The people that work here are very helpful. The starter in my van decided to go out and they had the right starter for my van I did look around a bit and it looks like they have a good size inventory there. There not to far from the Walmart that I was going to.

They sent us the wrong part 3 times in a row. After the 3rd time we were told they would have to order the correct part and that it would be in the following afternoon. We go the 4th time to pick up the part and are given some big long story about how it's going to be another 10 days before they can get the part. When we ask for a refund they only give us back part of the money because they say they can't refund us the shipping on

Wonderful customer service. I went in to purchase things for my bicycle (there is no bike shop in the area so I have to improvise). They were really friendly, and had no issue at all with me wheeling my bike or or even helping me find what I was looking for.I have been here for about 6 years and am very happy with this store. Always helpful even if they don't have the parts I need.

The staff here is doing a good job. Most of the time they have what I need. My last visit I needed a battery. I'm not quite to 50 yet and I still consider myself stout and capable of doing for myself. The sales associate"wish I rmbrd his name" at the counter came out and checked my battery (which was bad), carried my battery in and the new battery back out to my truck even though I told him that I could get it. He wasn't having it. He just grabbed the batteries and took off. I definitely recommend this store.

Stranded are the corner, called for parts told they had them, walk over to be told they don't know what I'm talking about or who I talked to. Thankfully there was an Advance Auto nearby with friendly helpful staff more than eager to sell parts

We ordered an oil pump to freshen up a motor was putting in a truck end up using the old oil pump and two more trips to exchange parts thank goodness fuel pump the old engine had some life left in it.

I needed some oil, but couldn't do it myself.The employees were kind enough to check and then fill and check again.

Useless place. They don t know 8 gauge wire from 20 gauge antenna wire. More over, they don t know how to measure its length. I watched the girl try to use the measuring tape stuck to the shelf, she was completely bewildered by it. You could see the wheels slowly turn in her head, 2 foot, how many thingies is that? She brought back no more than 14 inches. Someone else stepped in to help, and I eventually got the correct length. It was a huge hassle overall.

Been at they're location a long time, use to be McDonald Auto Parts years ago, they're good folks, lots of repeat business, so they must be doing something right..

The assistant manager help me a lot this morning in the sleet. My oil gauge kept dropping as I was driving and so I stopped in and told him what was going on. He went out and checked my oil and added a quart because it was low. He had me start my truck to made sure the light went off before letting me leave the parking lot. Thank you again!!

Customer service is horrible. Some of the employees don't know how to do their jobs and/or work the computer system. When buying parts in the store they say parts are not instock, but online it is instock and can be picked up in less than an hour when ordered online.Manager sticks up for his employees rather than for the customers when the employees make mistakes. Would rate 0 stars if that was possible. Will be going to either the West Bartlesville O'Reilly's location, or going to AutoZone and/or Advanced Auto Parts from now on.

These guys are awesome!!! Zach Pat was a lifesaver and very knowledgeable and helpful! Visited Bartlesville from out of town on a Sunday when everything was closed and they helped us with a flat tire changing it. Was a lifesaver!!

Staff helped us out and installed our auto battery...least expensive battery was $100 more expensive than the lower rated battery at Walmart, and $60 more than the equivalent battery.
