I cannot say enough, how thankful I am with John's Auto SC. After struggling with previous mechanic, I ended up taking it to John's for the first time. They resolved the issue, and my truck is running smooth! Thank you Jaime, for all the help!

4th time I've used John's. First 3 times I felt they were overpriced but I just payed and moved on because I just didn't have time to compare prices.It's this latest experience that I'm done with John's. I had my van towed and I even left a note with my keys that it needs a new thermostat. They looked at it all day and couldn't figure out why it was overheating.So I bought a thermostat at Oreillys and installed it myself. Saving myself 5-6 hundred in the process. Bye Johns Auot!!!!fixed it myself, WOW

I've yet to do business with these folks, but one hot summer day my truck died across the street and without hesitation their crew ran over to help get me off the road. That shows a lot about the kind of people they are. I usually work on my own vehicles, but if I were to hire a mechanic I would give them a shot.

It was near closing time and I was visiting from out of state. I had driven over a screw and could hear air leaking out of my tire. I had recently purchased my used truck and wasn t familiar with changing the tires. (Also being a senior citizen I wasn t looking forward to changing a tire.)I tried another place but they didn t have time so I called John s. The manager said come on over. They fixed my tire in no time and were super friendly. Being at the end of a workday I was impressed with how I was treated. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend John s.

Shouldn t be smoking cigarettes while the shutters are closed. It stinks and a lot of people have breathing issues. Please do better.

John's is the best place to go if your having issues with your vehicle. I have been going to them for 5 years now and I have NEVER had any issues. The guys don't over charge and are respectful. Thank you for being the best!

I brought my son to school this morning and literally as soon as I dropped him off my tire started to go flat. I came to john s auto shop ants they were so nice and got me patched up and I ready to go in 15 min!! Amazing service!!! Thank you so much!! Highly satisfied customer Joy C. Thank you #savedtheday

John's is an excellent auto shop! They are knowledgeable and they don't tell you that you have to fix everything and charge an inflated cost. I drop off my car in the morning and have it by end of day! Never had bad work or overcharges!

Only acquired their service for the first time a few weeks ago. A/C needed serviced on my 2008 van. Called, they had me come on in. Dropped off and picked up later in the day. Working good since. Reliable, trustworthy, and affordable says my experience with them and when needed, they will get my business again.

John's is great! My mom took her car in last week hearing a noise, they told her what they thought it was and advised to get it done soon. Over the weekend it got worse so she took it in this morning and John and his staff diagnosed the problem and had it fixed before lunch. John always makes sure to give his customers the best price and not upsell anything that doesn't need to be done at the time. His staff is always polite and friendly. Great people and great place.

Stopped in since they were listed to get a tire repaired early afternoon while out running errands and they were able to fit me in right away. Sat down just happened to look out the window and the serviceman was taking off the WRONG tire to do. Let them know and he apologized. No biggie. Wrong. $16 to patch. Got home and 8:00 came that evening and tire is completely flat! Called them and they are closed rest of the weekend. Ended up having to go to my normal guys for tire repair and had 2 NAILS in the tire and apparently all the guy did was put air in my tire the first time. NEVER will they see me again and very angry I paid that and STILL had to get my tire done. This time it costs me $10. Now I know who to keep going to.

Can't say enough good about John's. I have been seeing him for more than twenty years and I have always been given a families welcome no matter how small the problem. When I get my vehicle it is well taken care of and never a bit of grease from dirty hands. Always a pleasure to get work done here.

The only place I take my vehicle anymore. Love this place. Fair price for the work you receive and they don't seem to try to gouge you for work you need on your vehicle. I'd give them five stars but unfortunately I'm missing the hubcap on my tire after having to have a tire replaced. They will reimburse me for my hubcap. I'm not upset with them because things happen and this is just one of those things. At least they're willing to replace it that's more than most companies would do.

Have been taking my vehicles to John's Auto for 30 years. John is a great down to earth owner and gentleman. His mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and willing to go over and above to keep your vehicle in the best condition. They are honest. They are personable if you are too. Not open weekends. If you live or work close they will pick you up or drop you off. (within a couple miles) They are top notch in my opinion.

John, the owner is a top notch guy willing to help on almost any situation, he has my greatest respect. However a recent service for my Girlfriend had a lot to be desired on pricing. However John was on vacation on my last visit which may of been the reason for the exceptionally high labor cost.

I had a very bad experience with this business when my tahoe went in to have backbreaks and rotors worked on they adjusted the back brakes and Jamie the mechanic was pushing down on my brakes as they were adjusting and broke my booster. I watched the whole thing and he would not admit to his mistake when it came off the lift I got in the car for a test drive brakes were really hard and you could hear the air pressure dashboard when I took it on a test drive it almost did not stop the brakes were so hard. They were very rude he would not admit his mistake charged me $450. I will be telling everybody not to go this place it's not a good business not very friendly and they will screw you over worst company I've ever been to.

Called John's Auti & spoke with John. Said come on down, I didnt need an appt to take a look at the issue. Obce I got there, John & another mech had a bad bulb diagnosed and replaced in no time at all. Pleasant folks. Easy location & easy on my pcket. My new go-to auto mech shop.

They were close enough to fix my flat but they are goodyear n unfortunately goodyear is way to proud of there tires so I had to go to firestone for quality tires at a better more reasonable price much cleaner store to this place is extremely filthy n it smells

Only place my family and I take our vehicles. John and his employees are very honest and fair. They always do quality work at a fair price. Everyone here is so friendly and they explain in detail what's wrong with your vehicle and if they can pull the part to show you what's wrong they will.

Honest, straight forward, and no upselling. Its refreshing to have an honest Mechanic, you can count on John's to be straight forward and honest with you. They quoted me a reasonable price for labor to replace my 2009 honda civic LX front wheel bearing and hub. I brought my own parts, and they were willing to install them for me.After the repair, my ABS sensor light began lighting up, which wasn't happening before the repair. John asked me to bring the car back to the shop and they replaced the sensor free of charge without any hassle.I would definitely recommend these guys to all my friends, and will for sure bring my cars here for any maintenance needs

My 2011 GMC started having issues with hesitation, would try to stall, etc. Took it to John's. They assured me it was most likely a simple fix. They repaired it quickly. These guys know how to fix your car without breaking the bank. Friendly, down home folks you can trust. I intend to give them all my business going forward.

These gentlmen really go out of their way for their customers!! VERY honest, polite, and compassionate. They did not jump into costly repairs and gave me some ideas that I could try outside of their shop to fix my issue. No matter where I live in the metro I will ONLY service my car here! Love these guys!!

I've come to trust these guys over several years now. They are great to explain things and don't treat women like idiots. They're friendly and they are so very quick. they do competent work and they have helped me and been patient trying to figure out those weird sounds that we all here sometime or another

This auto shop is great! We had a dead battery yesterday and they came out to jump start the battery then we followed him to the shop where quickly put in a new battery. My husband was not feeling well and they were fast and professional.

Went above and beyond to diagnose and get running my truck I had towed in. Two different shade trees dissembled stuff, then disappeared. I didn't want to risk paying yet another shade tree and still not back on the road so I had the truck towed here. I had to wait hours as there were other jobs but I'd of camped out and waited a week to get back on the road at this point.

John's always gives us straight answers on what's going on with our cars and I trust their advice to be fair, practical, and with my best interests in mind. Service is always great with these guys and I use them exclusively for all the work I need.

They guy's are very nice and explain everything. I went in for an oil change and needed new tires, they worked on both with in an hour. I will definitely be coming back.

This place was absolutely fantastic. I will be bringing my car back here next time it needs matainence. Everyone was so sweet and straightforward. I honestly wish i could have left a tip but i didnt have any cash on me, so hopefully this review will kinda make up for it. Thanks so much. :)
