I ve been to Loves all over Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and other surrounding states. This one in Atoka, Oklahoma is the most disgusting building I ve ever been in. The bathroom was so bad I didn t want to touch anything. The floor was like the ground outside, covered with a thick layer of dirt and sand. Nobody was cleaning at all. We went in several times in a 10 hour period and it never got any better. The lady working there was the rudest person and I think she was a manager. I used the same stall all 3 times. The first time it was out of toilet paper and by my 3rd time in, they still had not put any in. I do not recommend any drivers using this Loves for food, showers or bathrooms. I ve never seen a women s bathroom at Loves ever look like this. They obviously need new management! If I could give a negative rating I would!

Not the cleanest Loves I've been too. The Subway employees just seem to be robotic not spacing the ingredients on the sandwich. And seemed kinda skimpy on the meat. The bread was kinda rubbery which was weird because it was toasted. Chesters had HUGE potato wedges.The person at the front register was very nice.

First visit to this particular location. Great place! Love the gas price. We ate there, Chester's Chicken. Yum! Clean and stocked. Restrooms very clean. All the employees were friendly and helpful. In fact, my coffee cup lid was not on good and I spilled it. Duh!! The gentleman pictured below came right over to see if I was burned, told me to leave the mess. He said it was not my job to clean. Proceeded to clean all the while telling me not to worry or be embarrassed.. happens all the time. I definitely appreciated it. Great place for truckers as well! Would return!

Really small, shower was ok clean and I had no problem finding a spot. Its really convenient because there is a small Walmart right next to it

This is my first time at this loves and I was not disappointed by the store itself. People were very nice, the store was clean and well-stocked. The showers and bathrooms were very well taken care of and clean. And it is right next to a Walmart which is a good thing. Fuel Island and parking area are a little tight, but if you know how to maneuver your truck you will have little to no issue.I just got here yesterday around 4:30 p.m. and saw a few drivers have issues trying to back in to their spots. Few of them just left and did not come back. Swift, CR England and Knight Transportation we're in here and could not Park their trucks. Now I'm not saying those drivers are not good at what they do, but it just goes to show that it's not easy getting in and out of here. So if you're going to come to this Love's make sure you know how to maneuver.UPDATE- the morning crew or I guess would be the day crew could use a little more manners and hospitality. They're definitely a little rude in the morning time. I literally just Experian 10 minutes ago. But I'm not going to let that sway me from coming to this loves again.

Wide selection of items for snacks and drinks. Bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Service is fast and friendly. This is a great place to stop.

Good subways, very convenient right next to the Wal-Mart.It had a little bit of everything.Staff need to have a better attitude other than that is fine.

Nice Little loves, great employees. I took a shower and I forgot my headset and the employee actually found it and returned it to me. Thanks for your honesty guys. You're the best!

The system being down for the electronic check in for a shower is one thing, but why on earth would that bar somebody who just wants to shower if the plumbing is working?What possible consequences for the staff would there be if they allowed someone into the shower?Love's needs to do better than to have threat of termination or punishment for employees if they're letting someone use a facility service without a payment. Especially if they're a rewards member whose earned free showers to begin with. What's there to lose if it was free?If it's that much of an issue, then corporate needs reassess their programmers or their pay so it doesn't turn into the store's problem.

Semi driver stops for a quick break and asked for a drink the lady decided to work on bread instead of getting the truck driver a drink.

If you are in a wheelchair, this place is not wheelchair accessible. Their ramp has a bump which makes it dangerous to roll a chair over. At the top of the ramp is a gas tank box which inhibits you from getting your chair there and the front door goes downhill so holding the door open and keeping the wheelchair from rolling away is also dangerous. Then, the bathroom is not easy to turn the wheelchair around the corner and get into the restroom and getting out is just as hard. If you need to use a wheelchair, go to a different location.

I'm not going to post the details of the interaction. Suffice it to say my review went from 3 stars from two previous bizarre experiences with gas pumps down to 1 star. Not the fault of the staff, just a bad policy in place. I left my intended purchases at the counter for them to restock and went across the street to the Pilot where I had no such problem.

Quick clean services with smiles . They have a Subway that's right by checkout . Just remember when turning in / out driveway and in fuel island to swing wide lol. It's my Quickstop !

We stopped here for a shower. They only have 3 showers and all the showers were marked cleaned, but we walked into two dirty showers. Luckily for us, there was one clean. It was very frustrating as we, as truck drivers always are because damn elogs, were in a rush. There is a Pilot across the street with a Moe s. This Love s only has Subway and Chester s. In the same parking lot, there is a Pizza Hut that makes amazing pizza and they re very friendly. Love s parks about 20 trucks. Some is on pavement, some is gravel parking.

I have spent on average at least $1,000 a week on fuel, food and other items at the Love's truck stops. My wife had to use the restroom and we drove over an hour just to get to this location only to be told she could not use the restroom because of water issues. There was literally nothing else open at the time. I guarantee the employees are using the restroom in there, but they would not allow my wife to do so. Pathetic and unacceptable.

Much much smaller than the Loves I m used to,but I was fortunate enough to get my semi parked in the rear of the building (approx 30 spaces maybe less) and grab me a subway sandwich for the night.There s a Chester s fried chicken also, and the staff were very friendly.

As i was waiting to be helped, I watched loves employee handle money and then turn to me and politely say I ll with you in one second as he goes to the sink to wash his hands. I normally have to ask employees to do this but not today. I like to thank Justin for being professional, polite, and clean. Thank you for keeping your customers safe Justin. 1040am 10-21-20

We got lunch from here and it was so good! They had this honey garlic chicken that was addictive it was so good. The biscuits and fried corn were really good too. There weren t a ton of places to choose from in the area and I was prepared to be disappointed but it turned out to be some of the best chicken and biscuits I ve ever had. Who knew?

The Loves is small but okay, staff is great. The Chester's staff however are among the worst I have ever met. The were mostly in the back out of sight laughing and joking. Closed up early & acted miffed that I would want to disturb them with my order. They won't ever have to worry about that again! Seems to be a trend with their employees across the nation. The Subway didn't seem to have the same problem.

The people working the subway line were obnoxiously rude and incapable of following directions. We told them to heat our sandwich halfway, and they literally cut it in half and heat one side once and one side twice. The other sandwich that was supposed to be really toasty was barely warm. They had attitudes the entire time we ordered our food and were horrible. I would not recommend them for a while.

Worse Loves Truck Stop I've stopped till now.. These guy let U purchase a shower and don't advise U there's no hot water..plus shower was dirty as f. Towels smell like urine...U drivers wanna stop take a cold shower here and come out smelling worse just go right ahead. Never stopping here again.

Everyone always likes to stop at loves their bathrooms are usually clean, they have just about what you want as far as snacks and drinks and it makes a great stop when you're traveling

Went in last two nights for fried chicken , and at 630pm they were cleaning hotbox. Tonight it was just empty. Ugh, really didnt wana cook . Whats the deal? Ive always gone there for my dinner meal.

Really disappointed at this Loves. We always try to stop at Loves because we like their products and the people are generally friendly. Last night we stopped in for gas and Subway and were immediately disappointed. Despite the Mask Required sign on the door, multiple people were in the store NOT wearing masks. When I ordered my food from subway, the man working behind the counter had his mask around his chin, not covering his mouth and nose. He then coughed as he was making our sandwich. I told him we d pass on the sandwiches. He looked at me like I was crazy. I told him he s not wearing his mask properly and was coughing on the food then just walked out.

The guy behind the counter was very rude for no reason , and on top of that they served me old chicken, old fries, burned corn and potato wedges , and hard biscuits, and the mac and cheese was the worst I did not even try it , it smelled like spoiled milk ( Chester). I throw everything in the trash after I showed it to them. I have being driven for 10 year , as a owner operator, I I can honestly tell you that my experience at this loves had to be the worst out of every truck stop I ever being 2 not only loves.The showers were not clean at all , wet floor , and hair on the toilet seat. Never again.I hope that someone does something about this , WE TRUCK DRIVERS DESERVE BETTER.

It's a really small loves, the people are nice and there's only 2 stalls in the men's restroom so if you gotta go asap be prepared to hold it a little longer if you stop here. It is a little dirty and parking is tight and there not alot so hopefully your lucky and and back pretty well

I have always liked this place I usually spend 80 dollars a week here but walked in to night got my sub and asked if I could get it lightly toasted. She said can you not see that are toaster is down I said sorry I did not can you microwave it and she said no just do it when you get home I said ok sorry. So when i went to complete my order she was very rude i asked for extra banana peppers and she through them all over and said that's all I'm putting so get over it i said thanks sorry o was not trying to be rude about it and she just looked at me but morally of my store i got a Gatorade and a footlong and charged me 32 dollars and i asked for a receipt and she said
