Great no pressure sales experience. I would highly recommend going here for your next car purchase. One of the friendliest car lots we have experienced in Oklahoma. Got just what we'd been looking for and it's not easy to do that right now!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I put a deposit down on a vehicle, lined up financing, and made plans to pick it up the following day. The night before I get a text that the vehicle was sold, even though I put down a deposit on it. The salesperson was great, but management refused to answer my call or provide me with an alternative plan to remedy the situation. Plenty of other respectable Toyota dealers out there so I would avoid this one.

Tyler Ledbetter was very helpful when choosing a 2022 used Hyundai Kona at Doenges Toyota. He's very friendly and easy to work with. Will Doenges was a great help with our financing and made it easy to complete the paperwork to close the deal. I would recommend them for anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. They're great!

Great first time car buying experience! I was helped most by Riley who was more that available to answer any questions and making it a stress free experience. Everyone who helped us went above and beyond. I would definitely check them out if you re out this way before making the drive to Tulsa.

Brandi was great! Ordered my 2022 rav4 for me, kept on top of everything and kept me updated on the status all the way. She made the buying process easy, and stayed late ast closing to allow me to pick it up since I was driving 200 miles to get it, will definitly return! ....UPDATE returned in Sept 2023, bought another vehicle from brandi, just as awesome as before!

Working with Thomas Roach was honestly a breeze. I found a 2019 GMC Terrain for under $20k and I knew I wanted it. He immediately got ahold of me after I filled out the application and helped me through the trade in process. Everything was done efficiently and he tried his best to help me get a payment I could afford monthly. I recommend and I wish I had gotten my first car through them as the last dealership I dealt with, wasn t kind as this dealership. Thank you, Thomas! You made this buying process so easy for me!

I ve gone to their service department multiple times and never had a good experience. The latest was the worst. Engine Maintenance Light was on and they said it was because i needed my oil change (but had just gotten one 3 weeks earlier) the service advisor just reset the reminder and put me on the way even thought i told her i knew that wasn t the problem. About an hour later it came back on and I went to a toyota dealership in Tulsa, where they listened and actually looked at it and told me that there was a leak in a tube.

Buying a car from Doenges Toyota was a great experience and I have never said this about a car dealership before)! My mother in law needed a newer car and our salesman, Thomas treated us with respect. He wasn't pushy and was extremely patient with us. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful - even the finance guy was great to work with (usually this is where you get bombarded add on suggestions). They understood we had a limited budget and really worked with us. I highly recommend Thomas at Doenges Toyota!

After starting out rocky I am thankful for Kaylee and Michele who swooped in and saved the day. I was purchasing a car for my elderly mother who lives out of state and these two ladies treated her with dignity and respect while I was on the phone with her the whole time. I am sad to edit my 5-star rating to 2 stars after being disappointed in Doenges's follow-thru and customer service post- sale. We negotiated a window tint to match the other windows. We did get the tint, however, it is a different color tint than what is on the other windows. My brand new vehicle looks stupid now. We have placed multiple calls to our salesperson and the sale manager (who were awesome during the sales process). But it's been a couple months and we are still waiting for a return call from them.

Over the years we've purchased two vehicles from Doenges. It was worth the drive from Tulsa to get a good price and great support after the sale. To that end I am in the process of having my 2016 Tacoma shipped overseas and the receiving country needed an original bill of sale. I could not locate one; consequently, I reached out to Doenges, in particular Shelly Smith-Cooper. Shelly went above and beyond to meet my needs. I sincerely appreciate and praise her responsiveness and attention to deal. Doenges supported me, a customer, long after I drove my vehicle out of the dealership. Thank you Shelly

I'm questioning why at 9:00 last night and my father was having to correct an issue Toyota created. I noticed a rattling as I was heading back home to Tulsa. I turned around to have my dad take a look. Apparently the service technician was either too lazy or careless to put the body shield of my car on correctly after an oil change. My dad didn't have the right tools to fix it.I had to set up an appointment for this morning to get them to fix their mistake, causing me to have to miss work.Prior to this they had already lost my business. If you heavily advertise a $9.95 oil change and you can't honor that price, for whatever reason, you should probably call and contact your customer before proceeding with a different oil. What if I only had $15 to spend period? They trapped me to give them business in my opinion, and didn't allow me to go somewhere else.Lastly, the customer service was nonexistent. Customer service should be huge in an industry with so much competition. I was hardly greeted, or really talked to at all to understand what service needs I had. No direction. When I took my car in this morning to be fixed... no apology, no ownership of the mistake, nothing. I told her the problem and the response was "okay I'll take your key." And she walked off... I stool there awkwardly for a bit, then decided to find the waiting room on my own.I'm still not convinced they have completely fixed the problem. It still might be missing a screw...Overall I am completely dissatisfied with my experience at Doenges Toyota.

We had an overall good experience in purchasing a used car at this dealership. The salesmen were courteous, not over pushing, were for the most part straight forward, did more for us than my wife and I are used to, the 2 year/100,000 mile warranty is great and we are happy with the condition and value of the auto purchased. Paperwork was a little slow, but that is our only negative. We will recommend you to others and actually already have.

We have been very happy with Doenges, purchasing and service. Bought a 2015 Sienna Limited in 2015 and this year bought a 2014 Dodge Laramie Limited Diesel. Both used and new purchases were above expectation. We've had all of the service performed at Doenges even though we have to drive for 2 hours one way. Service dept is very attentive and GM is accessible if you need any assistance. Tires for Life program is a winner!

The low pressure tire light came on in our vehicle as we were traveling through Oklahoma back to Kansas. Doenges got us right in and inspected our tires and more while we ate breakfast at a nearby restaurant, and then didn't charge us anything. Thank you, Doenges!

I needed two tires patched and my tires rotated.They were able to get my car in quickly. They were competitively priced. They had a clean restroom, snacks, drinks, television and WiFi to entertain me during my wait. They did good, quick work and got me on my way. Thank you!

I took our vehicle in for it s first 5000 mile service. Greg took excellent care of me. Tires were rotated in a timely fashion and I was treated very nicely by everyone I came into contact. The app was also easy to use in order to schedule maintenance.

Very polite and non-pushy salespeople very kind and respectful staff all around.When I had a wreck we took our car there and it was fixed very quickly and thoroughly did an excellent job all around.Haven't had any problems in the 10+ years my family has been doing "business" with them very good deals.They don't just want your money, they don't have the "hurry up and buy something and get out" attitude.

Service department will cause a malfunction on your vehicle after repairing it then chalk it up to a coincidence and want you to pay for them to fix it. I have a service agreement and free tires for life with them (which that itself is a scam, don t fall for them trying to sell you that), but I will never bring my vehicle here again. I have had nothing but issues every time and this was the last straw.

A huge shoutout to these guys here! Turned my sorry experience with my deer hit around.After three months of my car being in the shop (and it didn t end up fixed correctly), Dewayne and his crew set right what was wrong. I m immensely happy with their service, how they handled my claim(StateFarm) and how he answered all my questions,(trust me I was not trusting after my first attempted fix) no matter how small! I recommend this shop if you ever have repair needs!

I have purchased my last three vehicles at Doenges. The sales staff have been very helpful and non pushy. The service is excellent as well. I'm 71 years old and have purchase many cars in my time. I can honestly say it's refreshing to do business here. Going to a car dealership is usually a tiring ordeal, but not at Doenges. With all my purchases I was treat very well and given the best deal up front. I know this because I do my homework before going in. I know what the approximate invoice price is and what the best interest rate is and etc. Doenges hits the target or beats it every time, none of the usual tiring haggling. My next purchase will be at Donenges. Ask for JC Marquez, he is awesome.

Went in for a routine oil change and the technician discovered I had a staple in the sidewall of my tire. They were able to change the tire as well and had a great experience. The service desk associate was very professional and competent and kept me informed throughout the process. A great company and a great experience.

WAS WELL WORTH TRAVELING OVER 2 THOUSAND MILES FOR!(Would like to rate higher than 4 stars, but fractions not permitted)Doenges marked down a very nice low mileage Toyota which I saw online. I made the deposit and booked a flight from central Pennsylvania all the way to Oklahoma to pick up a car I'd not driven or seen in person.VERY PLEASED.The car is excellent.The deal was super.Out the door cost (doc, etc.) was low.The staff was helpful.They also picked me up at the airport, and filled it with gas before I left.Would like to give 5 stars (I'm that happy), but in fairness to review- communication was sometimes slow or incomplete. It did take about a week to get an info confirmation email, but to be fair, part of that was due to me having a flip phone that couldn't really show attachments.But hey, they're busy, and all's well that ends well. And it ended very well. Love my car, and well worth the 2400 mile round trip.THANKS DOENGES !!!!

Recently,while searching for a new Ford work truck,I had the pleasure of speaking to Doenges sales representative Bill Hight. Bill was courteous,personable and most helpful in finding the exact truck I needed. Bill and sales Manager Jeff Campbell promptly appraised my truck and made what I considered as a reasonable,no non-sense trade offer. We reached a sales agreement following my counter offer,which Doenges gave serious consideration. The transaction was easy,promptly concluded and,I believe, fairI have purchased a number of trucks and cars from dealers in Oklahoma and other states. Rarely,if ever, have I had a more satisfying,stress-free experience.
