EDIT UPDATE*****We were able to speak with Lane Bell and smooth all the issues out. He was very courteous, professional, and willing to work with the problems we had and repairs that needed done. Lane put us in direct contact with Mathew Baxter, service manager, who helped and guided us through filing an insurance claim. Mathew spoke to our insurance on our behalf and helped us through the entire process. We are very appreciative of the dedication and service provided by Mathew and Lane. They restored our faith in the business and gained us back as customers. The repairs done exceeded our expectations and our 5th wheel looks great and is camping ready again! Thank you Lane and Mathew for most importantly just listening to us and treating us like valued customers!We just purchased a 2016 keystone sprinter 5th wheel Labor Day weekend and our first encounter with Bell, including Blake Potter and Smokey Malaske went great. We were first time buyers in the camper world and made sure to let them know that and initially they were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable with our camper prior to pulling it off the lot. Smokey also reassured us the 5th wheel would go through service before they would set it up for us to make sure it was roadworthy and camping ready. We put our trust and faith in both Smokey and Blake. We took our camper out for the second time since owning it, just made our first payment on it Oct 16, and we had TWO tire blowouts on our way home. We weren t on bad roads, the drive was all interstate except our exit to the all concrete rv park. The first blowout blew the entire tread off the tire and caused significant damage to the under belly of our camper, exposing insulation, broken brackets and busted the wheel cover, along with some other damage. So we decided not to go home and to take the camper straight to Bell, it was about an hour drive from where we were and again ALL highway. We got as far as 10 miles north of our destination, Bells, and we had ANOTHER blowout, this time the tire was completely shredded off the rim. This all happened on a Sunday. We contacted Bell today, Monday, and were told our only option is to file an insurance claim and the warranty we were forced to get wouldn t cover any of the damage. The tires on the camper were 6 years old which we found out after the first blowout and roadside service. Smokey was not helpful this time like he was in the beginning making the sale! He offered to get someone to help us file an insurance claim but it was basically out of his hands. Now we understand that things happen out of anyone s control but the odds of having TWO tire blowouts in the same day after being reassured the camper purchase we made was safe and ready to go for us, first time camper owners!! I had also asked Smokey if there was anyone else above him that I could talk to and he responded with no, I m it, I m the sales manager But when my husband went in after me, Smokey took him to the service department, asked for an estimate of the damages and told him more than once the owner would be in tomorrow.

It was the Worst buying experience we have ever had! The sale went ok as we purchased a New GEO knowing it had issues which were promised to be corrected. The first 2 years Bell had it in for repairs (mind you she was BRAND NEW) more than we had her to use. Bell service department is a joke. I believed they tried they just don t have the equipment and or experience. We have discouraged Several from looking for a New camper at your facility. Thank goodness they Listened and purchased elsewhere. At purchase we were Welcomed to the Bell Family , Thank goodness we have Never received a Family reunion invite. If this is how Family is treated we do Not care to be a part of it. Tammie and Kevin Davidson very dissatisfied customers.

I truly wish there was a 1/2 star you can leave They are not even worthy of a one star!This company is absolutely the worst to deal with. A family member of mine purchased a brand new camper from them, and it has had several issues, from water leaks to the AC/Heat not working. They refuse to send anyone out to fix it! Instead, they ask her to bring it in, which is nearly impossible. She would have to move all of her belongings out and find somewhere else to stay while they work on it. This is not acceptable and is very poor practice. This company needs to be held accountable. And i'm going to assure that they will be held accountable.You guys are the worst!!

BEWARE!! These people will sell you junk! They promote the product they sell as being to top of the line and the best. They will promise you that if anything goes wrong they will make it right! All empty promises! We have had nothing but trouble with the camper purchased from here. Rain poured through the slide outs. Shower leaked ac quit working, no studs to hang the tv as promised! Rotting and warped wood due to the leaks. This is all on a BRAND NEW camper. If you re in the market to pay premium price for junk these are your people. If you want quality and people that will stand behind the product they sell and stand behind their promises to make things right then stay away from these people! They literally deserve zero stars but that is not an option!

Excellent customer service! I am a first time camper owner and had tons of questions. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a demo for me and showed me how everything works. They let you stay at their campground to try everything out which was super helpful because if you have question they re right there to answer or come show you whatever you need. I am out of state right now staying in the travel trailer I bought from Bells and I set it up for the first time all by myself and couldn t have done it without them. I would recommend Bell Camper Sales to everyone I know! Especially first timers. They are wonderful! And I love my new home away from home!

I would NOT recommend purchasing a camper from this dealer. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR.I purchased a BRAND NEW Forrest River Shasta i5 edition. As beautiful as this rig was, it definately was anything but a beautiful experience. Within the first 24 hours of having this unit, it had significant leaks in the main slide to which a major repair was needed to remedy the leak. This did not correct the leak as it leaked 2 more times after repairs were done. One of the leaks, ran all over my work computer during the night. There were also leaks within the shower which took multiple repairs. There were leaks under the kitchen sink that took 3 tries, but STILL leaks to this day. Both A/Cs are broken, the cabinet doors are falling off, it was missing TWO tv backers, the outdoor underbelly doors do not latch, the main entry door doesn't latch without significant force each time, the trim to the dinnette was improperly secured causing it to come loose, the latch for the bedroom door has fell off as well as the power supply to the charging ports, and as of today, 11/27/23 the heater no longer works. While this company says they "honor" their warranty, I feel like at some point, the unit could be classified as a lemon and traded out but unfortunately THAT IS NOT AN OPTION. Seems like they just keep adding bandaids to get me through the warranty period so that it is no longer their problem. What a nightmare this has been as this unit has been used for our every day living. My 3 boys and I. The multiple move outs and temporary stays at various houses. The company made attempts to fix what they could on site but being that they don't have "mobile service" each time their repairs weren't successful. I was informed I would have to bring the unit to them for all other repairs. At the rate this thing is breaking down, it would have to remain on their lot for the remaining portion of the warranty period.If you're looking to purchase a brand new project, these are the guys for the job! HIGHLY DISPPOINTED.

We had a major dilemma, lost our wheel and tire. The lugs where sheared off to, glad we had dual axels. Made several calls and was told to call Bell, and we limped over. Thanks to Frank, in service and the whole staff we had a safe place to stay to get repaired. Bell had us repaired and back on the road the next morning. Thanks again Bell Camper Service!!!

We needed a new roof put on plus fairly extensive repairs to the inside of our camper. Frank was very very helpful and knowledgeable. He kept us informed and the service department did a wonderful job. Thanks Frank for all of your help

My wife and I recently travelled from Florida to purchase a Venture Stratus due to the incredible price advertised.There were some additional items that needed attention and Doc, Matt, Daniel, and the owner, Lane Bell went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect!!!When we got to Florida, we had an additional repair and again, they made sure everything was taken care of!!INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES Professionalism that is next to impossible to find!!!They were AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend them and would drive out from Florida to buy another RV!!!!Doc was an incredibly helpful salesperson throughout the whole process!!!Tim & Tracy Brueggeman

My husband and I were staying in an RV park close by and incurred some issues with our RV first time out. We called Bell Camper Sales, not knowing anyone in town, and they told us to bring it over immediately. They troubleshooted it, made a lot of phone calls on our behalf, which they didn't have to, and pointed us in the right direction. Not a lot of people would have done this. Even though they couldn't fix the problem , they made necessary phone calls and went over and beyond what anyone would have done to two strangers from out of town. That shows what kind of a business Bell Camper Sales is. Matt jumped in making calls, Kayleigh made calls, even to a rental company in town to get us a car! The service guy in back stopped what he was doing to pull the RV in to try and see if they could fix it and all the other staff in service jumped in too and was so helpful. We even got a text the next day asking if we made it home. If I lived in the same town or state, I would do business with them. So impressed. They work as a team, and a family. My husband and I can not thank Bell Camper Sales enough for the compassion. Thank you!

They have the worst service manager around if you take your motorhome in for a estimate and They missed several damages that wasn t submitted on the original estimate and they assume you re going to take it in for repairs and go ahead and order the parts and miss some Damages that should ve been on the original estimate then they want you to bring it back into them to start working on it before they will give you a estimate on the other damages that range between $4000-$6500 more of damages which would total this motorhome out to the Insurance company they didn t wanna do that they want to start on the repairs without permission from anybody! Then they want to bill you for the Parts when you tell them No that s wrong they want you to pay restocking fee For The Parts That You Never Told Them To Order or Never Said That s where you would have the Repairs Done! You should only be billed for the estimate only.

I had my Rv camper serviced or I should say it was supposed to be serviced. After they said they told me I needed to redo roof cover and I denied it ( which I was not told) you claim to have done almost 400 dollars claiming that they sealed it. My slide out was supposed to be sealed however it looked like some of the some seals were used. The look of the work done was not in the least satisfactory this is the first review I ve ever written on a company. The only thing is, I wish I could ve had pictures to accompany this review I was asked to bring it back in however, I could not see myself returning my RV camper to them after driving over two hours away, all the work has to be redone that they claim was done. To make sure my expectations are not to high I am going to take videos to three different repair companies to see. If they are I will retract this review. However I am a very unhappy customer

We traded for a 2021 Durango fifth wheel yesterday. Doc and Smokie were fantastic to work with. There was no pressure. Everything was up front and honest. The support staff, including the parts and service, were friendly and helpful.The technitions, TJ and Bryan and Drew took time to make us comfortable with this unit.We drove 4 hours to make this trade and are very glad we did.We highly recommend Bell camper in Bartlesville, OK.

When we purchased a camper from a Tulsa company several years ago... we were basically handed the keys with a smile "here ya go!"Bell has gone SO much further than that, and the customer service we have received has been phenomenal. Ryan Rogers, our sales professional, has gone above and beyond for us with the purchase of our new camper. We can't thank him enough! And the entire Bell sales and service departments.We highly recommend purchasing from Bell, and the drive to Bartlesville is certainly worth it!

I really appreciate great service and when people do their jobs right. That was our experience at Bell this July 2021. We traded in a camper towards a new one. The set-up, walk through, financing, and transfer was smooth and stress free. Each person we interacted with knew their job and did it well. There was no pressure, and there was a sense of cooperation in getting what we both wanted and needed. As far as quality of product and value, we have zero buyer's remorse. Each time I think of our purchase I am convinced we did the right thing. I appreciate that Bell also took time to look over the trailer and mitigate issues from the factory. Having owned a camper before, we knew what to expect and the value for our dollars was excellent. I would suggest if you are considering purchasing a camper that you visit them. Thank you to all the staff who made our purchase a satisfying experience.

The sales staff is so knowledgeable and patient. Never felt rushed or pressured. The service team goes above and beyond to make sure you know every single detail about your model. The finance team was thorough and transparent. The owner was on the show floor greeting customers and making sure everyone felt welcome.Our family traveled from across the state to come to this facility and it was the best decision. WE WILL BE BACK for quality service and any upgrades we make in the future. We will also be recommending them to friends and family.

The experience was good so far but we'll see how it ends up. Dropped our camper off to have some service done but it'll be a couple of days before they can start. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for now and adjust this review if things go sideways. Not expecting it to which is why I'll give them 5 stars for now. The staff inside was friendly. The service clerk that helped me was nice and professional and thorough in taking all of the information I had about the problems. This was the first time I've been in their new facility and it is nice. So far I'd recommend them.Update. No change in my review except I would change like to change my rating to 6 stars. We picked a travel trailer up after the repairs. They couldn't find all of the problems were having but I do think they tried everything to replicate them. I didn't feel like I have in the past when I've taken my truck into the dealerships service department for them to just tell me they couldn't find anything wrong. Give us $100. After getting home I noticed they did fix one of the smaller items from my list but didn't even charge me for it. Most places will break their arms patting themselves on the back and letting you know they fixed it but didn't charge you for it. They didn't say a word but it was fixed. Maybe they forgot to mention it but I'm going to think it was just great customer service. I highly recommend Bell Camper for any of your camper needs.

We bought a Kz Durango gold October 2021, 1st week we had issues. Service dept is horrible no one has any knowledge to help. Heater quit, tv quit, stove quit, took back to shop. Solar panels never hooked up properly. Initial training for dealer techs did not know how to do anything technology wise. Even told us they was not tech people told us to look it up and figure it out from internet. A year later we finally go back into camper. Slides quit working. Again service cannot help. Sorry. We had to pay an individual mobile person to help get slides in to move. Then we had to over ride system to get slides back out. Called bells today they said we will give you a number to call so you can manually get slides in and bring to shop. We live in this camper. We have no place to live to have camper in shop for weeks. They do not care they will not allow us to speak to owner either said he won t do anything for you. Refused to let us speak to anyone else. Called Kz customer care. They had no better options. Other dealers won t want to take care of you either they are way behind and can t fit you in. Better off to live in a shack instead of. 100k camper that does not work. Absolutely the worst experience with a dealer in my life. Very frustrating. No one should buy a product like this without a great service department. Because they do require service. Stay away from this dealer.

Shopped for several months and spent a lot of time with Ryan Rogers, my sales guy. Great experience all the way around. Smokey, the sales manager, is genuinely concerned you get the right camper and doesn't try to upsell. Overall, great experience. Recommend you drive to Bartlesville if shopping in the Tulsa area. Definitely worth the drive.Need to add a couple comments about service, walk through, and 2 nights camping to learn all the systems ... They're pretty awesome, especially the 2 ladies at the service counter.

If you do not have a local phone number don t buy from here. Poor communication with no follow up. Their excuse is that our phone number they cannot call us because we have a long distance number. Really disappointed because they all seem to be very nice people. We purchased a top of the line Durango Gold fifth wheel and chose Bell s because we felt like we could trust them to take care of us, and our $80,000 purchase. We always had to be the one to call and they love to pass the buck on to someone else. Had to talk to numerous people each time for any issue with our purchase. They rarely followed up and after two months waiting for a replacement couch and washer & dryer not a word from them. When we called they said they would check with someone else. That person said they knew nothing about it. Hmmm. We went to pick up scratched couch and they said they couldn t replace it but could repair it. Why hadn t they already done it? They had it for two months. They said they cannot call out long distance numbers. I say that is not an excuse. Don t buy from this company unless you live near by to follow up. They do not follow up. Poor communication. They might be good at selling but no follow through and follow up. Very disappointed.

My first interaction with one of their salesmen was unsatisfactory to put it mildly. However, upon sharing my experience with Bell via FB, they were quick to reach out. Today, I spoke with Craig who was absolutely wonderful. He offered some very helpful tips and ensured me that he would be happy to help us or answer any questions we may have in the future. Definitely recommend requesting to speak with Craig in the event that you have any issues.

Most people who don't end up purchasing from a place don't give them five star reviews, but here I am. We enjoyed our experience immensely, even though we were not able to secure funding (which was upsetting, but not their fault). They went above and beyond for us. Great follow-up and such a wonderful staff!We ultimately purchased from a private party, but you can bet that ANY/ALL RV purchases we make in the future (including parts and repairs) will be through Bell!They won us over with their 5-star customer service!

Had a slide out floor replaced they got me in and out in a timely manner and good customer service ill give that. But the floor was not of quality wood the original floor was more sturdy and it was rotten. Very saggy and flimsy feeling. Looks like regular plywood has a couple of splices in it where the original was a solid piece. The slide comes in and out pretty rough mainly because its dragging on the carpet bad. So I'll give a 2 was expecting better quality for the amount of money it cost to have it done.
