Well taken care of! Park is home to some very nice people! People that I am happy to call my friends & neighbors! The sun rises & -sunsets are gorgeous too!

been here a week and I must say the owners and all of the staff have been very friendly and helpful, unlike where I just moved from. It has been always quiet and the grounds are golf course-like. this too is a huge improvement over where I came from. These folks are putting a HUGE effort forward to renovate and turn this park into one of Grand Lake's finest! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PARK.

I was a renter until it was taken over by a new owner boubled my rent that I couldn't afford I got broke in to so we gave it up I don't recommend this resort it was a great place when Wes was there we miss it.

Under new owners this place is cleaned up and a quiet peaceful place to stay. Water access is a gentle grade no accessibility issues.
