First time customer to visit Tate Boys. Did not have an appointment when I arrived but employee at counter took my info ask if I would like to wait and I said yes. He explained they offer complimentary tire rotation with oil change which was awesome. As I waited in lobby for my services I observed a high level of customer service and several customer that had flat repairs and were told there was no charge which I thought was a very good service to customers. Definitely would make myself want to visit again when I would need tires or something else for sure. Very satisfied with the service I received and the exceptional customer service. Highly recommend

Alex was great with his customer service. I was given great car care and my tires drove great. my car drives like new with the alignment I received. Fast service! Absolutely will keep going back!

Went in for an oil change, was quoted 89.99 for synthetic. When I got there it ended up being like $135.00 because my car takes more than 5 quarts. I was never called and notified of the extra price and when I said something the guy said your car takes more than 5 quarts and then tried to get me to get a Tate's card. I asked about my brakes they said they were fine 80 In front 60 in back but my tie rod needs to be replaced and if "you continued to just drive it around town like you do it would be fine for awhile". This was the first time I have ever taken this car to Tate's and I have had it since 2021 and had never met this person. I took it to Firestone today and they told me that my brakes are HORRIBLE and one of my calipers is about to fall off.

A friend of mine had a tire blow out in Tulsa late one night. It was nothing serious, but it did ruin the tire. Tate's did the best job of trying to convince her that the car needed an alignment because the machine showed the values in the yellow. I was an alignment tech and mechanic for several years, when the machine shows the alignment values in yellow, your alignment is still good. As a matter of fact, the shop can program the machine to show yellow or red on just about any value they want to, even if it falls within the factory specs.Very deceptive behavior going on here at Tate's. I don't appreciate shops who take advantage of women. It gives the rest of us mechanics a bad rap.Ask to see the specs for your vehicle, and demand an explanation as to why they are recommending an alignment for a vehicle that doesn't need an alignment.

I was helped with carrying in the tires and I promptly looked up an and told to come back in an hour. Got a text that they were ready. Paid what I owed and was helped carrying them to car. Great job!!!

My husband & I often use Tate s as our primary example of a stellar business when we talk about building trust in the marketplace and creating an exceptional customer experience. Over multiple years, we have seen Tate s go above and beyond to do the right thing and treat their customers the way they d want their own family members to be treated. Top examples:1) Very graciously and respectfully (NOT condescendingly) letting me know I did not need to change our truck s oil every 3k miles since synthetic is good for 6k, 2) Not charging us for a service when it didn t fix the problem, even though they did legitimate work to explore the issue but it turned out to be a much larger more expensive problem than expected, 3) changing flat tires for free multiple times. We literally use the phrase The Tate s Effect to describe the amazingly positive experience they create.

The service was friendly and helpful and very up front about things. They were quick about doing the things I needed done and very courteous. I have been doing business with Tate's for years and will continue to do so for many more years. Thanks guys for the awesome job you all do!

Just moved here from out of state so this was my first time to visit Tate Boys. Brought in our 2 vehicles for oil change and tire rotation. Top-notch service from the minute we walked in the door. Couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend them.

Had friendly service on this last oil change ( downtown)! My ONLY complaint ( if I had to have one) would be the lengthy time it took. Knowing they are under construction, can't complain too much. Friendliness goes a long way!

I called Tate Boys. Alex was so helpful about everything so that I understood. He made me an appointment for 3:30 pm. They were very courteous. I went back today. They added some antifreeze to my car. He thanked me for coming. I m much more pleased than the Tate Boys in Tulsa.

The people interacted with were quite friendly & their price for car battery compared to their competition was much better! Their facility was comfortable. One of their mechanics took the time to try to fix a long-standing issue in my car- I was very impressed & charged me nothing! Great people, great prices & I will definitely do business at Tate Boys!

Downtown location always comes through! The staff are upbeat and friendly, the speed of service is crazy fast and they usually have free popcorn so the kids don't mind the wait either.

I truly appreciate the customer service here! This tate boys is where we always bring our vehicles for anything from a tire patch to more intricate jobs needing done. We love this place and the great customer service we always receive!

Courteous, prompt staff. The locations are always clean and comfortable. They always answer my questions fully and recommend the best way to remedy a situation with my vehicles. The work they have done on my vehicles is always top notch! They've consistently meet or exceeded my expectations! They are the only shop I trust to work on my cars and trucks.

I had them do the u joint on my truck and today I broke down because my u joint failed. My drive shaft was laying on the ground while the u joint was fractured in half. I'm assuming one of the monkeys they have working here forgot to grease the component. I had have my truck towed. This is just another problem I have had with this place. Won't be returning.

Tate Boys is ALWAYS my go to. They go above and beyond to take care of anything I need done and the work is top notch and I don t have to wait weeks to get in. I encourage anyone who needs any kind of work done to start by calling Tate Boys. If they can t do it they ll send you to someone who can.

All I had done was an oil change and tire rotation. When I got back into my car, it gave me a "MyKey" notification that all audio will be muted until the seatbelt is buckled. I was still in Park. When I got onto the highway, another MyKey notification came up saying I was nearly at the top speed. I have never set anything with MyKey up and took it back to Tate Boys. They claim they didn't do anything with it, but it was not doing that when I went in for my oil change the only way to set it up is to go into the vehicle menu and activate it. The problem is I cannot turn off MYKey because the only key I have for this car is not an "admin" key. The only way I can fix this is by having another key made and then have Ford reprogram both keys and then deprogram MyKey, which is going to cost me around $200. I've never had bad service that cost me this kind of money before. I won't be going there again.

Front desk folks were great and the work was done in a timely manner. However, price wise it was not very competitive. I had a tire that was damaged. The tire warranty covered the one tire, but bought a second tire to match the one being replaced. In the end, even with the tire warranty, the total cost ended up being close to what I would have paid at Discount Tire and Discount Tire is in multiple states so if I had an issue while traveling, it would be easier to handle.

Very friendly when I walked in. Was told hour and a half or 2 to get a flat fixed, and they had it done in a hour. Will definitely be back when I need anything else done

Were pretty busy... but got me in and out quickly. Rotated my tires... checked my brakes no charge. Pleasure dealing with Steve. Thanks Tate Boys. Had to go back on Saturday from an oil change issue, nobody's fault, one of those things. Want to thank JT...Steve...and Alex, the Marvel guy. Please thank the mechanic as well. Were waiting on me and got me fixed up. Really appreciated. Friendly and well run shop.
