I've been driving for 50 years and have likely tried that many mechanics. I just moved to bartlesville from California and have only had 1 mechanic in all those years that I would recommend to others. So far the dealings I've had with Truitt's could make this shop one to recommend. They installed a part I bought, not all shops do that, allowing me to save money and quickly resolved an issue with my lowered Honda.

I would definitely recommend Truitt's to anyone needing car repair. Our total cost including parts and labor was 25% less than the part alone at their competitors. They were super nice too.

Best place in town for your automotive needs. The owner is an outstanding man and has a few of the best mechanics in town in my opinion. We will most definitely continue to use them and I highly recommend them!!

Truitt's is the only place I would take my car or truck they are totally knowledgable about any problems I've ever had with any make and model of vehicles I've brought them so far and for a smaller shop they have all the latest tools and equipment needed to make most any repair and every one in the shop are very friendly and professional I highly recommend Truitts to everyone and they beat any dealership prices so far so for any of your automobile repair needs I urge you to give them a try they always give me up front pricing and usually it's under their estimate.Randy Mcguire

Fantastic place to go. I bought tires there was going to pay for an alignment but they told me it came with a st of tires lol score! I was like del yea! Anyway I was ready to hear that I needed a bunch of stuff I didn't think I needed like the other places in town well guess what that didn't happen they said nothing needed at this time I was like great! I brought them my vehicle Wednesday morning, when I came back to pick it up I was missing my driver side CUSTOM MADE RIM CAP, very expensive at that. They told me that s how we got it so I showed them a photo of my vehicle IN THEIR PARKING LOT the day I dropped it off with ALL MY RIM CAPS! So they either STOLE MY rim, or BROKE IT. And then lied to my face!!! I will NEVER return here and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKING ANY OF YOUR POSSESSIONS HERE. THEY WILL STEAL THEM AND BREAK IT AND THEN LIE TO YOUR FACE!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Returned to the area after over twenty years overseas and found Truitt's still in business with the same owners. Left one of my vehicles with a long list of work, including correcting bad work by other shops and expecting it to take several days. The following day the work was done and to the same high standard I had come to expect from Truitt's. As an added plus, not a smudge of grease anywhere inside or outside the car. This shop has my trust and my business.

Truitt's put a lift kit on my brand new Volkswagen Atlas (400 miles on it). My wife drove it home and told me it was making a noise. Somehow, they broke both of the front wheel bearings and apparently didn't know. Took it back to them, they called Volkswagen and told Volkswagen a lie and wanted them to cover under my warranty. We were without our brand new car for 10 days and Truitt's still charged me for installing the lift kit. Volkswagen was fantastic. They took care of the problem for us even after they learned of Truitt's mistake.

Wow! This place is fantastic. We were from out of town and needed some on the spot repairs. They got us right in. The price was fair. Wish we lived closer because we would use them again.

You can get it done at other places. For minor things I often do go to other places but if you want it done right on big jobs or question work or lack trust of another with your rig then you take it here, especially for brake and alignment work! And speaking of that Truitts is the best in town for front end alignments by far and away! Save yourself the headaches and just get it done right the first time by Truitts!

Took my F-350 4WD in for a 190,000 mile work over. Drives like a brand new truck, and will be making an appointment for wife's truck, for ball joints, tie rod ends, and rotation and balance next week.

Took my Toyota in to get it looked at because it was making noise on right hand side they tell me they knew was it was so paid him $260 to get it fixed called me told me it was fixed went and got it drove to the gas station still made the same noise took it back and called him this morning and told him It was still doing the same thing and then tell me they can t fix it because they don t got the tools when that s what I took it in to get fixed first place this is not how u do business supposed to be good friends of the family Hope we can get this worked out and get it fixed and get it done right
