Brandon responded to my FB posting looking for help with my 56 Dodge pickup. He said he would get things done after 6 weeks which is about 10-12 weeks ago. Since then, he wouldn't respond other than once for every 3 or 4 saying 'he will get back when ready'; else an automatic message that they are busy restoring something. Finally he sends a rude and unprofessional message saying we might not be a good fit. I was not looking for any 'fitment', it was Brandon who contacted me offering services, convinced me to wait rather than going elsewhere- as his is a 'family thing'!!!. Well, he manage to waste my time and prevented me from getting on the wait-list elsewhere that was to take 12 weeks. Great customer service, Brandon for not only for NOT doing the job, but also for wasting my time!!!

The owners worked with us to help resolve issues we had. The car has now been painted, and I must say, it looks gorgeous! If all keeps going well, I hope to change my review from a 3 star to a 5. Thank you Brandon for listening to our concerns.

Brandon and his team at CFR have really out done themselves with the work on my 61 cadillac. Highly recommend this family-owned/operated restoration business for anyone needing work done on their classic, antique, or vintage car.
