Was referred to them by Tate Boys. Knock one point down on Tate Boys as well, but apparently these people don't want business.I called them at the referral of Tate Boys to get an estimate on transmission repair on the main axel seal going into the transmission.The office person took my information and had someone in the shop call me back me back in about 10 minutes or so and he said he would call me back.That was 10 days ago.I don't have time to sit and wait while these people play tiddly-winks or whatever he was doing.The next morning I called another transmission shop across from Murphys steakhouse on the west end of town who quoted me the price in 1 phone call and had Me in their shop and fixed the same day.I don't have time for these peoples games. I'll never use them! And telling everyone I know to avoid them like a plague!!@

There isn't a more reliable and honest shop around. Have 3 vehicles, all different makes and models, never any problem getting them serviced. Turnaround has never been too long regardless of the issue. Will keep coming back! Thanks ABS!

It looked like my transmission had been damaged by a broken drive-train and I would need to replace both.I was estimated a repair cost of $2500 and agreed to that.While working on my truck, it turned out that the transmission had not been damaged and it only cost $460.They COULD have gotten away with charging me much more for the repair and I would not have been the wiser.These people CAN BE TRUSTED!!!Thank you all!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Just had some work done to my van here. Was referred by the Tate Boys on HWY 75, and ABS did not disappoint.Van needed a new starter and fuel regulator. The people at ABS took care of it all and got the van running great!

Bartlesville is quite lucky to have ABS in our midst. They provide outstanding service with value and care. I know that there is no better place in town for automotive service. They are old school in terms of professionalism, honesty, and delivery. Very refreshing to not have to figure out if what you are being told is the truth or not. Every time I go to get my car done by Abs they have always been very kind, let me know if any of the original plans changed (if they need to keep my car an extra hour they call me) most places I ve been to don t try to communicate or connect with their clients or let them know what s going on. They are super honest about what s wrong with your car and will show you (which I appreciate) I also appreciate that they aren t pushy about ordering parts/using them for repairs. All together will be using them for many years until I move or die :)Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Once again I received an outstanding service from ABS. I had a difficult to find electronics problem which they pinned down to an electronic module in the drivers door that controlled a number of services for the whole car (power windows, electronic door locks, auto seat adjustments, and several other functions). It was determined that a new replacement was not available and no longer made anywhere in the US. They found me a warrantied used one (6 months), had it shipped in and installed all in the space of 5 working days for everything. There was considerable cost savings as well. Came in last week when they were packed, they still took the time to check out my vehicle. Yesterday they fixed it up perfectly, under promised and over delivered! Very professional and just does an amazing job with no complications. Did a really good job on my truck for a really good price probably half the price of my last mechanic. The only downside is there was a ton of cars there that they were working on whenever I took my car there so it took a while. But if 30 other people want their cars worked on then it must be good place and I appreciate that he didn't jump me ahead because my car needed a lot of work and he might have risked losing a sale. No pressure from David just here's what is wrong with vehicle and this is what it is going to cost. His estimate is what I paid even though he fixed more than he quoted. I have been a contractor for 46 years and there is a saying that you can have good price, great work or quick service, pick two. If I was picking for a vehicle I drive a lot I would pick the quality work for a great price, but you may be able to afford quicker service at a much higher price and that would alter your decision

Preston did an awesome job keeping me in the loop with what was going on and a quote. He was very professional and got us in for car work. I appreciate the companies honesty! When I arrived to pick up vehicle the cost was less than I had been quoted and work was completed early. They did a great job and even a couple of extras on the car. Thank you!Service: Engine repair

I had several major oil leaks on my BMW. Preston provided tremendous service, explaining the issues and other needed maintenance. Best place in Bartlesville to get your car worked on! The owner, David, is an amazing mechanic! I ONLY take my car into him to work on and have for the past ten years. He's very reasonable and runs an honest business. He and his staff are very dependable, efficient and quick. I will never use any car repair business but ABS! I trust him explicitly!

It looks like ABS Performance Auto Repair isn't an entrant in Examiner Enterprise's 2021 'Best of the Best' Community Awards... which is a shame because after the above-and-beyond service they provided my husband I would vote for them hands down.ABS worked over the weekend and stayed late today to get my husband's car back to us in time for him to drive it to work tomorrow. They also showed my husband what they had found and were working on. They were beyond professional.Consider ABS Performance the next time your car needs a little TLC.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

The interstate battery I bought a year ago with a two year warranty needed junped every time I started my motor home. I took it to Abs Performance. They had me wait an hour while they checked it, told me it was fine, checked to make sure nothing was pulling a current from it, said there was nothing and I just didn t drive enough.I took it home. It wouldn t start. Jumped to start. Took it to Tate brothers. They checked it in 5 minutes, said it was close to needing replacement, put in a new battery for a small service charge.I plan to give them five stars.

My first need for non routine service for my car and I was so happy ABS was recommended to me. Fast service. Reasonable price and very honest about what was wrong which turned out to be almost nothing wrong. Great to know I have a place to go if there is a future problem!!

Very Nice customer service. Gave us a ride to & from the shop while our car was being worked on. The work was done pretty fast at a reasonable price. My SUV drives like new again!! Thank you ABS Performance!!

Excellent service with high integrity...I won't take my car anywhere else. They are good honest people and knowledgeable. They fix your car in a timely manner and it's actually fixed... and you cannot beat thier prices. I highly recommend ABS

Took car in for engine service light. When the car was returned it had scrapes on 3 out of 4 fenders and the radio was damaged.Owner had receptionist test drive an Italian sports car. Owner refuses to take responsibility for damages done by his employees. Damages were over $2,200. DO NOT RECOMMENDService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Facility performed brake system fluid flush. Timely service. No fluid spills at master cylinder reservoir. No fluid leaks at each wheel location. Service met expectations. Reasonable fee charged. Facility highly recommended.

I recently moved to Oklahoma so I didn t know who to call when my car wouldn t start at the grocery store. I m so glad that the wrecker suggested ABS Performance. They thoroughly checked my vehicle and when everything checked out fine, they didn t charge me for the time spent troubleshooting. I will recommend ABS to my friends in the future.

We have brought all are cars (2 SUV & Sport Car) and camper (C-Class) here. We have been treated fairly, cost was fine and turn around was great. They will explain what is happing and how to correct in simple terms.

We've been taking our vehicles to David's shop for over 14 yrs. He's always timely with repairs, and only fixes what needs fixed. If something can wait, just because the Check Engine light's been on for 2 years, he'll tell you you can wait to fix it. I appreciate that they don't take advantage of a woman who might not know what needs fixed!

Took our family s 2014 Dodge Avenger in for an oil change and discovered somebody vandalized the car over night. The ABS mechanics accommodated the car in to their schedule within hours- had an oil change for very little of cost and repaired the radiator hose! Amazing and speedy business; we will definitely return.

I have been fixing my car at ABS since I have lived in bartlesville 3 years ago. David is an honest kinda your old school trusted mechanic person. They always fixed the problem the first time and did it right! I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else....

The Owner/mechanic works to get your car in and out as quickly as possible. The shop is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Before work is started repairs needed are explained to the customer. Price is discussed, no surprises when car is picked up.
