Gerber Collision in Bethany made repairing my car such a wonderful experience! From getting the estimate done, to scheduling the repairs, receiving weekly updates via text, their coordination with the car rental agency and insurance, and pick-up - I can't thank their team enough. Jennifer is the absolute sweetest and the guys were awesome! It did take a little longer than expected, but their work quality, friendliness and honesty speaks for itself.

No one EVER answers the phone! It connects to the national hotline number where you sit on hold for 5 minutes only to be told to leave a message. It s extremely frustrating, and it makes me not want to do business with you. I want to talk to you locally. It shouldn t be this difficult. I ve tried for 5 business days in a row without success.

Car Craft Auto Body did a great job on repairing my car after I was in a car accident. I dropped off my car and signed the paperwork that was already waiting for me. I received weekly updates on Tuesday and Thursday about the car repairs. When I picked up my car it was freshly washed and a cleaned interior. The outside repairs look great! Thank you! I posted pictures to show the damage! Looks like new!

Customer service is great. Had a small problem with my bumper and the paint chip an it was still under warranty but they would not fix it. The manager says it was something I did. What do y all think. It s to bad that there is NO OTHER DAMAGE TO THE LIGHT OR THE PAINT AROUND THE PAINT CHIP IF IT WAS DONE BY ME NOTHING IS WRONG ANYWHERE ELSE. BESIDE ONE SMALL SPOT. THE BUMPER IS BRAND NEW WHEN PICKED UP. THE REAL TRUTH IS A WARRANTY IS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER. AND STANDS FOR NOTHING!

First thing I notice is the cleanliness: excellent.Second is their greeting and how front staff treats customers: ExcellentAnd on and on: Everything was top 2%Just my opinion. Haven't had any work done, yet!They work with your insurance carrier. They use only vehicle specific parts. If you do have a deductible, they expect you to come up with that. You bought the insurance policy not Collision Works, no in house financing.Overall a great experience!I will go there if given the opportunity. Wish they were closer to my house. I'm from SE Norman. Maybe they will branch out.

There was a stain or spill in the back of my suv when I got it back and the utility rail is now loose, like they tried to just yank it around instead of using the buttons to make it move, plus they left everything in the back of my car a mess. I had to go detail my own vehicle because their team doesn't know how to, or just doesn't care (that's how it seemed). They said we could bring it back to have their team detail it, but I really don't want them touching anything else on my vehicle. They were able to get us in quicker than anywhere else, so 2 stars. Would not go back on my own, luckily this was covered by another driver's insurance.

No follow up didn t even turn in the estimate to the insurance company. I waited for months because they said they were back logged to find out they had not did a thing to even start the claim. I m not doing business with this company period.

The ladies managing the front are super knowledgable and very helpful. They text you twice a week to give you updates about where in the process your car is which is super helpful! Service is excellent, had my low pressure tire light come on after service. They let me bring it back in and Bill checked and topped off all my tires with no hesitation. I had a concern about one of my non-essential lights after service and Bill went back in and fixed the connection. Definitely good follow-through service. They want to make sure you feel good about your experience! Recommend.

First off, the vehicle was supposed to be finished on Friday, then had to hunt them down at end of business Monday to get it back. Whoever detailed it drove it until the tank was on vapors, smoked cigarettes in it and didn t even roll up the window when the washed it, leaving dried soap and ashes all over my headliner. This doesn t even go into the issues they had with the actual repairs. Oh yeah and the new ding on my door... Zero stars. Very happy with my repair. Looks good as new. They send updates while working on your vehicle. Very friendly staff that is willing to do whatever the can to make sure you're satisfied. Highly recommend. And my vehicle was even done a few days earlier than the estimate.

They did an awesome job! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they said it shouldn't take to long and it wasn't ready until 2 days after the target date of completion which wasn't to bad because I did have another car to get around in so just in case someone is out there going in blindly like I did you might want to make sure you get the rental that the insurance ask you if you need, other than that,awesome job!!

After getting off on a rocky start, I was very pleased with the work that was done. Brian went out of his way to keep me informed on the process of repairing my truck. The repair was exceptional. It looks better than new. A nice perk was the truck was washed inside and out...I certainly wasn't expecting that. I would recommend them, but most importantly I would go back if I needed their services again.

After a car accident Collison Works, now Gerber replaced my chrome grill. After a short time the grill turned a bronze color. Their response to this was, "They don't make them anymore." That, of course is not true.I have contacted Gerber several times. They've taken my information and said they'd get back with me. It seems that I was told this to just get me off the phone. I have not been contacted by them and I don't think I will be. I am very dissatisfied and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EITHER COMPANY FOR COLLISION REPAIR.Contact your dealership and see what company they suggest, and please don't do business with a shady company that use knock off parts.

Had body work done after an accident with a deer. Though work quality is very good it took them 2 weeks to do a 1 week job and most importantly they broke a trim peace when removing it and now they won't won't replace part. It has been 3 weeks that I have been fight with them over this. Have started seeking legal help from attorney now to see what I can do force them to get work since they broke the part.Service: Body & Trim

This shop kept us informed and worked hard to fit our timeline of when we needed it back. Knowledgeable and friendly and hard working. I got in a wreck in the last ice storm which I was worried totaled the car. The folks at Collision Works-Bethany got me fixed up and my Miata runs like a brand new car. It took a bit longer than originally expected. They found that the steering rack had cracked when they took it for a test drive, so they kept it till that was fixed. Ignore anyone who writes a review complaining about not getting their car back by the original delivery date. I would rather have a fully fixed car that's overdue, than a dysfunctional car rushed to the customer. Collision Works won't release a car till they're sure it's fixed and it's worth the wait.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brake service & repair

I just got my car back a couple of weeks ago and i just wish they could have done the hole car. I took it to them because it was close to my home and it was clean and friendly business. They did a wonderful job on it. The back driver side panel looks like a brand new car. A guy ran a light yesterday and slightly scratched the same place so it looks like i will be doing business with them again. I highly recommend Car Craft Auto Body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the 3rd time I have used this body shop for repairs. The first time was a minor repair to the front bumper of a 2016 Chevy Cruz. The second was when I got a deer with that same car. Not a lot of damage either time but the repair work was top notch.This time, it was a major repair to a brand new 2020 Silverado. Over $18,000.00 to fix the truck. I could not even tell it had been wrecked when I got it back. They made sure everything was just right before they told me it was ready. I found one little thing that wasn't working and they got if fixed as quickly as they could. With as much damage as I had, I couldn't be happier with the repairs.

I really thought this was going to be a nice place, everyone was friendly and they seemed efficient. My husband's truck had significant damage from tornado wind damage in 2013, and they were listed on our insurance through Liberty Mutual so I assumed it would be a good place.. .I was completely wrong. I knew it would take a while to repair but, It took way longer than they said to complete the work. After it was supposedly completed we found the window wouldn't roll down, and the flasher switch wouldn't work. My husband actually fixed the switch and car craft had to reimburse US. The day after we brought it back home we noticed the NEW windshield was cracked. It was a huge pain and they don't fully complete their work. Also there was a hose left unhooked under the truck as well. Make sure you test every part of your vehicle before you leave don't just assume everything is fixed. If you're not sure what to check, have someone that knows what they're doing look it over and make sure everything is working. The damage done to the truck was so bad that I didn't think to check the flashers switch...but check it all!!! I had to take the truck back to them not once, but twice. They have horrible communcation. Avoid the headache and go elsewhere! We won't be back.

Said it would be done Friday then had to call said it would be done Monday called Monday and yet again no car won t be done till Tuesday and called on Tuesday but look at that no you re car isn t ready yet. Isn t a good customer service and they just keep pushing dates, probably to gain more money for longer it s in the shop. Should ve done business with more professional and better customer service other than dealing with anyone the only helpful employee there was Dillon the estimator but other than that nobody cares to helpServices: Painting, Body & Trim

We have had a couple of cars repaired here, in all cases they always take twice a long as quoted. In all cases (3) the cars have come back nasty and never clean.One of the cars has a sunroof that has never worked right, the drivers sun shade is messed up, it only goes down and not to the side. Trim kept falling off the car and I had to put double sided tape on it. The windshield that was replaced constantly squeaks.The last time they had the car for 2 months and then another week when we told them it needed to be clean. They also charged almost the value of the car, the car should havebeen totaled but Car Craft kept adding to the bill, I am surprised the Insurance company didn't investigate the matter.I will say the paint work is good, it all the other stuff that is terrible.Bottom line, if you have a major repair, run don't walk away for this place.

Absolutely the worst body shop. Just after I had work done on the front end of my vehicle the paint started peeling off the brand new fender THEY installed and painted last year. When I brought it up to them they said theyd just put some touch up paint on it without doing anything about the rust that was forming. They also somehow managed to break my hood support rod they replaced that however! Also their form of "detailing" means throwing everything into your trunk and vacuuming. Sure that delayed starter board wasn't important just chuck it in the trunk.

For some strange reason, I seem to be a car damage/ding magnet. I've had people back in to me in parking lots and drive away, rear-ended at stop lights, etc.. I've used Car Craft for the last two fixes and I've been very pleased. My last repair, they had originally thought it would take a day to fix, so I dropped it off and got Enterprise to come pick me up. Within the hour, before Enterprise could complete the rental, I get a call on my cell saying it was fixed and ready to pick up! Saved me a lot of money. Though I hope to never have to use them again, it's where I'll be going if I need it.My ONLY disappointment was I tried to get them to cut me a deal for doing two things at once and the quick reply was "nope." Come on...haggle a bit guys! :0)Other than that, great place, professional, and courteous.

They told me 3 different times that my car would be finished and 3 different times it wasn't. I just wanted a for sure date it would be done so I could set up a ride and by the time it was actually done I had to spend 40 dollars on lyfts because I would book a driver and then cancel it once they said it wouldn't be finished.

These Guys repaired my Mazda3 in Silver after I was rear ended. It was a quality repair with the closest silver color match I have seen from a place like this. I plan to take My Grand dads Outback here for repairs this year.Its a body shop not a high end dealership, so in all honesty its great.

The customer service here is amazing! My estimator, Brian, took his time to really explain things to me. He did not talk down to me or make me feel like I was stupid for the questions I asked. They kept me updated and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. Thanks guys! I am totally going to use you from now on and refer you to all my friends and family.

They are horrible!!!! They finished my car and NEVER CONTACTED ME! So I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the rental car, cause they still made sure to contact the insurance company to tell them it was done. When I went in to complain all I got was "sorry sweetie, our computer says we called so you're out of luck". They claimed they called on a Thursday around 2pm when I KNOW I had my phone with me, and then they never tried again. When I asked why they wouldn't call the next day I got "well it was really busy." Never go here!!! CATHY will be hugely disrespectful and lie right to your face.

Honest and fair. Was recommended to them by USAA insurance. They called and gave me updates on what was being repaired and how much more time it would take every day or two. I had a very large and expensive repair. Great customer service, and very friendly. They would be my first choice if I needed another repair.

Repair tech was ACES! Knowledgeable. Kind. Patient. The store as a whole was helpful with coordinating all the details with rental vehicle, insurance company, and did not over charge for parts or labor like anywhere else I've ever experienced.

I was sent here by Liberty Mutual. I was getting ready to go to an estimate appointment that I had to make 4 days from the day I called. Which I find ridiculous. After reading these reviews. I'm choosing a different body shop. I also had an issue where supposedly they called me to make an appointment but I never got the call and they never left a mess. Whew! Feeling like I dodged a bullet!
