They did a great job! I haven't been to a Jiffy Lube in many years so I forgot how they operate and I started to freak out when they started working on my car before asking me what I wanted (how do they know?) But they were super nice to me and listened to me and reassured me. They have their whole routine down pat and did a wonderful job! I felt bad for panicking but they really took it in stride and were very nice. Just wanted to thank them again for the excellent customer service. It was very appreciated and didn't go unnoticed.

I can't say enough about this store! Chris the manager is awesome and always looking out for me and issues that I didn't see. His crew is the best a friendliest. They are quick to get me in and out quick every time. I drive from Broken Arrow to this store just because of their great service.

I like Jiffy Lube. They are an honest and reputable company. Their employees are kind and knowledgeable. I've never had to wait longer than an hour. In and out quickly. If I'm not sure about something, all I have to do is ask, and I always get an honest answer.

I came over to get my oil changed after I got a nail in my tire and was waiting for new tires to come in. The tire store across the street told me I needed two new tires even though I didn't have 4 wheel drive. I mentioned to the mechanic what was going on and they took me aside and said to get a second opinion since they didn't think I needed new tires. Ended up going to another place and getting the hole plugged for free. I really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. Oil change was quick and wonderful too. Thanks so much!

Wow, like really wow stopped in today for oil change, we were greeted with excellent customer service and instructed to wait inside. Waited about 5 mins and was informed that maybe our oil life calculator wasn t reset last time we were there. They quickly checked fluids and a few other options and told us they would provide another sticker with updated mileage and to come back then. Every SINGLE employee we interacted with was extremely nice and polite. Didn t catch anyone s names in our brief encounter. Will be back 100% next time. Whomever is managing this place is doing something right! Thanks!

2nd time I've left this facility with missing tire stem caps. I replaced the missing ones previously and this time, I drove next door to Discount Tire for a tire rotation and checked to see if any were missing and yes, 2 caps were missing. I walked back over to this facility and let them know that this was the 2nd time the stem caps were not replaced after checking tire pressure. The folks at Discount Tire put new caps on for free.

I attended the Jiffy Lube business today as my car signals indicated that I should check it for service. I was welcomed by the professional young people who immediately checked the car to see what if anything needed to be done. Kelly then advised me that everything was in order except that there was small pressure in the tiresThe young professional guys dealt with the problem, and Kelly did not charge me for the service despite my insistence.I left Jiffy Luby satisfied that they had investigated the car properly.I want to emphasize the fact that the service was prompt, and the welcoming was friendly and reassuring. I will definitely go back to this place. Kelly is a very sweet and lovely person!

Fast service and great customer service. Everyone was so nice to me. I came in because I had no idea I was low on oil and they topped me off last minute. I really enjoyed the experience. This is the best location, I been bringing all my vehicles here for years and they are always fast, professional and give the best advice. The crew at this location is the best, I wouldn t go anywhere else for my vehicles service.

Got a basic oil change. Drive out and my front left tire is rubbing, and the bumper sensor is beeping. I go back, they put the tabs back in to keep the plastic off my tire, and tell me they don't work around sensors so they don't know anything about it. Now I'm stuck having to listen to my sensors constantly beeping. Didn't have that problem, but I do now.

The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. I have not had good luck in the past with Jiffy Lube but this one in Bixby has changed the way I look at their business I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you, Chris and team.

If you choose to have a service at the Bixby Jiffy Lube, DO NOT, accept the complementary window washing service that comes along with it! The young weekend staff pays more attention to each other in conversation then they do working on your vehicle. An $88 oil change will now cost me much more then $88. I left a review per the email that was sent out, not even calling out specifically that my car had been VERY scratched by the young man that washed the windows while conversing with another young female staff member, knowing full well that what happened would never be fixed, so I was just leaving a review and moving on. When the manager, Chris, reached out to find out what had happened, I explained what my husband, daughter, and myself had watch happen during my oil service, he stated how can I correct this? In response I stated unless you are going to pay to repaint my car, nothing. He said, come down here when you have time and we will look at your car and see what we can do to correct this. Knowing full well I was wasting my time, I chose to drive way out of my way to go back to the shop and let him look at my car. The manager stood there and argued with me that a micro fiber cloth that they use to wash windows will never scratch a paint job. Well when you wipe a paint job that is covered in dirt, you scratch the paint!!!!! Needless to say, after going well out of my way driving to Bixby to let him look at it, I was told the cameras never show the young man scratching the car with the cloth. I informed the manager that he should replay the camera from the lobby as he will hear me tell my husband , that idiot isn t even paying attention to what he s doing because he s washing the car not just the window. To that I was told, our cameras don t have audio. So long story, the manager had zero intention of correcting this situation as I expected, he argued with a paying customer, and lost my business! The weekend manager is a much better fit for the manager position! At least he didn t argue and act like I was someone who didn t know what I was talking about. I did email one of the owners to the company asking for a call back to discuss the way the manager treated a paying customer before I left this google review as I wanted to give him an opportunity to handle this all himself. Needless to say, I got no response and decided that this review was the next step. I NEVER reached out for them to fix my car knowing full well they wouldn t. So this review isn t a money thing. I knew full well they would never take accountability for the scratches. No one in my family and none of our friends will be using Jiffy Lube in this area again.Service: Oil change

The staff was friendly and worked efficiently to get my vehicle road ready for our family vacations! Would recommend this location over any oil change place in Tulsa. It s always the same staff so obviously they do their job well if they re still here!

I stopped in today with some very specific requests for a very special car .to me. The team went above and beyond to meet my request and made me feel very comfortable with their hospitality and attention to detail. I can t say enough about their level of customer service. Not something you see very often these days. Great job!!!!

I needed an oil change for a trip the next day. Not realizing initially that the location closed in 20 mins. The entire team was beyond courteous to myself and family. Even staying a few mins passed the time to ensure everything was done, with topped of fluids and cleaned windows!! I will be making this my regular vehicle service location!Service: Oil change

This is the absolute best place to get your oil changed!! At your service the minute you drive up, stays on top of things and sent on your way within a very short time...didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. Offered water or snack while I sat and Carrie is so sweet and friendly to everyone!! They are #10 in my book...

This place always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and informed! They always have great energy, are upfront about wait times, and are a place that I don t feel intimidated to go to as a woman! They never make you feel dumb and always do a great job and efficiently as well! Best oil change service I ve experienced and don t plan to go anywhere else!
