Bought a 2024 Ford Raptor from Ryan Lott and he treated me very well. From order until it arrived I was kept informed of the status. When the truck arrived the buying experience was very quick and easy. I even drove up from North Dallas because of the buying experience at Stuteville Ford of Atoka. Highly recommend!

Called to have my 2004 F-150 scheduled for a tune up. Service mgr asked me if truck had Triton V-8 engine. I stated yes! He immediately went negative on me as if my truck was a piece of junk. Stating "that engine is very hard to pull plugs out of without breaking them off inside head." Also stating that IF they broke a plug they would have to pull the heads and it would cost me an astronomical amount of money. I in return stated in the form of a question " well it sounds as if you'll need to put your best mechanic on the job so that doesn't happen won't you?". He in turn became hostile and stated if YOU are going to cop an attitude like that ! Take your damn! truck somewhere else we don't want your business! then hung up on me.. I believe this pretty well says it all YOU decide IF you want to gamble YOUR wallet at this dealership! (Howards Auto just south of this dealership is much more friendly and professional. And their prices beat this Ford dealership hands down ! Oh and if you have a Triton motor? Howards has the correct tool to pull your plugs WITHOUT risk of breaking your plugs. God Bless Rev. Bratt

I will be sharing my story and review when things are finalized. Buyer beware! Don't trust these guys. They are amazing at twisting things and lying to get a sale. Apparently I am the only person in 20years that has ever bought a lemon from them. The way they lie and treat you when THEY make a mistake, is horrible. If I am truly the only one, there is a 1st time for everything!3 other dealerships have tried to help me out if this nightmare. They sold me a used vehicle with 45,000 miles for new sticker price. I'm the fool for trusting their words and not doing my own research. I was promised I wouldn't be upside down on this vehicle in trade in, when I tried to return it a few days after buying because it had so many issues. Now I'm upside down with a lemon vehicle.

Couldn t be more thrilled about the new F-150 I purchased. Austin Brown was very helpful and made my experience extremely easy. This dealership has your best interest in mind, highly recommend buying a vehicle from them!

We called ahead to see if the vehicle was still available as we are two hours away. Once we arrived we were helped by Jason who did a great job start to finish with closing the deal! Chad is fantastic with making the financing part a smooth deal. We were in and out in less than two hours!! Would highly recommend Stuteville Ford Atoka to anyone! Worth the drive.

We were on the way to take my Daughter to college with all of our vehicles fully loaded with her belongings when her Grandma s Ford Escape broke down. We pulled into Stuteville Ford. Immediately the staff jumped in to help. They tried everything they could to get us back on the road but unfortunately the problems were bigger than what we had hoped. We finally made the decision to finish our journey and then return the next day to get the rest of my Daughter s belongings out of the car. When we pulled up the staff helped us UNLOAD the car and get everything loaded up and strapped down. BY FAR the BEST customer service from the MOST KIND people. I feel a absolutely confident that they will be fixing the car and fixing it right just as soon as possible. THANK YOU Stuteville Ford!

After leaving a review over multiple issues with the service department. From not calling back when they said they would.. I would have to literally call them and remind them to order my part. Well here we are 3 weeks later.. now they re calling and letting me know my parts are in.. do they really think I was going to wait for them to fix something simple (alignment and sway bars). I worked as 7 diesel mechanic so I m aware of the process of fixing mechanical problems. From ordering the right parts to installing them.After talking to several people about this incident, it seems like there s a pattern with this dealership. I recommend going ANYWHERE else until this place gets better organized and some actual management.

Cameron Collier was amazing to work with. He answered all my husband s questions and walked us through the features of the truck before we left the lot. He got us the best deal on our trade-in. Definitely will purchase future vehicles from Stuteville in Atoka.

Excellent experience working with them!!! I bought a 2016 Honda Civic and it rides like a dream! Bradley and the whole staff were super friendly and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted! Definitely recommend buying from them.

The salesmen are top notch. Great people. Now the service department is another story. They took advantage of my teenage daughter when she took her pickup in to be worked on. They told her it would be ready on one day. They kept pushing her back and back. The cost went up. They never called her back. I will not take a vehicle back to their service department. Very disappointed in the treatment she received.

This has been the best car buying experience that I have ever had! Cameron was the best, EVER! I'm so happy that they delivered our truck to Texas, 90 miles from the dealership! The whole sales team is awesome and I will most definitely send up our fellow Texans to purchase here!

I had an emergency with my Ford Edge. This dealership was across the street. Unfortunately I had to purchase 29 k SUV from them to make it home with four pets and a trailer. They kept my Edge that has an extended warranty for three weeks and did nothing. I finally had my Edge picked up and brought to my mechanic in my. I need a new engine. My car would be ready if the service department cared enough to to check my Edge out. To top things off, the salesmen told me I could turn around and sell the GMC ARCADI Denali for the same purchase price when I arrived in Michigan. I have tried at 10 dealerships and they claim it is only worth 19k. Nice way to take advantage of an old lady in trouble. They will take it back and pay 23k to the finance company. I put 2,500 down and I would have to pay the 7 k difference. To top it off, they want me to pay for shipping the car back!

Had a crazy car issue driving just north of Atoka that damaged my vehicle and made it undrivable.(punctured radiator, etc from striking bale of straw in middle of road in the dark). I was 1000 miles from home and at the mercy of whoever could fix it!!! Jim in service and the crew are ROCKSTARS!!!! My vehicle wascompletely fixed and good to go the next day. Thanks again

The people at Stuteville Ford Of Atoka are the most compassionate and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. Words cannot express how grateful I am that they were able to get me back on the road while traveling out of state when my truck broke down. Everyone treated me like family from the gals holding the fort down to Cameron in sales, and Austin and Brad in service and the two technicians that performed the miracle on my truck. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I got home safe and sound!

Our salesman, Christian Banasiak, was very helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we had a good experience & has followed up multiple times after the sale. I would highly recommend anyone who is car shopping to get in contact with him. He will take great care of you. It was worth the drive!

I was traveling through and broke down on a Sunday night. Called Monday morning and they got my 2005 Dodge Caravan in immediately! They took me back to my hotel so I would be more comfortable and three hours later I had a new fuel pump at a reasonable price and was back on the road heading home. I was very happy with the service and the way I was taken care of.

Best service and quality mechanic I have ever had work on a ford truck for my father. It was a pleasure to have such great service and professionalism be shared. David was an exceptional mechanic, stayed late, and worked diligently to provide me the information I needed and finish the repair/replacements. I would highly recommend Stuteville Ford to anyone that needs great service, repairs, or is looking for a new Ford vehicle

I just purchased a new F150 and the salesman, Brad was spot on! Zero hastle, friendly and made this purchase seamless! The finance Manager is the best in the business and the owner of the dealership is amazing! You are not just a customer at this dealership, you are made to feel like family! We took our kids with us, the employees played with them!!!! Where else can you find this type of treatment?? NO WHERE!

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium in March of this year. We bought an extended warranty with the car. At the BEGINNING of this month, we dropped the car off, after the breaks locked up. The transmission has been slipping, so while it was there we asked them to look into it. After them stating they couldn't "make the vehicle redo" either of the issues, they tell us to just take it home, they couldn't do anything for us. We have a 3 month old daughter, I won't be putting her in the car. I then asked if we could just trade the car back in, they wouldn't even help us figure out how to cover the negative equity since we just bought it along with the $5k warranty. I will never use Stuetville ever again. It seems like it would be easier to help us get into something else, rather than us having a wreck after the breaks lock up going down the highway and cause a lawsuit because someone is injured after they state its fine. I was promised by their sales manager, that they would have another technician look it over LAST Saturday. We accidentally took the keys home, and they haven't even called to ask.

Great dealership. U had done some research on the value of the car we were trading in. Their offer was actually about $500 more than I was expecting. The car we bought was actually extremely competitively priced. I love to negotiate. I had nowhere to go. Fair deal all around. Only negative is that it's a long way to Atoka from here

Kudos to Jim Hurst, service dept manager. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Awesome group of gentlemen helped me in a serious pinch. HAD to be someplace in less than 2 hours and there was only 2.5 hours to get there! He sent a mechanic to check my vehicle... got me to the dealership in 15 minutes! 10 minutes later, sitting in the parking lot, hindered, temporarily repaired, but driveable. Still driving now until we get a cable shipped in. You guys are mighty mechanical warriors to me. I made my performance and the day ended well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

So disappointing, took my 2019 ford ranger in for oil change and to get transmission checked out, it had been acting up for a couple weeks. Long story short, told me the could not duplicate the transmission problem, they never even drove it. I wrote the miles down. The oil change supposedly comes with wash and vacuum, $26.00, they didn't even rinse.

While my car was there for service work it was stolen. The dealership didn't notice it was gone until I called to check and see if they had found the problem. They never took any responsibility and didn't even bother to contact the police dept to file a report.

They did a great job on the oil change and customer service was good . I was told when I got the car that my oil changes would be free by the finance manager. I even ask him again if they were free and again he said yes. Today they said no it will cost me.

While traveling from Houston to Kansas my navigation screen stopped working. Stopped in to see if they could help. They immediately got me in and fix the problem and had me out of there in just a matter of minutes. Outstanding service department. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best place to buy a vehicle. One you have nice people all around people that actually care about you. The fact that these vehicles all cost a lot of money but they go out of the way to make the best deal possible for the customer. They don t care if you are being the cheapest vehicle on the lot or the most expensive they are going to treat you right just like anyone else.

When I took my car up there for an oil change someone had went through my car and got their oily fingers on my visors and other places. My car is a 2021 so it was easy to see everything they touched. I will now try ada from now on.

Go See Ryan L. at this place. I am from Illinois and I found a truck online that I was going to buy at Stuteville of Atoka, ultimately it sold and I missed out. Ryan, went above and beyond to reach back out with even a better truck and deal. I ended up purchasing the truck. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience working remotely with them. Super nice. Super fair, would recommend them 100%. THANK YOU!!
