I received excellent service and I believe that Cherokee Hills staff are honest and won't tell you need something fixed, if it doesn't need fixing. Chris was friendly and accommodating and I'll return for all of my vehicle needs.

I have taken 3 cars to them for easy things like an oil change and broken door lock all the way to an engine timing chain replacement and they have done a great job with very fair prices. The thing I like best is that they come back with accurate honest recommendations on repairs. Often giving me a good/better/best approach. Most recently I asked if I should do a $2,500 maintenance my dealer suggested and they provided several options and ultimately suggested I not perform the work until there is an issue. It s not every day an auto repair shop turns down work, but it is every day Cherokee hills automotive makes accurate and solid recommendations.

This is the best repair shop...they under-promise and over-deliver, every time! They listen, communicate and don't man-splain. They got my car in and out faster than originally planned and for less money. They will be my only choice for car repairs moving forward. Simply the Best I will never take my car anywhere else I have lived in Oklahoma City now for five years and not found a good mechanic until I came here. I will back these people up 1000000% I have Eden Rose dispensary and we only deal with quality in these guys are the best you're going to get family operation honesty value in just damn good people

My go-to mechanics for years, and they'verescued me more than once, as well!Do not get put off if an appointment runs a couple weeks out - they stay busy because they are good, honest, attentive and welcoming. They keep my beloved old truck running well, have always done a good job on replacing worn her parts, AND they me know what is necessary right now versus what needs attention sooner or later, which is very helpful when you're on a budget!

The absolute, hands down, BEST and MOST TRUSTWORTHY place to have your car serviced and/or worked on. If they say I need something serviced, repaired, or replaced, then I take them at their word and that means a lot. They have NEVER let me down.

This is a delayed post from 6 weeks ago. I have been using Cherokee Hills Automotive since the 1980's. They have always been honest and more than fair with their dealings with me. I had a a very intermittent problem so it was very hard to detect and find the cause. Through their determination it was found and corrected. My vehicle runs better now than it did when I got it 6 years ago. They don't go for the big dollar items unless needed, very conservative with their estimates. Chris stands by any work they do and his most important quality is to make his customers happy, sometimes going above and beyond the norms. Highly recommend this location and the friendly people you will deal with.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

They have always treated us right, been fairly priced and fast with the repair. We love being able to drop off the car outside business hours and getting a call explaining the issue and estimate. We always recommend Cherokee Hills to our friends.

Cherokee Hills Automotive:I bought a used truck. It started having problems. I was told it has always been worked on here. So I made an appointment with Chris and brought it in.I arrived early when they opened up the building, I walked in and talked to Chris. He asked for my key to the truck. I watched as he walked out to my truck, got in my truck, and moved it out of the handicapped spot to another spot in the lot. When he came back inside, I asked him why he moved it. (It was not blocking anything) He said that s the handicapped spot and walked away. (My handicapped placard was showing plainly in the front of the car)I waited while several other customers came and dropped off their cars. The mechanics finally showed up and I overheard Chris tell one that he needs to drive my truck around. I said, If you re taking the truck now, then I will go with you. Chris said no. I explained why, very nicely, I have had some bad experiences and your guy can drive it but I want to be in the car. Chris told me, No, I ve been working on this truck since it was new. You will stay here while he drives your truck or you can take your truck and leave. I said Give me the keys to my truck , and I left.This body shop discriminates against a handicapped person and does not deserve the service it receives. They don't stand behind there work warranty or there word. I've never been treated either such disrespect in my life.

My experiences with taking my car in have always been great and communication throughout the whole repair process has been a big priority for them. The whole team is supper helpful and respectful and if any problem arises or repair cost change they are quick to let you know and talk you through everything and ask if it's okay to proceed.I won't take my car anywhere else.

I am majorly impressed with these guys. Brought my Infiniti couple in a day BEFORE (my mistake) my scheduled drop off and they still got my car fixed same day! Very polite and accepting despite my error.They were so good in factt I went to them again twice in the same week and still got my car back same day.Will definitely be coming to them first from now on.

David, Chris and Trinity always provide excellent service and work you in when they can. I have taken my cars here for the past 10 years unless I needed new tires or an oil change. They always do quality work and save you money where they can. I highly recommend Cherokee Hills Automotive as a mechanic.

Always had a great experience with them. They are NOT one of those garages who tries to take advantage of a single woman or one that breaks stuff so you have to come back and have something else repaired!! Would highly recommend them!

I have had everything from a 2002 Dodge Van, 1994 BMW 325i, 2007 Chevy Impala, 2004 Pontiac Grand AM in there and the work has been perfect every time.The price is completely reasonable and cheaper than Pepboys or other big name shops. My vehicles are always locked up at night, Chris is their service manager and he always takes the time to explain everything and give me my options.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this group. They don't push things you don't need, if fact they told me I didn't need something I thought I did. Great pricing, great service, quality work.2008 Prius, 2004 Lexus, 1997 F-150.

These people are 100% honest. Tough to find in a mechanic. You are always dealing with an owner, and they understand the difference between what needs to be fixed and what you can live with. They don't over-charge and get you back on the road with no hassle.

As a fleet owner, I have tried several shops around OKC. My search ended at Cherokee Hills Automotive. They are a family owned business with a team of professionally dressed mechanics in a clean shop. I trust my fleet exclusively with Chris and his team at Cherokee Hills Automotive.

It's hard to find a good auto repair shop. Cherokee Hills Automotive is not just good, but it's a shop you can trust. You would be hard pressed to find better customer service in the city!

Thanks to Cherokee Hills automotive(CHA) for their quick repair to my car on a late Friday afternoon.I was at Walmart, ready to leave and no battery power. The folks at Walmart checked the battery and said it was ok but the terminal connection was broken and they could not provide the repair. They gave me a jump and on the way home I decided to see if there was a chance CHA could make the repair.The folks at CHA diagnosed the situation and said they could make the repair if I could wait on it - this was about 4:45 PM. It didn t take long and the cost was very reasonable especially since I didn t have an appointment. We have been a customer with CHA for many years and they have always been courteous and helpful to us. They will treat you RIGHT !

From the moment that you call and speak with Chris or his wife Trinity you realize that you have found the only automotive place that you will ever use again in Oklahoma City they are honest and extremely knowledgable!! Love this place!!!
