I really like going here over other places. These guys are really helpful and professional and caring. Other places are not like that. Today Ed helped me with a battery. He was awesome. Thanks for helping me and your advice.

Grateful for them. I walked in an immediately helped me with the battery on my car key. They looked up what I needed and even installed it. I was out the door in 2 minutes. Best employees & service EVER!

On a x-county trip and engine light came on. Jonathan ran diagnostics and tried to fix but didn t have the tools for my model car. Recommended local garage, and when we arrived he had called ahead and they were waiting for us. So helpful in our stressful situation and we couldn t be more grateful. Thank you!

Store 570 My IPhone Charger stop working and ANTONIO checked my plug and it was working! He checked my charger and it was broken ( he discovered just by looking at it. My vision was NOT GOOD enough to se it was broken! So he sold me a replacement for 9.99. AUTOZONE PLEASE let him know he knowledge was AMAZING the WHOLE CREW GREET ME and they were smiling they were a pleasure to do business with. We usually use a different provider! I will drive back to this store! I told BRAD MGR his employee was OUTSTANDING!Thanks AUTOZONE

My favorite Autozone. Had to get a new car battery today. Didn t get the Guy who replaced my battery in this cold rain. I really appreciated it! The guys here are always friendly and courteous to help me.

The kid thats works there with the long hair is an idiot and sold me the wrong battery and try to argue with me when I too it back. I showed him that autozone dont even carry valuecraft battery for my car and he didnt say nothing lol. They think they are very knowledgeable when obviously they aint lol.

Excellent service. Jonathan changed my spark plugs, gave me solid advice, and wasn t condescending in the slightest (a rare attitude to find as a woman at any auto shop). Would absolutely return

I tried to make a return for an item I purchased and was denied. I lost my receipt but had proof of purchase on my debit card. The product was unopened also. The employee profiled me immediately upon me entering and continued to give me a hard time and denied my return. Please don't do business with this racist company who profiles Hispanic Americans.

Brake light went out. Walked in and was helped immediately. Manager installed it for me. In and out in just a few minutes. Excellent!

WOW!! Avoid AutoZone at all costs. The local and regional leadership have absolutely no integrity. On 7/23/23 I went to the Bixby AutoZone to purchase windshield wipers for a 2021 BMW X5. The associate told me the proper fit for my vehicle so I purchased the blades. The parts manager- Jonathan told the associate they were not correct and got a different pair. As I was about to walk out, they didn't ring up my entire order so I had to run another transaction. Meanwhile Jonathan offered to install the wiper blades. As I was finishing up my second transaction I was walking out and witnessed Jonathan drop the metal blade on my window while attempting installation. Fast forward 45 to 60 minutes later he and the store manager both (Zach Mclaughlin) could not get the wiper blades on. At about this time, I noticed my car windsheid begin to spider and worsen more and more. Jonathan replied "oh s%%t". Zach told me to get 2 quotes and AutoZone would replace the windshield. I provided 3 quotes on 7/24/23 to Zach in person per his request. He said they would send me a check but had to get this cleared first because it was "far more money than he anticipated". It was roughly $299 and $499 for the calibration through Safelite or $1800 through BMW. Fast forward to 7/26/23, Zach said they will not be paying for a replacement because Jonathan is denying doing it. I spoke to the regional manager- Frasier Gonzales who was super arrogant and said its their word against my word. I expected what I thought was a reputable company such as AutoZone to not be this pathetic. I have since scheduled my windshield to be replaced out of my own pocket. I can only hope enough people that value integrity and honesty like myself read this post and choose to take their business elsewhere. Unfortunately, very few people in this world anymore have any sort of accountability for their actions. Zach, Jonathan, and Frasier have absolutely no integrity. Ultimately, I left without windshield wipers and a broken windshield. You can assume if this post is still here, the response from the owner/customer service fell on deaf ears as did everyone else's poor experiences. You can see their basic bot level response to everyone's comments that doesn't actually attempt to rectify the issue. It's simply manipulation to make those reading these that "someone cares" however, without any actual action.

This place is ACE! I experienced 1st hand help from Jonathan & the team here. I was stuck & he came to my rescue to help me with my key fob. Thank you so very much for your kindness. And Thank you to your Manager who said Yes, go & help the Lady! WOW! We need more people like you guys in our world today. God Bless you. This place rocks!!

New to town and this location is right next to my house. I went in once to get a few small things and it was good service. Soon enough I had a few car issues start happening in the next few weeks. Now I lost my parents when I was young so I never had someone to really show me how to fix things along that nature. There were a few parts I was told to buy and that I would be able to fix them myself. After a 100 "how to videos" I went in for the parts and I figured I would ask if they could me install them. Sure enough it was a friendly yes and the gentleman was quick and friendly he even showed me the steps as he was going along as he could tell I was really watching him trying to learn. They even helped me install a battery as well. I will always be thankful for the little things and for saving myself hours of labor if I would have done it myself at home. I highly recommend this location and their staff!

Wow talk about top notch service! Being a female and knowing nothing about cars, only that my wipers were awful, I came in and was greeted by Daniel D. Such a great guy, he definitely needs a raise! Very helpful, showed me all my selections, services they offer and even put on my wiper blades and filled up my washer fluid in the rain! Great first experience, will definitely be changing over to Auto Zone! - One happy customer!

My car has been having some electrical issues so naturally I took the car up to AutoZone to have the battery tested and the manger was nice enough to spend about an hour going over several things since the battery and start test both came back good. We then decided to go ahead and purchase a battery to see if it was the issue and I was promised by him that if the battery wasn t the issue when I came back the following night that he would return the battery and give me the one I exchanged. To my surprise when I got to the AutoZone that manager decided to take a lunch and I was helped by another manager who informed me they would not be doing a return because once the battery was installed it was mine and could not be returned. After explaining to her what the other manager had promised me previously the night before she told me it didn t matter the battery is mine now and walked away. Now I m out $209 because I was under the impression I would be getting it back if the problem wasn t solved. Thanks AutoZone!!

I don't want to be mean but after working auto parts for over a decade. I would say I know what I'm talking about. The salesman really didn't know how to look stuff up. I stood watching him after giving my information. It was for an oil filter for a motorcycle. The store was clean and presentable so that was nice. I will go to their competitors primarily but will go here if I really have to.

Went to this store for the first time today, I always have a good experience with AutoZone but this store was more than helpful, answered all of my questions, and then tested my battery and alternator. After letting me know I needed a new battery only they offered me 3 different priced batteries all with warranties from low to high so I could have options, and then went ABOVE and beyond to go out front and replace my battery for me. Never made me feel dumb, I appreciate you guys!

I stopped by this location a few weeks ago to have them read the codes when my Check Engine light came on. Jarrod and Zack went above and beyond to help me diagnose the problem. They found the part I needed and even some tools I could borrow to replace the ignition coil. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - would highly recommend this location!

Went in because cabin blower fan wasnt working. Friendly welcome, helpful people.The guy came out and was willing to troubleshoot for me. There's a few things it could be apparently but he came out and ruled out the electrical possibilities and found that the fan has a dead spot.Going the extra mile matters. Just wished I would have caught his name... Although everyone there was helpful.

I would just like to say that your employees at the hundred 21st Street and Memorial AutoZone went way and be above and beyond her Call of Duty today helping out a stranger with a flat tire to the best of her ability. I was thankful for her even though we didn't get the tire fixed she tried her best to all extent thank you for having such a great employee.

This place is good for information and buying material need. They don't accept any antifreeze for recycling, but they will recycle oils. I came in one day to look for and oil change kit, didn't really know what to look for. The manager at the time, seems more like an engineer rather than an associate. I was a little bit put off, but Engineers are excellent for finding out what is truly going to help your car. So, you might be able to ask one associate about windshield wipers and they could help also help you with finding the right glue and fabric for your interior. Then, ask another associate about the right spark plugs end which wire's you should buy first. it's a mixed Bunch for sure, but that's what's great about this location.

The folks that work here are so kind and helpful. They ve helped me find the correct parts for my car and even assisted in replacing them. Or gave me recommendations on where to go for more help. I would 100% recommend you stop here when you need a part or advice on your vehicle.
