Ownership switched from Western Auto to Logan & Sons not too long ago and the customer service is as bad as the new tell you anything you wanna hear salesman personalities working there. I ordered a new carburetor and recoil spring for my STIHL weed eater on July 1st 2023. Two weeks later July 15th they said they had the parts but nobody could find the carburetor. I was understanding and said "That's okay I'll come back in two weeks. If you don't find it can you order me another carburetor?" To which the overly anxious yes man answered "yes sir no problem we'll get it!" a week and a half later July 27th I called to make sure the Carburetor was ready for pickup and again the overly anxious yes man said he'd have to look and he'd call me back. I never got a call back. I called the store again Saturday July 29th to which the overly anxious yes man once again couldn't find the part but this time tried to give me Micks number to call and ask where my part was. I responded that I wasn't calling the man on his day off to ask where parts were. Overly anxious yes man responded that Mick wasn't off work but that he just wasn't there and wasn't answering their phone calls but would most likely answer mine. At this point I calmly said "I'm not calling the man on his day off, I'll be back in two more weeks. Either order my part where I can come pick them up without anymore nonsense or I am done even though I've been dealing with Western Auto for decades. At this point the overly anxious yes man says well then I think it's time we go our own ways so you can look for the part on Amazon and he hung up. I'd spend twice the money anywhere else before I'd buy anything from these clowns again.
