Take your buisness somewhere else DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!! They will rip you off bought a car from here that was priced for $5000 dropped it to $4500 but with no warranty Pleaded for the warranty since it was being paid cash in full but they did not want to give it I wonder why accepted the 500 discount with the guy assuring its a good vehicle I have had problems with the car since the first week I got it The car shuts off and you have to wait sometimes 2 hours for it to turn back on I had to deal with that for months While replacing many things to try to make the car almost new With everything I have replaced I have spent Another $1500 trying to fix the problem with this car The car would overheat I replaced the radiator because it busted I had to replace the fan assembly Because it wasn't turning on to cool the Radiator And many other things They did not mention the car was in a wreck Which was causing me to replace tires every week Ruining the new tires I had got for it When I finally figured out the problem I replaced a lower control arm After already getting a second alignment My friend said I would have to replace the tie rod And sway bars Which I was going to do next As I said the car is practically brand new with everything I have replaced then the car completely breaks down And doesn't want to start It is now sitting at my friend's house collecting dust When I told them about it they said sorry you don't have warranty These people are con artists and will sell you a lemon Mechanics are telling me the most I can sell it for is for parts So now that's 6000 down the drain I really hope this place gets their karma

I found a car reasonably priced on their website. I emailed them inquiring about the vehicle. A couple days had gone by and I didn't hear back from them. I drove to the dealership and was pleased to see the car was still available. I was looking at 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback. I indicated I wanted to take it for a test drive and when he brought out the keys the car wouldn't start. They jumped the car to get it started and as I tried to pull out it was difficult to steer because the power steering was not working. Since I was already there I looked a couple other cars and they were not in very good condition. They returned rather quickly with the Mazda 3 which the power steering was now working. When we test drove the car the air bag light and blind spot monitoring lights were flashing. When I returned to the dealer we agreed upon the price, pending they would repair the blind spot monitoring and airbag and replace the battery. The car had been in a previous accident which was indicated on the CarFax report. I made a cash deposit on the vehicle. Later, that day I finally got a call back from the inquiry. The dealer informed me that the car which I just put a deposit on was still available. Hmm. So I called Kami back the salesman that sold me the car and asked why is your dealer calling me to tell me the car I just put a deposit on was still available. This was all on Saturday, on Monday I received a call that they had replaced the battery and they were unable to get the airbag light to go off. He informed me it would be 3-4 days before the car would be ready since they would have to send it to Mazda to get repaired. I inquired to the status on Tuesday and Kami informed me that they had not received the diagnosis yet from Mazda. I messaged him again on Wednesday morning and got no response. So I showed back up to the dealership on my lunch hour to see the car sitting in the same spot where I found it on Saturday and it had not been to Mazda. I spoke with the mechanic there asking why is the car not at Mazda and he said they had not taken it there yet but had an appointment for today. I had already had too many red flags and simply wanted my deposit back. I spoke to Kami and he said they spoke to Mazda and it was going to cost them too much to repair the vehicle. I asked why did you not communicate to me that you had not intention of fixing or selling me the vehicle after I had already got the cashiers check. He apologized for the poor communication which I found unacceptable. So here I am making buyers beware, that one, they will lie to you, two they will sell you a car with a faulty airbag system even though the CarFax report shows they vehicle had the airbag deployed and the light flashing and most recently no reported issues with the airbag. They prices are good, vehicles not so much, and not very trustworthy people.

WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!! Do NOT bother with these fools! You tell them you want to buy a car and they sit there and ask you TOTALLY irrelevant questions to the point where you finally say YOU DONT WANNA SELL ME YOUR PRECIOUS CAR that you CANT tell me why the MILEAGE on the car went from 164,000 down to 35,000 yet question ME on how I GOT the money to get the damn car in the first place! DONT BOTHER, YOU CAN KEEP YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately it wont let me post without at least 1!TO THE OWNER OF IMPORT MOTORS WHO CALLED ME: It is ZERO BUSINESS of yours WHERE I get the money to pay my down payment, make car payments, insurance etc! JUST BECAUSE someone you sold a car to 6 months ago defaulted on THEIR payment, does NOT mean I WILL! I have LIVED and THRIVED in the BETHANY AREA ALL OF MY LIFE and have NEVER been treated the way I was talking to YOU today! IT IS ALSO ZERO BUSINESS of yours HOW I OWN MY OWN DAMN HOUSE OR if I got my TAX RETURN! NONE OF THIS is YOUR BUSINESS.. YOUR BUSINESS is to sell CARS not navigate MY LIFE! I know ALOT of the BETHANY community and I will SPREAD THE WORD to stay FAR away from THIS PLACE!!!

Bought a used car from here. They were helpful and allowed me to take the car to my own personal mechanic to have it checked out. Everything looked great and anything that was wrong. They fixed on the spot we signed a contract and it was that easy.

I looked across the country for a 2004 to 2008 F-250 in good shape, with less than 150k miles, that wasn't priced above $10k. I also wanted the car to be free of rust, and have a decent interior. With F-250s being work trucks I was asking for a lot. Nationally, there were about 3 to 5 options any given week that fit the bill. Import Motors had the best price, and the F-250 Extra Cab on their lot was an FX4, with just under 140k miles, and the out the door price after taxes and fees was well under 10k. I worked with Arsha who was friendly, and a good communicator. He made it easy to manage a vehicle purchase in OKC all the way from Washington state, which was very helpful. He also responded when I asked for videos of the car running, closeup photos of the truck bed and undercarriage. He even responded to a question on his day off, which was top notch. I sent a deposit and secured the vehicle, with the plan to have it shipped. When I chose to fly to OKC and drive the truck to a family member in Arizona, Arsha picked me up from the airport, no problem. Arsha also found a shipping company that could have delivered the truck to AZ for a very low price, which was awesome. The vehicle was as described with only a few things I missed in the photos - it was overall as promised. The team was friendly at Import Motors, and the prices were fair as well. While the truck will need a little work, the items are basic maintenance, not any defects. If you're considering a car from Import Motors in OKC, I'd certainly stop in and take a closer look. It might be just the vehicle you're looking for. It certainly was for my family. To top it all off, I asked for a full tank of gas, and they made it happen, so I could get on the road right from the dealership. Excellent!

***BUYER BEWARE***Went to this car lot to find a commuter car. Did some test drives on multiple cars and found one that suited me; also they agreed to fix some issues before sale. I purchased the car after test driving it again after it seemed the issues had been resolved.I have since found other problems with the car, but the most significant problem that I discovered is the brakes were worn out. The reason I'm upset about this is that they had an alignment with other front-end repairs performed. One of two things happened; the mechanic who performed the repairs failed to notify this car lot of the condition of these brakes (which I highly doubt). The other is they were told and decided to not perform SAFETY RELATED REPAIRS. I believe it was the second of the two scenarios.Giving them 2-stars for fixing the two issues discovered upon first driving the vehicle and a bit of a price cut for my wait on receiving the vehicle. Sadly the funds saved went into replacing brake pads, rotors, and stripped lug nuts. VERY high chance of not doing business with them again.Photo attached is condition of brake pads removed from purchased vehicle compared to replacements.

We bought a box truck from Gus at Import Motors today. The price was excellent, and Gus was a pleasure to work with. He has a wide selection of vehicles from cars, and suv's to trucks and vans.

Nice selection, friendly service. The only issue I had was the prices on their website and the prices on the cars windshields on the lot didn't match up for the two cars we were there to look at.Both cars didn't meet what we needed for the money, but I would go back if they had the right car in stock and deal with them again.

When we got there we found John our salesman.he asked how he could help us we told him we were looking for a f350? He then told us they have started a commercial lot behind their building . He took us straight to the truck we were looking for . Buying a truck there was very pleasant with no pressure. Would definitely buy here again!!!!

DON T come here if you re shopping for a car! Me and my wife came in to test drive a car and we re treated rudely. We were told we could only look at the car and couldn t test drive unless we were buying. How can we buy if we can t even drive the car first? WORST experience I ve ever had. to make matters worse, a lot of cars on the lot were poorly taken care of. Hope no one comes here to get scammed.

Wow, this place is amazing! My wife and I picked a vehicle out last night and while I was at work this morning, she was able to get right into it! No problems at all. I was super impressed with the quality of vehicle she bought compared to the price. I didn't think she would get it so quickly and so easily though. These guys are great, especially the guy we dealt with, he's the manager of this establishment and his name is Arsha. I definitely recommend going here if you are in the market for a vehicle.

A solid car buying experience. They were reasonable in their negotiations, and were willing to fix any little details to make me happy in the process. I got a used Subaru with low mileage, below market value, and the paperwork was quick and easy.

I had the best experience with Arsha, the manager here at Import Motors. They are very friendly and got me into a car within an hour! Great attitude and customer service. Large selection of quality vehicles! The vehicle I got only had two previous owners and 75,000 original miles on it which is extremely unheard of for a 2004! I will definitely do business with them again when my husband is ready to get a new gently used vehicle.

It was the third place I stopped to look at cars. Wish I stopped here first. Arsha got me into the car I wanted. He made the paperwork go smoothly and it didn't take all day. The Subaru Outback I got from them is great. I love it. I will recommend Import Motors to my friends and family.

The workers were nice. It's a nice little business with people that are polite. Some of the cars werent great but talking to the owner and really getting details about the cars that you're interested in was helpful. They work with your credit and won't try to make you pay a whole lot of money that you can't afford and affordable prices on the cars. I recommend this place

At first the vehicle I want I was told was not for financing then I call back and another guy tells me it is...I get the car put 1000 down an had to buy 400 in new tires after that then pay 400 a month for all of my payments but the last 3 I should only owe 1200 I call to ask if I can make a full pay off on the first I get told I'm a month behind and I owe 2000. Do not get a vehicle at a lot that is cash only. The vehicle is messed up I told them they told me go to bigger car lot or ebay. Thst tells me they are fixing the vehicles with the cheapest parts they can buy. Good for them they will get the vehicle back and scam another fool like me.

I just called to ask about a car they had listed and the person I talked to obviously did not want to sell a car. He rudely put me off and said he had another customer on the other line. Also the pictures of the interior do not match the actual car. Already a poor experience with customer service.

Arsha was the best salesperson! He was very patient with me, and helped me get approved and into the car I wanted!! He is kind and explained everything to me (sometimes more than once), broke down all the numbers, and showed me exactly what I d be paying for!

I bought a car from Don who was very friendly and helpful. He fixed the brakes and the side mirror for me. Also brought down the price since the tires needed to be replaced. A good car for a good price. Way less stress and hassle than most of the so-called big dealerships.

Do not get a car from them....I got 2012 mustang from them been paying on ever mouth since 2020 they came and took my car for none payment for September 2011. And when I called them about it Guss was unprofessional He was yelling at me and coughing at me Saying that I was stupid When I proved that they were wrong They still won't give me my car back now they're saying it's because I don't have insurance when I do and I've showed them proof. How very unprofessional they are.They need to get there paperwork in order my car is 2012, I did not even get my car from then tell 2-20-2020 come on now

I am giving them a 3/5 just because they gave me a lot of push back when it came to fixing my breaks when I first got the car. But Hosea is really nice he got the job done, they let me test out as many cars as I wanted and they also found cars in my budget. Paperwork was easy, after we got the breaks fixed, never had a problem with the car afterward.

Wouldn't even have given them one star but you have to in order to make a comment. I highly DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. I bought a 2008 Dodge charger with no drivers license. I only drove it for 3 months before it broke down on me. There general manager GUST is a joke and is very unprofessional. I needed assistance in help finding a good mechanic to fix the car they didn't want to fix it. Offered to put me in something else but wanted to pick the vehicle for me. I just called about the dodge charger Gust told me they auctioned it off and the car is still in my name. This place is a rip off the only person I did like was Jose. To Gust KARMA Will GET YOU. How you done me and my family was very wrong and beyond disrespectful. YOU Will REAP WHAT YOU SOE. I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from this lot. I wish I would have read the reviews first I would have never spent my money here. Lesson learned.
