Quick and friendly service!I called in the afternoon on Tuesday to request service. I dropped my car off late that night using the courteous drop box. They called me Wednesday morning with the diagnosis and discussed ordering parts. By today, Thursday, morning my van was ready for pick up with everything completely fixed!When I couldn't get there before they closed, they suggested to put my keys in the car with receipt while I pay over the phone and I used my spare key to collect my van. It was very helpful!

Fast and honest! All around excellent service. I brought a really tough case to them, and they explained everything up front and gave me the prices before beginning any work. They completed the repairs and ran into a snag trying to program the computer. Rather than fire the parts canon at it and waste a bunch of money, they referred me to another shop that specialized in difficult Fords. It got reprogrammed the next day. I m so happy with the way A&B handled this situation that I ll be back again and recommend them to anyone who needs a good mechanic.

I took our truck in, they maintained communication, fixed the issues, didn t try to upsell parts. They did the job outstanding work! Feel they gave me my money s worth. Definitely taking my vehicles back for any future repairs!

THESE PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE AND RIP OFF ELDERLY CUSTOMERS!!My grandma took her car here to get fixed and when she got it back it ran worse than before and now had issues with timing. They told her to bring it back up there and then told her it was going to be thousands more to get it fixed and back out. Mind you my great uncle is paying for the repairs because my grandma is on disability so my uncle pays to get the car out and on the way home the car breaks down and has been parked ever since after thousands of dollars and the car being worse than the original time it was brought in. When my grandma called up there to talk to them and ask them about the work the guy told her I m too busy to answer all of your questions over the phone you ll have to come in HER CAR DOESNT RUN TO EVEN GET ANYWHERE!!! THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM TO ELDERLY CUSTOMERS AND I WILL BE GOING TO THE NEWS STATIONS TO WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THEHM SINCE THEY CANT MAKE IT RIGHT!!

Dropped off my Mitsubishi Outlander for a diagnostic, and I was impressed by a few things... first, the waiting room is awesome. Snacks, kids toys, chairs... good setup.The service itself was also very solid. I have (and knew this ahead of time) a long list of stuff happening. They efficiently took care of my immediate needs and helped me with a gameplan for the other issues. Solid folks, solid place, and solid experience. Don't let the exterior fool you.

Had an appointment to get my AC charged after I replaced the compressor. They were very quick and we're able to get it done without any issues. They also did a leaked test and made sure we wouldn't have any issues down the road.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

They did an amazing Job on my wife's Chrysler Van. They where quick on service and explained everything very well. The van rides smoother then when I first bought it from the dealer. We brought in a heck of a repair, and they did all they could for us to get her back running. She's back to running good and they did it in a really reasonable time frame. Good people, really good work. I have been using Michael for about 7 yrs and am always very happy with the service I get from them! Wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else because I KNOW I can trust Michael and they do a wonderful job!! They give me what the vehicle needs and lets me choose if or when I want to have the work performed. Michael and Brian were open and honest with what was needed done with my car. My brake line busted is why I needed to see a mechanic and they explained to me the process. They are very professional, their prices were good and competitive and they got my car done by the next day. I posted a big long review these guys are incredible. I cannot afford to buy brand new vehicle off the lot so I buy used as do both of my adult children. We ve not had tons of issues this is where we go when we do have issues quick turnaround reasonably priced. And all-around nice guys. If there s anything negative about these guys somebody must ve been having a bad day and I m guessing it was the customer. Highly recommend and will never go anywhere else.

We were customers for years and the past few services have been awful. They are taking shortcuts and not be thorough. They put an alternator in 3 years ago and it s already bad. I took it for another opinion this time and they said the alternator had a bolt that had been tightened to tight and snapped and the alternator was not secure. This is the second time another mechanic has said the work they have done is sloppy. Cara are expensive and we should be able to trust mechanicsService: Electrical

I haven't been in in a while since I got rid of my impala. But a friend recently has had some car issues and was looking for a referral so I thought I'd leave a review.. mike and his guys have always been nice to me as a woman it is hard to go into a mechanic shop or dealership and feel like they are being honest. I have never had a problem even when I have taken my car to several other places for estimates the other places were always more than what they told me the cost would be and the issue was. . They also always tried to work my car into their schedule I never had a long wait time. It was usually that next day or so. I definitely don't have anything to say negative. I will be back to his shop if I have any issues w my new car.

Michael and Nick are great honest guys which is hard to find in a mechanic. Prices are always fair, and they have always done a good job getting us in and out in a timely manner! I've been using them for the past two years and will continue with any of mechanical needs. Wether you just need an oil change or a complete overhaul on your engine they can do it all! Support your local business use And B complete automotive!

A&B. These guys are the best!! they are honest and very good at what they do. I am a do it yourself guy so it's hard for me to trust someone else to do what I think I can do myself. So its a relief to know my car is in good hands. And best of all they are very fair with their prices. Thumbs up!!!

I ve used A&B for years, I ve always had my work done in a timely manor. I haven t had to worry about who was in my car or it going for a few miles around town! This shop is reliable and affordable. Any time I ve had even a slight concern about my car pop up, I use A&B. These guys are great! Quoted me $100-200 less than anyone else for roter/pad replacement on my right rear tire. Not only did they have it done fast, they also replaced left rear pad for nothing! Wish I could give 10 stars.

New to Bixby with no regular car service shop I called a few places for quotes and decided after my call to the shop to give them a shot. It was the right choice. Not only was the quote the exact amount I was charged in the end but they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than everyone else. It was simple job of repair a window assembly but it was done quickly, with a great customer service attitude, and all around good experience!

This place is awesome! We were in a tight spot needing some work done in a rush. Michael stayed late and took care of our car. And they also quoted us the best price for the repair out of the three shops we called. This is the place to take your car for any repairs you need.
