I normally have a good experience but my last service and the service I received today was less than satisfactory. I was told again that I needed to replace my cabin air filter. At my last service I was told I needed to replace it because it was replaced incorrectly. It was your service department who replaced it incorrectly and after checking you replaced it without cost because again I had paid to replace it at prior service. I inquired about when the other 2 filters they recommended to be replaced had been replaced. They didn t know. I have replaced at least 1 to 2 filters at each service for the past year. In addition I was quoted the max price for brake service without being advised of the possibility of parts at a lesser cost. I would like to thank the woman service representative for looking the prices up when I came to the desk to get an itemized breakdown of the parts and cost. I have been a faithful customer and have felt like I was taken advantage of on my last 2 visits. I get regular service and maintenance when it is advised by your service representatives. Mistakes happen, I understand, but not trusting that I m not being treated fairly seems to be becoming the norm.

I am new to the Bartlesville area and was exploring options for a truck. I stopped at Doenges on a lunch break and was promptly greeted by Brandy who efficiently gathered the details for what I was looking for and identified 2 options immediately on the lot. We test drove one of the trucks and Brandy followed up later that afternoon regarding purchasing options. While I did not go with the original vehicle, Brandy was amazing at identifying another option that was perfect and I drove it home the next day. Outstanding communication and follow up while making the entire process painless and extremely simple - very critical during a busy work week.As someone who s purchased numerous vehicles through the years, I highly recommend Brandy, Tyler and Will at the Doenges Team to take the stress out of the car buying process

After several issues with the original dealership I bought my ford from (Campbell Nissan) supposedly fixing my issues time and time again. I went with Doenges as they do my regular maintenance and never fail me. They replaced a few things and BAM it was fixed like new. JT, and his guys at Ford are an all star team and made sure I had a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being worked on. They solved the problem I ve been trying to fix for months and I can t thank them enough!! Highly recommend this dealership for all service needs, they do quality work for a reasonable price! I took my Bronco in for an oil change. It used to take all day. It was done fast and everyone was extremely friendly. I can definitely tell there has been a change. Keep up the good work.

We worked with Mariana in finding our 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. She was extremely kind, thoughtful and considerate in our needs and allowing us to make a decision. It is 1 week from our purchase, and we have not regretted any bit of the experience. In fact, we feel very much at peace with what we have purchased. We had 2 toddlers that had to run around and cry but the team was very understanding and allowed us to do what we needed to. Thank you Mariana for making this such a great experience for our family. We are excited to make future road trips with the family!

If you can take your car somewhere else to get serviced please do. We had to take our car there back in January to replace (a fuse of some kind) and it was supposed to be there for just a few days but here we are over 2 months later and they still have it. Last thing I was told was that a new engine was going to be installed by this Friday. So we will see what happens. I hate leaving a bad review but it really shouldn't take this long to get it fixed.

They discovered that the truck had an oil leak stemming from the engine gasket. After replacing it, a month has passed without any leaks, and the truck is running smoothly.

Service department does not do a thorough job nor do they listen to the customer. Take your vehicle here if you need a dealer type repair only. Otherwise find someone who cares about the customer enough to listen and doesn t treat working on your vehicle like a quick in and out whether or not is solves your problem. Oh, by the way, even if they don t fix your problem, they still charge you for it.

In August 2023, we returned to Doenges to purchase our 3rd vehicle from them. Picked out a used Ram. Then the finance guy got involved. Suddenly our credit score was approx 60 points lower then the report I pulled a day earlier. If we purchase a new truck (his words) better interest rate, etc... he had the perfect truck for us. He'd been driving it, had upgraded parts, raptor lights, suspension, dual exhaust. Yep, we fell for it. I believed it to be a demo truck. Then a month later we received the title. That's when we realized we didn't purchase it from Doenges, we bought it from the finance guy. And since he owned it, he had the extras put on it, VOIDING the warranty. We now, less then 2 months later have issues with the headlights. Doenges say not covered under warranty. This is a 2023 F150 with less then 6000 miles on it. How is this even legal?

First of all, I want to say that Hailey from the service department is super sweet and helped me with everything I needed. However, JT is another story. I called the dealership yesterday (10/23/2023) and was talking to Hailey about my tire situation. I had punctured it and needed a new one. I told her that I had purchased a tire plan and she was able to see it. I made sure that they didn't need anything from me for when I bring the car in today (10/24/2023) and she said no. When I arrived this morning, JT was the one who asked what I needed done and when I told him, he said he couldn't find the tire package on my account. I said that's weird because the lady that I spoke to yesterday was able to see it. He then asked if I purchased the vehicle from them, I responded no I did not. He said whatever package I bought for my tires needed to be done at the dealership I bought the vehicle and package from. I then told him there was no way I was driving to OKC on a donut. His response, "yeah, that would be unsafe." He then said if I could come back with paperwork showing proof of this tire plan, he could see what he could do. Luckily I keep EVERYTHING car related in my glovebox. Pulled it out and gave it to him. He looked it over and said great, I will make a copy. He asked me if I needed anything else done, I said yes, I would like to get my oil changed and also I have a recall that needs to be done, so if we are able to take care of that, then that would be great. He said if I didn't purchase the car from them then I could not have the recall taken care of there. I was shocked, but already irritated with the way I was being treated. Later, I went up to Hailey to ask if she would order me another tire, that way I can have two new tires in the front, and she was great and ordered them right away. As I was talking to Hailey, JT yells over to her and says, "before she leaves, we need to make sure she doesn't owe a deductible". I am not sure why that needed to be yelled across the bay area, but I find that to be very unprofessional.I told my husband what was going on and he ended up calling Ford Customer Service, they tried to reach out to the dealership and was hung up on.Hailey, I give you 5 stars and thank you for everything. Everything else was horrible.

I called last Wednesday, 9/20, to inquire as to whether Doenges could perform the 360 camera recall on my truck (recall 22S51). The service tech didn't ask for a VIN or recall number. He instead stated that Ford hadn't started shipping parts for it. I explained that I was not calling about the recently issued 360 camera recall for Explorers, but about the recall issued 8/26/2022 for Super Duty trucks. He again stated Ford had not started shipping replacement parts. I hung up and called Quality Motors in Independence. The service tech had me scheduled for an appointment within minutes. Quality also confirmed Ford has been shipping these replacements for about a year now. 0 stars.

I tried numerous times to schedule an appointment in advance. The reason was to avoid a long wait. During the prior 2 months each time I called no one would answer the phone in the service department. The switchboard could only get me to the voicemail service. I left multiple messages and now one ever returned my calls!!On the day I took my truck in for service I was finally able to reach someone in the department at around 8:30 in the morning. The lady that answered the phone in the Quick Lane department stated that she did not think she would be able to service my truck before noon. So to avoid waiting for several hours, she was going to call me back at noon to verify that she could provide the service that afternoon. I waited until 2pm and she never called. THIS IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!I took my truck in regardless that I had not received a callback. They were able to get me in for an oil change and tire rotation.I had been using Doenges ford for several years and the service was continually declining. I WILL MOST LIKELY FIND A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE!!IT WOULD BE WISE TO REFRAIN FEOM ASKING ME FOR A REFERRAL!

Never take a Diesel to them. They charged me 7 grand to fix my fuel problems it took them many tries and 5 months later before they ever got it fixed right. Then after they finally figured it out they wanted an additional 500$ Terrible experience.

Very Good SERVICE CENTER. Didn't care for their SALES DEPARTMENT. No inventory to speak of. Pressure on me to buy a car I really didn't want. Repeated offers to buy my car (for $500) although I told them I had no intention to sale my car.........

Bought a new F250 from here in 2018. Had too many bad service experiences, maybe the sister company at Toyota can provide a better experience from now on. I have given 15-20 service attempts to these guys, maybe 2-3 were timely and met expectations. It is almost like they are trying to push me away to not support a program they sold me when I bought the new truck.

Our Ford 2016 Fiesta had to have the radio replaced and now it draws power from the battery and we have to unplug the car everything we exit it so now we have to trade it in and this also isn't the only they've screwed up our car they have also striped the nuts on one our wheels and they want us to pay for them to take our car for 2 days to do a diagnostic and then pay for the radio they screwed up

New update: The warranty work that took weeks to complete to stop an oil leak failed to stop the leak. Truck leaks oil as it did when I took it to them.Update. Took truck back for warranty part and the oil changed they lied about a couple weeks prior. . Went to pick up truck today and they confirmed the warranty work and oil change was done and on the ticket. Checked truck before driving off and truck still had non ford quick lube oil filter and dirty oil.Dealer lied twice that they changed the oil.Second time I ve had issues with service at this dealer. The service advisors at the desk are friendly but have given me false updates and information multiple times. Vehicle was there for a few weeks and was told work was completed that wasn t.Even told me me the oil was changed. The oil sticker from a previous quicklube was removed but the oil was dark, the oil filter wasn t changed and the oil percent wasn t reset. Dropped off the car with a check engine light for a o2 sensor, was told it was fixed twice. Went to get the vehicle and same code and check engine light come on at start up. Walked back in and was told they actually didn t fix it because a part was on back order. I was aware of another part on back order but told by two service advisors the o2 issue was resolved.

Doenges got to my warranty repair in a single day where other dealers wanted my truck for 48 to 72 hours just to diagnose the issue with no guarantee of having the right parts to fix. I also order a small part in the parts department that I thought would be sent by mail, but Doenges showed up at my door with it, I know it was somewhat on their way but that is service with a smile!

Spend a little bit of time today at the parts counter if you're like me you know that not all parts are the same the ones that come from the dealership meet the OEM spec the gentleman that waited on us today went above and beyond to obtain the part that we needed good place to do business their customer satisfaction is more than guaranteed they go out of their way to get you what you need

I just got automated mailing from Brad Doenges. It reminded me of the one and only time since we moved to Bartlesville about a year ago. I like to have my Ford truck serviced at a Ford dealer. This was a mistake. We also went in this time to look at an explorer since our daughter had bought one recently. Big mistake! The only showroom person was rude and told us the obvious that they had nothing on the lot to show us. Next mistake was waiting in the service area for people to walk by and ignore us for over 15 minutes. We left and the next day I got my Ford serviced at the Chevy dealer up the road and they were super efficient and nice. Get it together Brad!!!And there was a strange salesman dude outside smoking that couldn t be bothered that we were there walking around the handful of new cars that they had on the lot. We had to go inside to find a just as apathetic woman inside who was no more help. We went that same day to Tulsa and bought a Volkswagen. Good luck at Doenges Ford.

Had scheduled a service appointment online 2 weeks in advance and received appointment confirmation by text and email. Arrived at scheduled time and service person said that they dont receive appointments made online and that they dont have any main line service repair mechanics availble on Saturdays. Service person says they have kept telling someone to fix website to inform customers of this and it has never been done. I basically drove 90 minutes round trip for nothing wasting gas. There were no managers availble to speak to and everyone I spoke to didnt have a clue. Poor customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
