Jordan and his team were fantastic and so helpful when we needed to quickly have accessibility adaptations removed from a car we were selling. They listened and found a way to help us in tight timeline. We highly recommend this team!

Facility very clean, Employers were respectful and very helpful. Service was a success. I'm still needing manufacturer work done on the vehicle. Backup reverse visual cam plus replacing back center seat belts. Thanks

Said they couldn't patch my tire, and a replacement would be $350. Went to another tire shop a few miles away the next day (Melrose Tire Warehouse). They sell the EXACT SAME TIRE for $100 and, surprise surprise, were able to patch my tire for $15.Thank you Melrose Tire Warehouse for not trying to scam me out of $335.

Went to get front end alignment and they laughed at me and said to get an appointment. Of course they weren't even busy so I just walked out.This was 3 months ago just to be fair. Maybe they changed service manager since then. He was not nice.

Went to have a tire that is losing air that I bought about 2 months ago and see about an oil change. They were booked until Tues. Which was fine. They told me it would be 4hours to look at the tire. 4 hours just to check a tire. Went down the street to Rockwell lube changed my oil in 5 mins and they were busy. The guy I talked to was also a jerk .

My brother bought 2 tires and had 4 wheel alignment. Was ready when promised and done correctly. He said it drives like it's supposed now.

This place tried scamming my wife into buying a tire for 3x the price of other places. I literally saved hundreds of dollars by going to another place, who confirmed my suspicion and were able to repair the still great tire.

Traveling through the state and my radiator went out the Monday of 4th of July weekend. The staff were great, very nice. Got me right in and had it fixed and back on the road very quickly. I'm very grateful for this place. Great service, great job.

I went there before to have my tires rotated. Everyone seemed really nice so I called yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change and spoke with Chuck. He said he had 8 am open for this morning but when I got there he said it would be a 2 hour wait. I told him I made an appointment on the phone with him and he said he never told me that. He is the only person I spoke with on the phone yesterday and I know what he told me. He said 8 am then told me when I got there he didn't have that time open. I will never go back to Firestone again. I don't just show up without an appointment. This was y'all mistake not mine. I will take all my business somewhere else from now on. Went here to get my break pads, oil change, and other done and the total came up to be $1000. I understand the labor portion but they definitely are making money by upcharging the parts twice/triple as much. So def. research and compare the price online vs. what they are asking for. I even called one of the employee in another location trying to inquiry why they asking for a certain part was $70 when I found it for $10 and their response was "we need to make money." So yea please be careful when going. As for me I am absolutely never coming back here

Came in a little late at closing time. I needed to buy and tire and have it mounted. They didn't have an issue helping me out. Got it done quick and very professional crew. Thank you so much! I'll be back for sure!

This was my first time coming to firestone and unfortunately my last time. The employees at this location were very passive aggressive. I came in because my car was making a rattling sound and my jiffy lube told me that my heat shield was loose and tbag it was a quick fix. Came into firestone and they told me I would have to leave my car there for a week .and that they only had 1 mechanic. I noticed obviously it was busy but I explained to them it was a quick fix and they were extremely rude back. I would ve been fine leaving my car there for a day but for a full week .cmon. I took my business a couple miles down the street and they were also busy but got me in and it only took them 10 minutes to tighten my heat shield. I m more upset about the attitude i was given.

This is the 4th time since February I have brought car back for same repairs. I had repairs done on 23rd and villa. Don't go there. Go to 23rd and Rockwell. Trey at the counter was awesome. His customer service skills is great. This location care about their customers. The lead mechanic was helping another mechanic. I love seeing a seasoned employee helping another to make better experiences and to ensure repairs last. Thank you to this crew I believe you found the issue I have been having for almost a year. Again 23rd and Rockwell location is the place to go.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went in for a full 4 tire change 2 hours before close on a Monday, so they were super booked up and weren t sure if I could get in before the end of the night. Not only did they finish my car, they got it done 45 minutes sooner than expected, as well as doing a few small things to my car free of charge. The prices were average as far as tires go, but the service blew me away. George answered all of my questions knowledgeably and politely, and I even watched him assist another customer that was incredibly hostile and rude to him, while still giving the same incredible service he gave me. All around, it was a pleasant experience in an incredibly stressful situation and I ll recommend this shop for anybody s auto needs

I ve used Firestone for Years, but the Customer Service has been lacking recently, and has turned my business elsewhere. Anytime you ever need something done, they either 1.) Don t have a Mechanic, or won t have one available to look at your Car for a few days, or 2.) talk to you like you re an inconvenience and your business isn t welcomed. Wish they hired people who actually want to help, instead of asking you what you want. When your car is broke down, you re already stressed enough. Workers with horrible attitudes don t help. Do better, Firestone!

I had an appointment and they completed job in a reasonable time and very friendly from right when I walked in. They even checked and repaired a small pin hole leak in my tire. You could tell the great customer service from the techs and the manager as other customers came in. Came in last 15 minutes of the day. Had to replace a tire that picked up a large lag screw. They got me a new tire replacement without a fuss. I appreciate there promptness and their positive attitude. They saved my day!

Second time I visited this fire stone location the first time was two years ago September 2018 to get a replacement tire and today 21 August 2020 to get a new set of 4 tires for my Jeep. Chase helped me select the tires that I wanted the right size gave me a decent price and I also got a military discount. Chase runs a great operation And let me know that my brakes were getting a little worn thank you very much for a great experience at your location. Update for July, 2022-not sure who the guy and the girl were that helped me but I purchased a set of 4 tires for my pickup this time. The lady told me of the Firestone credit card with 0% interest for 6 months----HECK YES!Service: Tires

Took my sons car in knowing what it needed to have done as we had the computer engine analysis done for free somewhere else. I had spoke to an employee last month who quoted me around $400 to fix it. Took it in this past weekend and then got a phone call telling me that it was going to be over $800 to fix. When I declined having it fixed, they charged me $99 for doing their own analysis. I already had that done and had I been told they were going to charge me to check it again, I never would have brought it in. Was hoping to have a reliable honest mechanic for my son who is going to college nearby. Guess I will keep looking.

Ordered a tire and wasn't notified that they got the tire in. When I called to check, they said they received it and I could come in to have it installed. After telling the person I live 30 minutes away but that I could head there right away, I was told that was fine so I immediately drove to their shop. Upon arriving 25 minutes later, I had to stand there for 15 minutes. waiting for assistance. When the guy finally spoke to me and I explained why I'm there, he told me "IM LATE" and that he can't help me because they're busy!!!Garbage communication and garbage service! Trust me - take your business somewhere else!

The staff was very friendly. I went across the street to Walgreens while they patched my tire that had a nail in it. Took about 30 to 45 minutes but there were also 2 or 3 other customers there before me. Didn't cost me anything since I had the protection plan, definitely worth the extra $$$ at original purchase.
