They've always taken great care of the tires on my car. I appreciate that I can get the wheels rotated quickly, usually in and out in under an hour. There was one time that I had a very minor issue, and the manager took care of it with no hassel. Great staff and customer service.

Travis was absolutely amazing as well as his crew. We needed help with our tires while in Bartlesville from out of town. He took care of everything and treated us like we were his best customer knowing we were from out of town. I would highly recommend Discount Tire if you ever need tires. Travis and his crew will take good care of you.

This place was awesome, the employees were eager to help,and they knew what they were doing, extra thanks to Cody and the crew//same great service,very helpful and know their stuff ..I will not go anywhere else//checked on some more tires,these guys are awesome, always ready to help or offer good information 10/19/23...still good

They are the friendliest group of guys. Clayton and Jack and the two young men in the shop took great care of getting our new truck tires on. We knew we had a bad TPMS (tire pressure monitor system) in one of our tires, turns out we had two. We purchased two and when they were done Jack let us know they replaced all four, no extra charge. It is so great to see such teamwork. We are very pleased and highly recommend this tire shop. Can't beat the prices.Thank you!

First time using Discount Tire and they have made a customer for life! I had uneven wear on my front tires and just noticed some wire showing so decided to run up there and price some tires. I didn't pay attention that they close at 6pm and when I arrived it was 545pm. Their customer service was amazing and they answered any and all questions. After settling on a set of tires i was ready to set up an appointment to get them put on and they said they could do it right then. They pulled my truck in and got them all put on in no time. I was amazed that they were willing to stay late just to please one customer when they easily could have said they were closed. Needless to say this kind of customer service is rare today! I will recommend Discount Tire over and over again! Very affordable prices and AMAZING customer service.

Detrimental to my vehicle, will not fix the problem they created. I brought my car in less than 28 days ago, and had 4 brand new tires put on. I was told these were mid-grade, all season tires. As soon as I drove my car away, I could feel that the alignment was off. There has been a wobbling sensation at times. I didnt go back in and tell them about the issue that day because I had so much going on and other things to do that day. I also knew they would most likely not take responsibility for the issue that I did not exist prior to bringing it here. I have had these tires less than 3 weeks, and they already have visible issues. My car is a 2020 that I just purchased 8 months ago and it has never been in an accident. I knew I had better stop putting it off and bring the car back in since it was still within their 30 day warranty period. They checked it out and said that the front alignment was off and would cost $90 plus tax to repair. I spoke to the manager, and explained for the 3rd time that the issue did not exist before the tires were put on. When I explained some of the financial difficulties Id been having, he smirked. He was one of those snarky people who presents as polite but is actually quite callous and rude. He kept repeating a memorized line of how he is not in the business of tires, he is in the business of people and didnt want me to be unhappy. But the only thing he was willing to do was to rotate a tire. He told me if I still had an issue I could bring it back in again later. I explained to him what he already knew: that with the alignment being off (according to them, it is off now)...the $$ I just spent on new tires will go down the drain. Unlike anyone Ive ever encountered at Discount Tire, this manager left my car running when he came in to speak to me and I had to turn it off as we continued to speak outside. He didnt mind wasting gas and I wouldn't have minded so much if he was actually a kind person, but gas is going up and there was no reason to leave my car running. Its obvious that I bought 4 crappy tires... not mid grade at all. They dont even look new. I'm not saying they sold me used tires when I paid for new, but its at least very evident that these are the crappiest tires I've ever seen and it's unlikely they will last me more than 4 months. Crazy. The mamager could have offered to repair the alignment issue that they caused in the first place. I may also have to buy all new tires just a few months after buying these, and find a lawyer to sue for the cost of new tires and the alignment issue they caused. 2 employees told me the alignment could be affected by the process of being hooked up to and pulled up on the lift...the manager said that no part of the process could have possibly affected the alignment in anyway. If the manager is right about that, the only other possibility would be that they intentionally caused the issue to make more money since they do alignments here. I dont think they did that intentionally, thats pretty extreme... more likely, there is something to do with either messing with the wheels or being on the lift that could have had some affect on the alignment. The manager kept repeating himself and was very uncaring. Trying to talk to him was like talking to a stone wall. Im not sure if Ill be suing over this, but I'll definitely be contacting discount headquarters and the CEO until I get a response.

It's a basic automotive tire store. It's their job to upsell on certain brands. So don't take some of the sticker shock personal. Shop around for the tires you like or want so you get the best deal. So far, the few times my son has done business here, the employees were cordial and patient.

Great staff! Always helpful, polite and friendly. They make good suggestions on the choice of wheels and tires. They are fast too! I never had to wait more than 30 minutes no matter the type of service. Best tire shop in the area! Offers best discount compared to other shops. Always beats or matches the prices at other tire shops around or online.

Truly some of the BEST customer service in town. All of the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. They also spotted a crack in one of my rims that the dealership tried to buff and hide. Can t thank them enough for making me aware of the damage and showing it to me in person.

Best place to get tires in town. They gave me an extremely low price on both tires and wiper blades just so that I would be safe. And they took my appointment early and finished very fast. They really care about people and go the extra mile. All the men in the shop are very kind and professional. I will always go here for tires from now on.

Got a great deal online for tires with Discount tire. They quickly shipped to the local store and the friendly and efficient staff did a great job mounting and balancing them. The guy their that seemed to be the manager was very competent, polite and helpful. One year later got my first ture rotation and balance checked. Everything went smoothly. They also mounted and balanced my trailer tires for me for a small fee. Thanks guys!

Amazing from the get go! Walked in to our appointment, gentleman greeted us and immediately took our keys, to get down to business. Had the option to leave or stay. Work was done before we knew it. Recieved our text our truck was done ND was heading away with new tires before we knew it! Outstanding job gentlemen!

I went later in the afternoon so it was about an hour wait. But the employee s were very helpful and fixed my tire for free. Best thing about discount tire! Free flat fix!

Not even two weeks ago will officially be my first and last time I will be going to this Discount Tire location. I am from Arizona and have been buying tires from Discount since 2004. My parents, grandparents, and family have been going to Discount in Arizona since the 1980's. I have many friends who but from Discount or who have worked there.The tow truck driver who towed my truck home this evening has even heard horrible things happening to vehicles from this location. Save your time, money and potential future vehicle repairs by going to Discount Tire in Tulsa.

I was traveling in area from another state. The people at Discount Tires were prompt and friendly, checking my tire pressure, was concerned of tire issues. Easy check in a few minutes, then on my way. Great service!!!
