Super glad they took our car in last minute as we were going out of town and in a bind. The only issue was the price we were quoted was not the price it ended up being, it was more expensive. Luckily we had the money to cover it and it didn t impact our trip too much. But to be almost $200 higher when we chose them bc of the price, it s kind of a rub. No extra work was done that warranted the cost being higher than quoted.

This old boy handles business got me right in there didn't try to jinx me around telling me I had bigger problems than I really had fixed the issue and got me out the door extremely pleased will be coming back for all future repairs

Doesn't seem too knowledgeable on repairs. He really seems to do good on oil changes though. As far as diagnostics go, he doesn't seem to have any idea of how to properly diagnose problems and I wouldn't recommend him for more than maybe an antifreeze flush and oil change.

Tom has been fixing my cars for thirty years and always does a first rate job quickly at reasonable cost. This last time my son was visiting from far away and his Honda Odessy A/C went out. Imagine going home across Kansas and Nebraska in summer with three little kids and no A/C! Big worries. Tom said bring it right over. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and fixed it (relay) in two hours at surprisingly low cost. Tom has always been the best car guy I know and I've regretted it when I've taken other advice and foolishly gone somewhere else! Don't go wrong. Back to Kansas from Washington state for a funeral, and my '08 Charger electric fan blades grenaded and punctured the radiator. Tom's got it fixed on short order. Quality work, friendly staff and fair pricing. RECOMMENDED!!!Service: Auto water leak repairService: Auto water leak repair

Second time I've been to this shop. Always in and out with quality repairs at great prices.First time, their diagnostic skills saved me a bunch of money on my Explorer and knocked out a tire repair for my wife's Fusion. Second go round was another flat tire for the wife's car. They knocked it out in 15 minutes. Great customer service!

Tom has taken care of my cars for many years now. He's always honest, quick and easy to work with. He never fails to communicate the issues and go above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are road ready. Highly recommend!

We have two vehicles that we have taken there numerous times for different reasons. Every time they stayed in touch letting us know what was going on and the time frame of getting the vehicles fixed. He went above and beyond to make sure the heater in my Ford truck was working properly. He has also work on my Honda Civic several times. I have had no issues whatsoever. I recommend Toms Auto.

Took my 2004 Honda Pilot in for potential transmission issue. We were getting some "lunging" when going uphill. I dropped the car off the night before, left the key in a drop box. Tom got on the problem the next day, drove the car, could not recreate the problem. He called me and said he could find nothing wrong but did feel a transmission oil change may be needed and should solve the problem. I accepted the advise and my problem was solved. Quick response honest service. Very happy with Tom and his service.

My husband was in Tulsa on business, hours from home. His car stranded him on the side of the road. After having the car towed to Tom's Auto Repair, the fuel pump was replaced. Within two days, the same thing happened. Apparently a 'bad' fuel pump was installed the first time. My husband was told that 'sometimes these things happen.' Now, a month later, my husband is back home...and it happened again. We had to have the fuel pump replaced AGAIN, as well as wiring that shorted out. Apparently, Tom's Auto Repair didn't put in the correct fuel pump (not OEM), but charged for it. I'm furious. This is costing a fortune, not to mention the hassle and lost wages.

He is a good honest man and doesn't rip you off they really take good care of you and your vehicles you take to them great quality in their work i will not be going anywhere else for my vehicles

Tom is an amazing man to have looking after your vehicle. I wouldn't trust anyone else to make sure my son's car is safe driving to and from college out of state.

Greatest mechanic ever! He worked on my 2006 Honda... turn up and gasket leak and serpentine belt, less then 200.$ Now I have a new Honda and he s my go to Mechanic always. Stephanie House
