I didn't know they will give you a $10 dollar gift card for a old battery and it doesn't matter if it's a 30 pound deep cycle marine battery or a 2 pound motor cycle battery they will give you a $10 O'Riley's gift card for any old battery! Pretty cool...

Came in for free battery testing after my car wouldn t start and I needed a jump in the gosh darned middle of a road trip.Matthew was so professional and helpful, he noticed the terminal connector was loose and after helping pick a replacement one out he installed it for me free of charge.He also walked me through their different options of jump boxes and even explained the intricacies of a V8 vs my engine, all of which was tremendously helpful context.We tested the battery out several times before driving off, and I cannot thank Matthew enough for his help and more importantly the peace of mind he instilled in my family for the remainder of our trip.5 stars, would recommend to anyone in the tri-county area to get any and every auto part from O O O Reilly s

Worst customer service. This store charged me twice for the same item, it appeared on my bank statement from their terminal. They said they could do nothing about it because my receipt only showed one item, well of course it did that was all I bought. But they charged me twice plain as day. Response from Atoka store well you will have to go to corporate to fix that. When I asked for the no. they said look it up online. Great customer service, I have been doing business with this company and belong to their rewards program for years. They have just got my last dollar twice and will not go back. Word of advice do not use your debit card there.

Stopped in here real quick, while traveling, for something to clean my inside windshield off. Find what I needed and the 3 employees working were all quite nice and friendly. I even got a little discount for being a veteran. Thank you.

I was traveling alone with my two children when I noticed my headlights were not working properly. I had gotten my bulbs changed at an O Reillys in Arkansas about a week prior to my stop, but had not been out at night. I stopped in and Isaiah agreed to look at my lights. He checked to make sure they were the correct bulb and then found they had been put in crooked by the other store. Once we got them in place correctly he double checked my brights and my headlights on the side of the building where it was darker. So thankful for Isaiah and his customer service to help me that night!

Never friendly and the prices are overpriced. I can usually order anything off Amazon they carry with a one day wait for less money. So unless it is an emergency stay home.

Parking lot had a lot of parking, the store is well stocked and clean, the people are very nice and helpful. It is comfortable.. for instance, the district manager was in the store, and everyone was totally at ease and comfortable. That shows there is good leadership from the top on down.

We had a light pop on and the guys were awesome. We are road tripping and only halfway there so a check engine light causes panic. They calmed our worries. Answered all our questions and were overall fantastic

This was a great experience! I was traveling back to San Antonio, TX, where I live from my home of Lavaca, AR, where I am from. I tried cleaning my windows and they were just streaking so I had my co-pilot keep an eye out for a parts store. He spotted this store and we went in. The store is very clean and organized and the clerks were very friendly upon entry. There was no book to look up what size I needed so my co-pilot asked. He was given the information within a matter of seconds and we got what we started toward the register to cash out. At that time one of the clerks came up to us to make sure we were able to find the wipers we needed. We told him we did so he escorted us to the front and checked us out. Hands down my best experience at an O'Reilly's and I have worked in the trucking industry for 17 years so I have had a lot of trips to O'Reilly's. :)

I just pulled into Atoka,Oklahoma O'Reily Auto Parts needing a light bulb for a 2012 Chevy Silverado, The young man at the counter named Trevor assisted me. Not only did he go to the shelf and get me the part he also went outside and changed it for me. I feel he went beyond the call of duty to help me out. Many thanks to the staff in Atoka for allowing me park my Sprinter there while parts were ordered.Holly and Jake were extremely helpful in fact after years of Napa shopping for parts I believe JTJ Logistics will be O'Reilly customers in the future.

I want to like O'Reilly because it isn't AutoZone. But let's be honest... our O'Reilly is dark, dusty, small, and not overly friendly or helpful.It needs a bloody good cleaning and some better employees. Maybe get rid of some of the MrGasket parts that have yellowed packaging. The place is just depressing!

Very disappointed in today's visit. My daughter called this morning at 9 for a stall converter for a 2001 GMC Sierra 1500...4L60E...4.8 engine...the lady assured her it had "high stall" and would be in at 2:15 today. While at another store in Atoka, my daughter decided to call to confirm the part was in. She was told no part was in an nothing had been ordered. So we went to the store to confirm. No order was taken. But he did locate a stock torque converter. The man at the register that I went to brought out a part. When I asked how much stall it had...things took a downhill spiral. From there he told me that I need to determine how much stall in particular I needed and determine if I wanted if Street legal. So I asked what options were available. He was instructed by another co-worker to call tech support. While on the phone, while both my daughter and I were in front of him, he proceeded to tell the tech support...laughingly & sarcastically..."Yeah...can you believe it...the guy sent his girlfriend to get the part." Then he told me to go home and look on the internet and bring back a part number for him to order. I admit I personally did not know the details of the part being ordered, but my daughter did. Very disheartened to be belittled for simply being a female. Sad thing is, he himself didn't even know. I called O'Reilly's in Ada and a technician by the name of Walker assisted me. He confirmed the item I was asking about the "stall" had it in the description as "high stall" , same as what the lady told my daughter in the morning. He told me it would be too difficult to look up the options for other converters. My daughter went back in to check with another representative who pulled up 3 options ranging from $600-1200. So for the man in Atoka with his snide remarks...if he doesn't want to help his customers, he is definitely in the wrong business. I want to thank Seth for completing our order. Not only was he able to give us options, but he also installed the wipers on my daughter's car. Sad to hear that the one good employee that went the extra mile is transferring to a different store...

I was on my way to Wisconsin am form Dallas. my truck broke down 10 minutes away from there so I got there it was 8.15 they already had close 1 of the guys was nice enough to open the door for me for I can order my part that I need it the next day when I went there the manager KACY help me put the part back on my truck very nice guys

I went in because I needed a new battery. The associate asked if I wanted my starter and alternator checked just to be sure that there wasn't another issue at play.

Didn't have fuel filter.The employee who was suppose to order for restock wasn't sure if he ordered-he didn't.
