Just brought home a 2017 dodge grand caravan from car mart Bixby. CJ was so friendly and made the process so smooth, as did Heidi! CJ brought out coloring stuff for my kids to keep them entertained, it was like hanging out talking to a old buddy while getting our approval all done the minivan is so CLEAN and seems to be a very well kept vehicle and LOVE the warranty that comes with this car it gives me such good peace of mind PLUS only having this loan be a 3 year loan is awesome as well! Car will be paid off quickly which I like! Just all around best experience I've had with car buying. Thank you !!!!

My experience was easy by far great customer service and the seller was amazing I don't remember there names but manager and seller were amazing I didn't even think I was getting my car! But thank you Car-Mart Bixby!

My husband bought a truck here not even a month ago, and it already has some issue that they said it won't be covered, we literally got the truck like this and they are saying it isn't covered. We should have went somewhere else. Do not go to car mart unless you want to be screwed over.

Worst lot to get a car from. And worst company to get a car from. They do not care about you or what situation you are in. Made my payments higher while I go on UNPAID maternity leave and expect me to pay it while I don t have a job. Makes no sense.

They are working with me to fix the mechanical issues that the Buick has from the start, I'm impressed of their effort, and professional kindness I have spent the first 2 days taking it to be worked on. And still have to go into shop again. ? I have used around 200 miles of the 500 miles or 7 day trial based going from my house to places to have work done so far. But I really like the way they are stepping up to fix the issues.

Just went in today with my wife and had the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Got a full tank of gas with our down payment. Spun their prize wheel and won some free tools. Also got some free snacks and sodas out the door. I wished all car place was as awesome as these guys/lady's at car mart. Will be coming back in the future after car is paid for.

The new GM Anthony helped us so much! Came in with a car that was barely running. Transmission was shot he worked quickly with an amazing Salesmen CJ (who has taken care of me before). They got me in a new car right after I got off work, gave me an amazing deal on my car and the new one and got me out the door with a full tank of gas. Definitely so glad I stopped by and now I feel safer with my family in our new car. Thanks again guys!

0 stars really....I was sold a car that AFTER being told there was nothing wrong with it, 19 days later broke down on the highway with my daughter in the car. Days after, no one at car mart knew where my vehicle was or how it got to where it is or how to get it back. I am still waiting for results. Completely unprofessional and disorganized.

I couldn t have asked for a better experience! I needed a new car and was a return customer just trying a different branch of Car Mart to get a wider range on what vehicles I had as options. I spoke with CJ and he was amazing! He was very helpful and explained everything and was very open with pricing and how much he could use for wiggle room to ensure I was happy with my chosen vehicle and price. I definitely recommend him and His amazing boss Tanner! The atmosphere is so welcoming and I m happy to say I ve now used car mart for 3 vehicle purchases in my life!!

I purchased a Dodge Durango from Car-Mart and they were professional, quick to assist and so polite. Even when I fell behind on a payment they were quick to call and make sure everything was OK first and see what they could do to help get me back on track. They worked with me to make arrangements without any trouble.

CJ and Latoya are both extraordinary at what they do. We called and they welcomed to help us with finding our vehicle. We had our new car within a few hours of arriving. Everyone here is beyond welcoming and professional. They make the process so easy and explain each step in detail. If you or anybody you know needs a car (hassle-free), call this place!

My Daughter and I came in the door.Your employees were very polite and they had me test driving in no time at all and was very professional about answering all our questions and guided us through the process. I'm happy to be a customer and I am very satisfied with my new ride . You need to give everyone there a raise in pay

We bought a jeep patriot and one thing after another...blown tire when we were givin a iou then ball bearing fell out then car wouldn't start also oil leaks too ...back window won't go up and now today car died with a electrical smell this place sells lemons! Complete junk cars for top dollar and takes advantage of those needing a vehicle I do not recommend car mart

Clayton and CJ were amazing! They made our experience so pleasant and helped us out so much. So easy to work with and very friendly! Thank you guys for the easy car buying experience! update: Clayton has since been fired for promising what he couldn t deliver. My car has been into the shop more than I have driven it and keep getting the run around!

We can certainly say that Shawn is great! He worked with us and helped us get the car we wanted even though it was from a different lot. He made us feel like the customer and their circumstances matter. He was very nice and explanatory and took care if us all the way. He also made sure that the vehicle we purchased was in good working and satisfactory order. We had a couple issues with it that he quickly helped us get taken care of. Very happy and satisfied with our experience at CarMart in Bixby and with the manager Shawn.

Ive been paying all my payments on time until a drunk driver hit me. Ive been hesitant on calling carmart back but i did and cj answered. He was very understanding and told me to file a claim through them so they can help me in any way. Im very greatful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Terrible horrible place to buy a car. They change management so often that nobody knows anything about the current accounts. Run for your life! If you are 5 days behind but do make your payments regularly they non-stop call and show up at your house banging on your door and yell for you to come to your door. I work nights in the ER and have told the Bixby Carmart this over and over again. Bur, when you go through managers and don't hire people who are trained to respect and value their customers you end up feeling harassed! I Have called the corporate office twice now and sadly they aren't any better. Please DO NOT buy a big purchase like a car from Carmart.

I must say I have dealt with Car-Mart in the past and different locations but by far Bixby is in my opinion #1 even over the big Car-Mart in Sheridan in Tulsa. CJ was our salesman and I was so glad he was still there we spoke with him last year but did not actually purchase anything then but did later at the Sapulpa location with my daughter. I must say I'm not a fan of that one. So Saturday February 4th we decided to go to the one in Bixby because of CJ and I wanted to speak to someone I already have a relationship with. Heidi the manager now rocks she is a superstar and she needs to be kept there andCJ and the other team members they're all awesome, they make you feel like family, they're friendly and they don't leave you hanging. So anytime I want to deal with Car-Mart in the future it will be with bixby if staff remains as awesome as the current employee are!!!!!!Nona Price

The people at this location are super friendly and helpful! CJ is an awesome sales guy and Alyssa always is available for my questions. They worked relentlessly to find the right car for me. It would be five stars except, as to be expected with any buy here/pay here s, the cars aren t in the best condition mechanically. Shop carefully.

Clayton and CJ I can t Thank you both enough for everything you did in making my car purchase right. When I purchased this vehicle from a previous manager there were some minor issues which NEVER got fixed, However CJ remembered them and vouched for us and Clayton didn t hesitate to get them fixed and quickly he did. Again we appreciate all that you did in making it right. You two make a great team. I wish all car salesman were like you both. Thank you guys!!!!Tami L

John was awesome. He got me into the vehicle I needed and wanted, at payments I can afford and was more than willingly to go the extra mile to get the deal done. Cliff was great as well, working through the app process and making sure everything was lined out correctly. Great team, clean office and great cars. Would you recommend any day to anyone
