Leah Young was a super star sales person! Absolutely figured out what we wanted and went out and found it! Other dealers were going to make us wait for 30 days until the car came in but she had our car at the dealership in two days! They gave us what we needed for our trade in with no hassle! Finance was EASY! We are about 1 1/2 hours away from Bartlesville but would definitely make that trip again!

Awesome service, courteous and dependable work completed right on schedule so we could drive our Palisade on vacation. Absolutely did not want to drive a smaller Enterprise rental SUV and only one available for us to use locally. Also, staff pointed out a tire that we'd purchased from the local Hyundai dealership that was a winter tire and improperly ordered and replaced on my Palisade. Yeah, I went straight there after speaking with the manager of the repair shop who said that this was causing an alignment problem that I definitely had noticed while driving. Replaced promptly at Hyundai to our satisfaction!

I purchased my second vehicle from Doenges because I had decent experience with my other vehicle at their Toyota dealership. I have had this new vehicle for almost 3 years, but I have had the same problem with them two times. I am sorely disappointed, because I feel their lack of detail in performing the service is a high safety risk to me.Both times it was a tire rotation, during which they check fluids, etc. Both this time & a previous time, I have picked up my vehicle & have had to immediately head to Tulsa, which has me driving southbound on Highway 75. Both times, as the traffic got out of town and speeds increased, I noticed the hood bouncing. I have had to pull over into the breakdown lane, with heavy traffic on highway 75, and secure the hood. I know there is a two stage latch for the hood, but the fact that this hood has been bouncing due to Doenges' lack of professionalism in the people servicing the vehicle has put my safety at great risk, not only because the hood was not properly latched, but also because I have had to rectify this under conditions where I would have been injured.Doenges had plenty of time to rectify this problem, and I will be speaking to them directly, but I am glad that Doenges themselves solicited my feedback, because I am a very dissatisfied client. This final step is so simple and safe for them to do while the vehicle is still in their repair bay, yet so dangerous for me when I am on the busy highway. SHAME DOENGES!!!!!!! SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was visiting my cousin in Caney Kansas when the power steering went out as I turned off the highway. Thankfully, the older lady at ASAP on east 6th in Bartlesville told me about Doenges and took my car In to be serviced. I'm pleased to say Endora ( car) steers better and rides a lot nicer

Just a regular oil/filter. Young man at service desk was very busy, only one on duty, he was efficient, friendly, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like I have experienced at other dealerships. He acted like he was happy to see me. Made me feel like I was a valued customer. Have been getting my edge serviced there since I bought it there in 2010. always top service and friendliness.

Was honest regarding my wait time, and actually got it done faster than expected. Unlike other times way back no one made up things that need fixed on my car and tried to pressure me into fixing it. Had the exact same recommendation as Tate Boys regarding my tires too.

The reason I bought my first vehicle from Doenges is because I was in the area on business and my truck, which I had not purchased from them, broke down as was not able to be drove. Doenges staff sensed the need for me to use this truck for my business, fit me into their already busy schedule and repaired it quickly. It should also be noted that were very friendly and glad to do the work. I have now bought multiple vehicles from them and they have continued to give good service.

We received a notice of a recall on our 2013 Expedition EL regarding a safety issue with our transmission. My wife took the vehicle in and was taken care of in a professional manner and did not receive any comments or notifications of any additional service requirements. The recall issue was immediately taken care of and she was out the door in under 20 minutes and at no cost to us.We have purchased several vehicles from Doenges since 2001 and have always received excellent and quality service and advice on each visit.Additionally, I occasionally receive personal emails from Brad Doenges with notices of service specials or just checking in to see how things are going. I know I can contact him if there was anything I ever need and know that I will be taken care of. Thanks Brad for all of the past contacts and service concerns you have provided.

The service guy Robert was pushy. He demanded that I get my brakes done with them. I told him I only had the $ for an oil change , but he didn't care. If it didn't cost so much for my brakes to be done I would have said yes it's just cheaper to do it yourself. Plus what happened to the home of the $9.95 oil change. I pay $15-$30 each time I go in. Why does the amount keep changing. Keep it at $9.95 and get service techs that aren't so demanding and pushy.

The specials they run with email coupons and the famous $9.95 oil changes keep many of us coming back. Staff is always friendly, sales people passing thru waiting room always speak, hot blond saleslady always smiles and speaks and the staff in the bay are thorough explaining my service work and what my vehicle needs.Doenges is also great for the community, sponsoring various events and baseball teams.A good citizen dealership.Best of all they sell FORD and Toyota!

very honest and personable serviceI had several really "normal" experiences here in Bentonville and Rogers with car dealerships .... which is saying they were only interested in me and my needs when they were making money off me. So after some research I found this dealership. Praise God! I am 74 and in need of a safe and reliable car. I found folks who really take care of their clients, and it is so worth the over two hour trip to get to their shop for maintemance and work. I am able to drive with confidence in the performance of the car and can focus on my own driving. Thank you for wonderful sales and service people.

When we had our oil changed the service adviser tried to scare us into getting rear breaks by telling us the rear breaks were metal to metal. Upon replacement of the pads the outer pad had about 3/16 of an inch and the inner pad had a bout 1/16 of an inch left. Also told the battery failed but the tech marked the batter was good

Did not appreciate being told I needed an transmission flush and change of transmission fluid. I just had my van service for that five thousand miles ago. I now have been told on two different vehicle I need to change my brake fluid and one of them only has 32,000 miles on the vehicle.

Recent oil change and tire rotation was performed quickly and inspections were thorough. The two service writers did a good job communicating wait times and explaining services provided.

Will never recommend this place. Poor service and quality not only does my vehicle have an issue it didn't have before my accident they refused to fix after paying 6k there is also new paint missing and damage to the passenger side of my vehicle no one knows how it got there. My vehicle had to go back not once but twice the first time the paint didn't match and had issues. Second they refuse to fix the issue. If there was no starts id give a 0!

The gentleman in parts department was super sweet and very informative. He was also very patient with all my "girl" questions. And he remembered who I was after talking to me on the phone a week before I actually made it in to get my parts.

Came in for the first time with a used F250 Diesel truck. I had an indicator that the Coolant needed to be checked. This involves them taking a sample of the fluid and running a couple of testes to see if it needs to be corrected or replaced. I thought to myself they would come back and tell me I needed to do the most expensive of the solutions. Instead they said it is ok for now but at my next 15,000 mile service I should consider having my Coolant system drained and replaced. $10 service charge and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Way to go Doenges!!!

Purchase my Ford vehicle there because of the great service department they have. Just went there for a warranty inspection & oil change after 3 years, still great service! Also comfortable waiting room and nice clean bathrooms.

I was greeted by a lady didn't catch her name but as soon as she seen me she was right there to find out what I needed. I love bringing my car to Doenges because they are always friendly and let you know if your car needs anything and if you say maybe next time they are fine with that.

In short, our recent visit(s) to the Toyota Service area were taxing. First, an apparent "bait and switch" tactic was used to diagnose an issue with our 2017 Toyota Tundra. Then after discovering the issue was related to a rear shock leaking hydrolic fluid - the required shock was not in stock. To ensure that the new shock would be delivered the following morning (Day 2) we agreed to pay a premium and ordered the shock on a premium basis. The Service Dept. representative indicated that the new shock would be $224.00 in total and take approximately 45 minutes to an hour to complete the job. Day 2 - After calling Toyota Service to verify delivery at least 10 times without getting a response from a Doenges representative, we once again traveled to Bartlesville to have our truck fixed. Upon arriving we discovered the shock was no where to be found. We were directed to return the following day to be serviced. Day 3 - After verifying that the shock was delivered, we once again travelled to Bartlesville. Upon arriving we discovered that the shock would now cost $445.00 and take 2 hours to complete the job. We eventually got the shock replaced after 3 days of driving from Collinsville and considerable frustration.

My experience here has been lack luster. They are johnny on the stop when trying to sell you a vehicle but lack follow through on processing after the fact. Even with direct coordination with my bank to payoff my trade-in they failed to provide the required information to allow timely processing of the payoff. Additionally, I am now approaching 60-days without receiving the title that would allow me to tag my vehicle, which is now approaching 30 days past the state tagging requirement. I have left messages with Tina two days in a row now for Karen to contact me, not once have I received a call back.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!Their 100+ point inspection is bs like everything else I heard from them. Unless they just happen to have the most useless mechanics who miss obvious stuff.1st the truck wouldn't start it had to be jumped, they said they may have left a light in the night before.2nd once I started to drive it it shut off3rd I asked them to check why the ck engine lite was on and the 2 batteries and I would wait if they could do it right then.4th I waited a couple hrs being told the truck is in the shop right now being checked out and would be done any minute. The whole time with a salesman trying repeatedly to get me to do a credit app, and sign papers on a truck I haven't even been able to drive yet. finally I walk behind the shop and truck is still sitting there not even having been looked at yet.5th They finally said it was done and it was just 2 batteries were bad drove it a short drive and it did OK but check engine light was still on told just BC of batteries that had just been replaced.6th it ran rough at highway speed on the way home then went into limp mode the next day had it floored to do 15 mph to get it out of the street shut it off let it sit then restarted it and it ran OK again. Took it to the parts store to have them check and it showed bad #2 glow plug, and bad #1 injector.7 Their finance guy said the bank REQUIRED me to buy gap ins on a USED truck UNDER book.8 when I talked to the salesman he said sorry couldn't help me.9 talked to a rep from the dealer who it says to call if you are not completely satisfied. He said he would see what he could do and would get back to me if not later that day then by the next day (its been a week still nothing).10 In all their supposed 100+ point inspection missed 1bad glow plug, 1bad injector, bad cab mounts, 2 bad batteries, short in fuel lvl sending unit, non working 4wd front auto lockers, and brakes that needed replaced. This is what I expect from a little used car lot in north Tulsa, but not when buying a Ford from a major Ford dealer.I WANT MY STAR BACK YOU SHOULDN'T GET EVEN ONE FOR LYING.

I bought a 2010 used Toyota Rav4 Limited from another dealership and I love it. I had gotten recall notice so I took it into the Toyota service center. When I got it back there was a rattle in the back where they had worked on it it wasn't there when I took it in. But they said they didn't cause it. So I would have to pay for whatever it was to get it fixed. I tried to tell them that the rattle wasn't there before they worked on it. Haha good luck with that
