I have used this location on my last two tire replacements. The staff has always been helpful and punctual.Today I took my lawnmower tire to have them replace the tube (because I had a hard time pushing the tire back into the rim), Matt and Brandon were very professional. They helped me with the job and didn't even charge me. I highly recommend this location! Could not ask for better customer service.

Went to get a flat fixed, after them patching it they find a bubble on the inner sidewall that they magically didn't see after removing it, of course they don't have the tire, it's 2 days out and 400.00, yes for one tire. So they put my spare on and did not put the wheel and tire they removed back in the vehicle. I am at work and I sent my wife to get a nail patched and then have to buy a $400 tire and then i get a call from them saying they forgot to put my tire and wheel back in the car after my wife had left! REALLY? So after shopping around nobody had the tire , ordered it thru discount tire, they got it 2 days later of course i take the car there this time. They put it on and pulled the car out front and the center cap is missing, and they didn't say a thing, luckily i noticed it, yep they lost it! They say we will get u one, I said when? they said couple days. So I was like yea right they'll forget by then. So I had to go to the dealership buy the center cap and go back to discount tire for my money! I won't be back to discount tire they have careless, clueless people working there!Update 11-22-23 Same vehicle same issues with another tire after getting it patched at Hibdon tires. This time i took the tire off myself, inspected it and documented it and took it there , a bubble formed on the inner sidewall after repair, confirming it was not there on the above review! Thankfully Hibdon tires is a standup company and replaced the tire free of charge with a different brand name at my request. I am done with Discount tire company and Pirelli tires! The pictures are both of the junk Pirelli tires!

I really appreciated how easy it was to get new tires after a blowout left me on a donut. The friendliness of the staff and help making the best choice made a tough situation a little easier. Service was fast and the facility is clean and comfortable. Thank you to Jace and the team for making my day a little less stressful!

I went in to get my tires aired up because the pumps at QT suck. They were so nice and friendly. My pressure light was still on and when I checked the tires were not where they should be. I went back and they were super friendly again and checked them for me and they were right where they were supposed to be. It was a user error but they were kind enough to teach me how to check the right way. I really appreciate the positive attitudes and kindness they showed me. It can be nerve wracking sometimes as a young single mom that knows nothing about cars. So thank you guys!

I went in to get my daughter four new tires and there was a mix up in what tires i ordered and they ended up helping me get the right tires and couldn't of been nicer!

I love the way they a special area defined by cones to pull in and get your tires filled to the optimum pressure! The men are always friendly!

I got my tires at Discount in Tulsa before I moved to Bixby. I was supposed to have a 60,000 mile warranty on my tires. When I got them balanced and rotated, the guy told me my tread was low, and my tires only had 20,000 miles on them. I was told my warranty was not going to cover my tires. I got mad and left. I will never do business with Discount again unless I get satisfaction.

Discount Tire is the absolute best!! I have a roofing company (Rise Roofing & Construction) and have purchased 5 sets of Michelins over the last few years. They are priced better than ANYONE, they are fast, and have top tier customer service! One of the last good American companies around. I refer all of my friends and family here. Ask for Matt or Andrew! They stand by there company, and are proud to be there.

I was a walk-in for a tire rotation in the late afternoon and they got my vehicle serviced pretty quickly. They listened to my request for pulling my full size spare into the rotation and were upfront about the wear of each tire. Very friendly.

Really good group of people to work with. I brought them my 2016 Lamborghini Huracan with a nail in the tire. They got me an upgraded set of tires in less than two days. You could tell they really cared about doing good work and were very careful with the car.Great experience and would recommend them to all car owners including exotics.

This is a new location, I like this location so far it's not to busy. The staff are nice and helpful. This location on staff alone they could train employees that work at other locations by the customer service they give. The location is clean and the service was fast.

Had a screw between two treads in my tire. They said they could fix it but then say that it s too close to the shoulder and I d have to buy a new tire which I just bought these tires two months ago.

Stranded on I40 overnight when traveling through OK from out of state and found Matt at Discount Tires after calling many other tire stores in several towns. GREAT SERVICE! I cannot recommend this location and Matt enough. If you re in this area and looking for tires you must give them a call or drop by. If I lived in Oklahoma I would never go to another tire store or see another service person other than Matt again!

Happy to sell you tires. Good lucking getting in for them to remount your tire after they mounted it incorrectly. Salesmen working but not a soul in the shop in the middle of the day(after lunch).

Great place! Great people working there, super helpful and friendly! And they get right to work on my car. I went in for 1 tire realized I needed 2 but they had to wait for the 2nd tire to come in and I couldn t return till 2 days later so they put a loaner tire on my car for safety for no additional charge! I will definitely come back to Bixby Discount Tire!!

I never do reviews but felt like I needed to for this shop. Very Friendly/Knowledgeable staff and super quick installation of all 4 new tires. Would recommend to anyone in need of tires.

I had a buldge in one tire and nails in two other tires. The tires with the nails I was told could not be repaired. I asked for 4 new tires. They only had 3. They told me they rotated the old tire to the back ,they did NOT.

Bought two sets of tires within a few days. Was helped by Tyler and Mike. They were very helpful, price matched, walked me through rebate process.Customer service A+Cost A+Installation time A+Selection A+Proximity A+Cleanliness A++ (Double plus because not only was the shop and waiting area spotless, they were taking additional precautions to combat C-19)

Great customer service! I went in for a flat tire and Matt inspected all my tires and advised me on which ones were needing replaced. He made sure to stay within my budget and I was out of there in 30 mins!
