I'd been looking for 2 specific vehicles for about 6 months. I test drove a few, none nor the dealership felt right. When I came across the listing Sean put on Marketplace, I responded because it was exactly what I'd been looking for. I drove the 45 minutes and right away felt at ease. Sean wasn't pushy, was knowledgeable and was very upfront and honest. He patiently waited and talked things through with me until after closing to make sure I was comfortable with the decision. Couldn't have asked for a better sales rep and highly recommend him. Alex was also great. He made the financing part very comfortable, and he also took some extra time to answer all of the questions. I left very pleased with my experience.

I would give this place no stars if that was an option. I have had nothing but negative experiences since I bought my brand new vehicle last year. Their service department is an absolute nightmare to deal with! I can t even take it there to get the oil changed anymore because the last time they broke it and I had to take it in like 4 more times for them to fix. Now the a/c is not working properly and they are already trying to get out of it being covered under warranty. The stories go on and on. Everyone I have talked to that has bought a car there has similar nightmare stories. I should not get a panic attack from dealing with them.Buyer beware!!!! Save yourself a whole lot of stress and buy your car somewhere else.

Had the pleasure of working with "Big Corey" for my first ever car purchase. He made the experience very smooth and easy and made me feel very comfortable. I am so happy with my new car! Reviews work people! Grabs the businesses attention!Update: 2/6/24Today, Alex Pruitt called back and apologized. He admits that he dropped the ball on getting back to us. He now has a goal to work better on getting back to people. He also made sure that I had no further questions or needs before hanging up.Update: 2/5/24We received our check and paperwork. Still upset that I haven't been called back when I called numerous times and left messages. That's why the rating is NOT 5 star!So while I had a decent experience at first, but now I'm having trouble getting ahold of Alex Pruitt! I have emailed and not gotten a response. I have called numerous times and not gotten a call back! We sold them our car (back in Dec 2023) for this one, but still haven't received our check for it. I'm upset with the customer experience now! And until I get the information I'm requesting and my check for the car I sold them, I refuse to update this review!

By far the best dealer ship i have ever been to they go above and beyond to make sure you drive home in a new car that day Doug Dainty was our salesman and he is awesome super nice guy and does everything he can for you. Alex the finance guy was great as well I highly recommend this dealership for any of your car purchases

These guys are a joke !! Called them for a new car enquiry and they said there is one available and we will be able to lease it . They were so quick in running the credit check and submitting the application and we got approved is I heard from the salesman and he said the finance managers will review the application and call me in an hour or so. But I didn t get any call back that day . Followed up multiple times again today but all I heard was we will receive the call soon from finance managers . Waited the whole day and nothing so far . The sad part is I missed on the same deal from couple other dealerships as I had to confirm to them today . I waited on this as my credit was already hit from here . Bottom line is my experience so far is so unprofessional and not courteous.At this point I don t know if anything positive will happen on this or not , but if it happens I will definitely update here.

Most god awful sales guys and finance guys here at Patriot. Trying to trade my truck in they gave me an offer then when finalizing a deal they went back on their trade value and called me the liar even though I had documentation stating the offer they have given me previously. These patriot buick guys are cooks and completely worthless guys.If for some reason you may chose to buy at patriot avoid Kent the salesman and Zach the financial service.

DEFINITELY coming back!! Sam was the biggest and best help I could have asked for. Was originally looking at a used car and he found a perfect brand new car for me for the same value as the used. *when I received my car it was NOT detailed. There was trash all in the glove box and NOTHING was wiped down/vacuumed and if it was they must have had a kid do it. Horrible, horrible experience now considering the amount of time you had my vehicle. **My experience has been a roller coaster but thanks to Zach the sales manager, it improved instantly. My finance guy was amazing too! I had a huge communication problem getting updates on my vehicle that I purchased for almost two weeks. After today I felt 100% better and Zach went way above and beyond after the fact. Other than this issue- the buying process was smooth. Thank you for getting me in the suv I didn t know I needed.

Wonderful customer service! We drove from almost 2 hours away and they stayed open late just to accommodate us. Kent took great care of us and made the whole experience quick and efficient! How dare you take advantage of an older female customer!! My mother brought her car in for warranty work on an anti-theft system. There was nothing wrong with her car. She received a call after the work started, service guys said she had an oil leak and other issues which were needing attention..... to the tune of $1000+. The car had never leaked oil on the driveway, until she had got it back from you. Also had a nearly flat tire when it was picked up. I would never recommend anything be done at your lot, and she will never purchase from you again!

They don t return phone calls or emails, outside of our salesman, he did all he could do, but management and finance would not communicate at all. The used truck we purchased from them started having issues in less than a month after purchasing. I reached out this week simply asking for a copy of some of our paperwork and talked to the salesman. He said finance would get back with me 3 days later, nothing. Also, read your contracts very carefully. They say they re throwing in gap coverage and extended warranties, which they do, for a price.

Sean Seaba is a really good sales man. He didn t try and just get me to buy one, he toldme everything that would have been good and everything that would have been bad on the car. I highly recommend this place for getting a car. Great customer service. Love the car

I made an appointment for the middle of January back in December to have the heated steering wheel recall completed. I was assured that the parts for my truck were there. There was bad weather and frigid temperatures and I didn't want to make the 45 minute drive to Bartlesville. So I rescheduled for February 19th. That day, after I was seated in the waiting room for 20 minutes, I was told that the parts would have to be ordered and I would be called when they came in. I am upset that the parts were not there and I made a trip for nothing. Was my steering wheel given to someone else because I cancelled the first appointment?I am not pleased that this scheduled appointment was not checked on prior to me traveling there to make sure all parts where there.

If you re looking for a vehicle this is the place to go! Make sure to ask for Triston as he made yesterdays experience enjoyable and easy! Everyone I came in contact with were very kind and helpful.
