I just bought a nice Ford F150 XLT from the Bartlesville location, I got to say, one of the best dealership experiences. Compared to the car marts in Kentucky, where I am from, this place exceeded my expectations 10 fold.The assistant manager, before we even started paperwork or going anywhere far, said to me, no reason to buy a truck you haven t driven or that won t drive at all . It gave me a since of security that they like to be sure the vehicles are to your satisfaction.The lady that helped me the whole way was patient. I didn t think about having to have my license changed to Oklahoma, just moved, so they held the truck for me while I got it changed over the next day. If you re nervous about bringing a kid, don t be. They all are super nice to young ones and understand as parents, you can t just leave the kid home.All in all, I had a great experience. Just remember, if you re going to buy a used vehicle, the nicer it is and newer, it probably has some miles on it. But that s why they have a kind of maintenance insurance that covers ALL major problems. If my engine of transmission goes out, and of course I m not at fault for it, it s replaced for a $75 deductible. The max tier is $2k, but that s added on. So no down payment.Will go here for future vehicle purchases. Thanks car mart and crew!

Trash company, do not get a car from this place, I wish I had never gave them my business. You are not treated like a valued customer you are treated like dirt by the people in this office and then when you act crazy for not getting treated like you re valued then they walk away stating they don t have to put up with you being upset because they won t treat you like a customer but instead treat you like a business transaction that they can just run over. They take all your money even if they have your car and it isn t drivable, they give you cars that they don t check mechanically beforehand and they have ruined engines and then they expect YOU to pay for said engine that they never checked before selling you the vehicle. They leave you out of a car for the holidays and do not give loaners but still want you to pay your payment on time while they have your car so affording a rental to even get you by is impossible because they ask for an entire paycheck a month for a payment. Take this warning and RUN away from this office I promise another car lot that values you as a customer will approve you for a car do not go here even as a last resort or you ll be out thousands and without a vehicle.

Enjoyed my experience with them. My salesman Stephen was friendly and answered all my questions and comcerns. Lynn(manager) and Jessica were very knowledgeable and explained things to me instead of the typical "sign here" and not knowing what your getting yourself into. I highly recommend doimg business with them.

Customer service is horrible. Whoever answers their phones is rude and hateful. They avoid phone calls/calling you back.... just an FYI... you might want to make sure you push the hold button before you start talking. My experience is to long to put on here. Just think twice before you buy a car here.

They were amazing! Stephen and the managers really helped me out! I am a single mom with 4 kids and they were understanding and willing to work with me and got me into another vehicle quickly! My experience with this car mart in Bartlesville was great!

Amazing customer service! Went in with intentions to trade and even though that didn t go as planned Drew was still able to assist me and get me in a car perfect for me! The process was quick and any question I had was filled. He made sure I was OK with every payment before going forward and adjusted them as much as possible to help me in the best way he could Definitely better than my current finance company and I m excited to be moving forward with a company that actually cares about their customers and make sure to provide exceptional service

This car mart is selling junk.. purchased a truck and within 5 days the passenger door began to crack due bondo. When driving down the highway the wind coming through the windshield was so loud you could hear it over the radio. Took it to windshield shop and they said windshield was installed wrong. Car mart refused to do anything about either issue knowing I had only had the truck for 5 days! Do not go here you will definitely regret it instantly!

We went in and got a truck an hour before they closed and the staff was super nice about staying over to finish the sale. While taking the truck home we noticed that it seemed to have some problems so we came back the next day with only an hour to get something new. They switched us over to a different vehicle quickly and efficiently. This vehicle is wonderful! No problems at all. Everyone who worked with us was nice and professional! We are looking forward to paying off this awesome car and getting another from them!

If I could get 0 stars I would. They currently have a frame damaged car on the lot and trying to sell it for an out rages amount. My sister bought a car Saturday night, it is having issues starting, they have told her they are not going to fix it because she noticed it after she drove off. Talk about some terrible customer service, sold the vehicle for close to 17k and the cars value is under 10k. So they are basically saying glad we could make a 10k profit and not sell you a dependable vehicle. Car Mart is the most expensive junk yard in town! Buyer beware.

One of the best experiences buying a car. We got the car we wanted. And they didn't pressure us into. They made sure it was what we wanted and what we could afford. We were treated like we've knew those guys forever. They made us feel very welcome. Thank you to Drew and Clayton ..

They re not honest people, took advantage of the fact that I was pregnant and going into the hospital to be induced and needed a vehicle with air conditioning. Vehicle shuts off when driving/idling. Took it up there they ordered parts for it. Temporary fix. The brake service light,check engine light is on now and they don t care. Before leaving the lot after signing papers,the oil change light was on but they swore up and down that the oil was changed by Firestone. Definitely not a vehicle safe for a newborn baby.
