Absolutely awful place!!!! I came here for a quick oil change. The first thing they did wrong was put on the wrong water separator. I called them out on it and they tried telling me it ll work. I said no it won t and handed them one of my own I have on hand. The (mAiNtEnEncE TeCh) started acting like an absolute tool after I went around and started checking his work. I mean in all fairness their work areas are extremely dirty and they don t wipe anything down so everything looks old and dirty. The last problem I ran into was that they added too much oil into the engine. I told them this and they insisted that they knew better. So after I started the engine they checked the oil level right after I shut it off and they went on to add more oil. So I pulled out of their bay and parked and waited for all the oil to drip down and went to check it again and saw that I was right the whole time. I ve attached two images to show you before and after I dumped out about 3/4 gallon of oil. If I could give this place a negative rating I would so if you re looking for a more reliable shop to service your truck drive down to the petro down the road they ll take better care of you. If you do go here definitely go through and double check all of the work they do.Employee competence: 0Cleanliness:0Customer service:00 is a generous rating from my experience there

Needed to replace a couple of filters and luckily there was no one on the line before me. In and out in about 30 minutes. Great service and friendly staff.

Jarrett who is the service manager here has got to be one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. He has an attitude he cusses the employees. He's so far as to go and take a water bottle and throw at the employees and then pick it up and pound on another employee's chest here. He had a attitude and decided that I needed to wait three and a half hours on my 10-hour break for my AC to be fixed. Store management does not act like they really even give a damn about what went on but maybe if somebody posted the video then loves what have to do something about it. All I have to say is this will be the last time that I ever stop here for anything!

The worst experience my company had ever with Speedco. They changed brake pads in trailer for unreal price. My driver paid for that and then sent me a receipt. They charged labor 625$ for one Front axle and 625$ for rear axle. I called them to say I was overcharged and manager told me the payment was correct. I called to few different Speedco location and I was told the price is around $200 per axle. After that I called to this guys but they were continuing to make me stupid. I reached out customer service and they just merged my call again to this shop. Girl from customer service just told me if mechanic said the price is correct, it is true. So SPEEDCO CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn t work. We are doing long distance load and usually do oil change and different maintenance in Speedco if something happened on a road. But now I don t want to send my trucks to this service.

Horrible service been waiting since 2pm no trucks in the bay all Roadside cars are here have fake clipboard supposedly waiting on trucks to get here its currently 9.40pm, loves do better these ppl are milking the clock they don't want to work they don't need a job that simple

This place don't follow national tire account protocol. They charge for valve stems but never replace them in a real world. Now brand new continental tire leaking through old valve stem and loosing 2 lbs of tire pressure per hour. Thankfully I have a tpms to spot the airleak in the morning. Bad quality.

Excellent experience! Went in for a PM. The crew was very professional, friendly, courteous and even offered me bottled water. The shop was clean, neat and well organized. They completed my service in approx. 35 minutes. Awesome job guys!

Employees are great but very slow....when they say they will get right to you....well, about 2 to 3 hrs later..as with any truck stop, they take you over the coals for repairs, had a piggyback replaced and charged 286.00! Piggyback was 70.00! They are a chain,but, they are ready to clean your wallet.

Do yourself a favor and go to Bruckners Big Cabin service on the other side of the turnpike for service work if you have a Volvo. These guys cost me a weekend stuck here because they didn't grasp the info Bruckners gave them for the parts that I needed. Loves told me they were on national backorder when in fact volvo warehouses had the parts but they would need overnight freight to get them. Also they hadn't even checked with Volvo until I peaked my head in the next day to check the status of parts order. Totally dropped many balls and I won't be back

Didn't want to even attempt or make sure that trailer tire was patchable. Just looked at it and said no. Then they tell me my spare tire cannot be used. Too old to mount!?!?. Wanted to sell me a recap for $380. I don't think so. Went down into Pryor and found a local tire shop and guess what, they did patch my tire up for a fraction of what these guys wanted to take from me. Stay away from these people. Times are tough, but don't try force me to buy when there is no need to. Wonder if they make a commission for every tire they sell??

Jarett s customer service is outstanding!We use Speedco nation wide for our oil changes. We had problems with 3 semi trucks in the last 3 weeks with filters not being locked in correctly & drain plug falling out after the oil was changed at another location. The staff at Big Cabin repaired & replaced the problems with 2 of the trucks and no additional charge to us.Thank you for caring!! We appreciate you!Service: Oil change

Don t waste your time. I pulled in told it would be 2 hours and I agreed to wait so 4 hours go by I go to walk up and they closed smh. No common courtesy to let me know they couldn t get to me so I could have someone else out here but instead they just leave and I have to waste my night stuck right in front of the shop. Do better speedco

Make sure to check your rig after the PM is done. They didn't greased the truck at all or refill the windshield washer fluid and were charged for that service.
