I struggled for a couple days to find the right body shop to repair my truck. I chose Fix Auto in Bixby and they were nothing short of amazing. They did a fantastic job and five days ahead of schedule. Personal hand wash before delivery. They cut no corners. If you re looking like I was, I assure you they do fantastic work! Look no further. Thank you Larry and team!

The staff at Fix Auto Bixby was very helpful and informative. They not only completed the work with excellent craftsmanship but went above and beyond on the repair! My 12 year old car looks new again!!! Better than we could have ever imagined. So refreshing in a cultural climate where many shops do shoddy work just to get by. You won t be disappointed if you use their services!!

I googled funds this shop I Went there they very professional they looking parts right away they fixed my car quickly . The favorite part. The front bumper color is March my car color this this made me happy ! I had same problem before with difference shop the color was not same but they don t care . This shop is reliable! wish give 10 stars God bless everyone finds reliable shop

They are great! Highly recommend. First used them on an insurance claim from an auto accident with my sons jeep compass. Then another car had a very minor repair and they were so kind to work me in within days and had it done in hours. They completely listened to what I wanted done and my needs. No drama, easy to work with, great communication, and not an intimidating auto experience. With both repairs, they were happy to answer all my questions.

I got into an accident in another state and moved before any work could be done. THANK GOODNESS!!! I got a half effort estimate from a shop in my home state. I needed work to be done with a new estimate here. I m new to the area and didn t even know where to start. Im so thankful that I ended up going with Fix Auto Bixby! They were very thorough, fixing everything that needed to fixed unlike the other shop that didn t even pop the hood for the estimate! Joslyn was so nice and personable. Joslyn s customer service alone deserves 5 stars! From my first interaction, to updates, to picking up, everything was AMAZING!!! THANK YOU JOSLYN AND FIX AUTO BIXBY. My Charger looks pretty again!

Super grateful for these people. 3 days before Christmas and 4 days before we were leaving out of town, my wife had her first wreck in 24 years of diving. Joslyn took care of us and came back to the shop to park our car inside the shop after we dropped it off after hours and during their shutdown for the Christmas break. Communication has been great throughout with all involved, and the Acadia looks brand new. Highly recommend them.

Considering the damage my car took, I believe that this shop did perhaps the best job that could have possibly done. A big reason and the main reason for this positive review is the people here have been very responsive and do a good job of keeping you updated. They have continued to address my concerns even after getting the car back. They really meant it when they said "call if you need anything, have questions, or if you notice anything kind of off." They have stood by their word and I thank them for that.

I LOVE these people! Jocyln is an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. If every business had a Jocyln working with clients there would be no complaints! Great experience every time. Sadly I ve been here three times for repairs or estimates and they re great over and over again. Nowhere else I d go in Tulsa.

I'm not sure that I can write a reivew that correclty reflects how thankful I am to have picked Fix Auto Bixby. I was at an absolute loss (in more ways than one) with a wrecked car situation and I ended up on the phone with Larry. He stepped in and helped coordinate and get us through the situation we were in, when no one else wanted to be helpful. We will be customers for life. I can't say enough good things about Larry and his team. Thank you.

I had a tree limb fall on my wife s car and I took it to Fix it Auto Bixby. They were very easy and professional to work with. They were able to help me deal with my insurance company and they were up from and honest about costs and lead times on parts. When I got the car back I was amazed, they replaced the hood, headlight, windshield, and fixed several dents and they matched the paint perfectly and everything looked better than before the limb hit the car. They also did really good job communicating when the windshield was delayed by a couple days, instead of giving me the runaround. After I got my car back I had an issue arise and they jumped on it and made it right immediately! Overall I had a great experience dealing with them, I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body work.

Larry and the staff at Fix Auto did an outstanding job repairing my sons wrecked older Nissan Altima. He went over and beyond to find parts from salvage since we wanted to repair it as inexpensively as possible, given the circumstances. They do great work, are very reasonable and honest, and got his car back looking great very quickly! I always recommend them to friends and family who need repairs! We have used Larry for body work for over 22 years (also at his previous business) and have never been disappointed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Larry, and his team, went above and beyond. They were honest and communicated about all of the steps. My car was stolen, they leveled with me about the issues when it was returned, and took time to explain everything. Hope I never have to, but I feel better knowing who to call for repairs like this now. If above 5 stars was an option, I'd give it to them.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I took my 2019 GMC Sierra Denali for an estimate to damaged right front bumper recieved from being ran into recently. As insurance had already sent funds based upon their estimator. Fix Auto was extremely professional and cleaned bumper and suggested I obtain small paint kit from GMC to cover minimal damage. They could have repaired bumper but didn't really need too. Larry Ham and Joslyn Hughes were incredibly helpful when I needed body work on my car. Larry clearly explained the process and put me at ease by indicating a probable time frame and giving me an honest appraisal of the damage. He went beyond the call of duty in his service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the initial phone call with Justin explaining my problem (dropped my wedding band in a can t reach area) to having Larry go above and beyond to get it for me! The customer service, patience and attention to detail is unmatched. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go here for your car needs - I know I have found my auto shop!

Larry and his staff at fix auto in Bixby are the best in what they do. Have a 89 Chevrolet silverado and parts are hard to find. With them continuing to search and not giving up they found what they needed to repair my truck. It even looks better before it was wrecked.
