more cars to grow my business.Mike's deals are the best I've found in town. I'm not sure how he keeps his prices so low, especially at the milage some of them have. Mike also worked with me on the prices for the additional two cars I bought. I booked both purchases and they were fair.I'm not sure why there are so many one-star reviews here. I read a few. One guy was upset that his warranty costed so much and nobody told him. I got the warranty on one of my cars and asked all the questions. Who buys a warranty without bothering to ask how much it costs??

Was a good experince, guys were friendly and the sale was smooth only thing i didnt like was the fine print that cost me another grand just to hold it for me while i went to the bank to get a cashiers check... And that didnt seem to be optional.. other than that the car runs great, and so far so good!! thanks kirkpatrick!
