Justin was extremely professional and catered to every need I had. If something wasn t right he made it right without me even asking. I recommend Justin and his company more than most companies I have ever dealt with. Justin does business the old fashion way, which to me means the right way.

When I decided to put a flatbed on my personal truck, the first place I went was to see Justin Doke at Arrowhead. After talking to him, we decided to go with a Crownline bed, it had to be custom ordered. I got my truck back and was happy to have a flatbed,,,, went to a job out of state and noticed one day that the tool boxes leaked and held water. After I got that cleaned up, I noticed the powder coating was peeling off,,,, I let Justin know , he sends it back to Crownline to fix it..... When I get it back they had just done a halfway job of trying to fix it. So I wrote a review online of what I thought about the customer service they provided. Crownline responded with rhetoric saying it was because of me and Arrowhead!!! After hearing about everything that had evolved, Justin called me and said he wants to make it right. He replaced my bed with a CM bed at no cost to me, even after I offered to help out. If you want good products, and customer service above and beyond anyone else around,,, go see Justin. Exceptional customer service! Now he has another happy customer giving a good review, recommending his products and services..... That's how you run a business.
