We appreciated the time given to answering our questions and the timely manner of his arrival. We discussed the service required, the fee, which is really open for debate considering whether it is worth it and even more so, considering what is required to even do the service by the technician. We chose to fix it. The tech was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. It is worth the Trip Fee to consider the repair vs buying a new washer. Definitely A+ Service. Thx!!
