Otis was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and helped us find the car of my dreams!! Shane, the finance manager, helped us through the paperwork in a speedy manner and also made sure we had all the copies of the carfax and maintenance histories which is more than I can say for other dealerships. Very trustworthy and honestly phenomenal service! ALSO, they do not buy cars from auctions which I thought was amazing!! I got a great deal on a 2021 jeep that was very well taken care of!

We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry for my 18-year-old daughter from Toyota of Ardmore, and I must say, Jake provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. Pulled right in when we saw the shiny blue jeep on the used lot.Mr. Otis White approached us immediately with a handshake and professional introduction that as a former salesman made me smile and feel very comfortable. Otis seen our interest in the jeep and swiftly got the keys and allowed us to test drive. Once my wife drove the vehicle she was in love.Mr. White got us inside with some water and refreshments and we began to make a deal. Without pressuring me or making me feel like I was pulling teeth like a lot of these other Ardmore dealers like to do (you know the one)Mr. White got with his finance manager Mr. Shane Aaron who had a very friendly and force sensitive office I might add lol. And the two gentlemen worked together and got me in the jeep at a price I could afford and drive away happy!Loved every minute of it. Amazing staff and comforting dealership that won t make you feel like a burden or waste of time. Thanks guys for being awesome and helping my wife get her dream car! 10/10 if I could.I will be back for a Tundra soon Otis!

If you want a car buying experience that is easy, low pressure, and you don't want to be pushed around to by the sales people, Toyota of Ardmore is the place to go. AJ in sales did an amazing job answering any questions or concerns that we had as we made our first big adult purchase. He got us exactly what we were looking for, and was kind and patient the entire time. We loved Shane in finance also! We felt a little intimidated signing papers, but he explained everything very clearly and was great conversation as well. Hands down best car dealership around.

Mr. Andy was very professional and made the buying experience fast and stress free. Very patient and informative. Best car experience! Ottice white was a great car sales man. He was to pushy and rude like some could be! Shane in the finance department was great and so nice! I recommend Toyota of Ardmore Oklahoma over and over! I will go back for the next one!

Buying from Toyota of Ardmore was such a pleasant and easy experience! Before my husband and I even drove up from Houston, Otis was responsive and personable he even shared a video tour showcasing the exterior and interior of the car. Shane explained financing options, warranties, and insurance so clearly and warmly, it was like talking to a friend. From finding my beautiful preowned Toyota Corolla Hatchback online to driving it off the lot, I felt cared for by the folks at Toyota of Ardmore!

I had an exceptional experience at Toyota of Ardmore. Jake is Sales was patient with me as I made my decision to purchase a new 4Runner. He made sure the experience was exactly what I expected. Shane is Finance was amazing as well. He stuck around late and was late for his dinner plans to get all my paperwork completed. He made sure to make the experience as easy as possible for me and my husband who couldn't physically be there. If you are in the market give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!!!

Had an excellent buying experience with Andy Flood ! Very easy process in buying a 2023 Toyota Sienna van the deal was made over the phone with a deposit! The finance department was very diligent about getting all of the paperwork done quickly! Would recommend Andy from Toyota of Ardmore!

Andy was great to work with. We discussed most of the sales over the phone and via text which was very convenient. Most importantly nothing changed when I got there. Shane made the financing pretty easy and got a better rate than my pre-approved rate. I would come back and make a future purchase.

I can t recommend Otis in sales enough! We were prepared for the typical high pressure salesperson and Otis was absolutely not that! He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, did not try to push us into buying something we didn t want, and worked with us throughout the whole process. If you want to buy a Toyota please go see Otis! Also Shane with finance was very nice and not pushy. Great job to all!

Andy Flood in the sales department and Shane Aaron in finance makes a great power team at Ardmore Toyota of Oklahoma. Not only did they give me a deal that I was satisfied with I was able to do a deal over the phone and put down a deposit while deployed. When it was time to do the paperwork everything was just how we discussed over the phone. No hidden fees was applied make extra money just great honest people and that is hard to find when making a big purchase like a car. I definitely recommend Ardmore Toyota of Oklahoma. Thank you so much for the 2023 ( hard to find ) Prius.

My first experience with Toyota of Ardmore was their service department. When I moved back to Ardmore in 2018, they serviced my 2002 Toyota to Tacoma for 7 years. They are professional and put forth their best effort to help you any way they can. After finally selling my 02 earlier this year, I came here first to see what they had to offer. Andy Flood did an outstanding job walking me through the new lineup and explaining the different truck models to me. Although there was nothing on the lot I was particularly interested in, Andy helped me to order the one I wanted. There was a bit of a wait for the new Tacoma to arrive, but it s exactly what I had hoped for. Shane in the finance department kept the paperwork simple and easy. If you re looking to purchase a Toyota, this is the place for you.

So I just got my first car today, it was a little nerve racking because I wasn t familiar with the process of getting a car, but I just want to give a huge shout out to Jake for helping and walking me the process of everything. If you are looking for salesman, Jake is the man to go to! Also, a huge shout out to Shane the finance manager for also being so nice and helping me understand the financial part of purchasing a car! And last but not least a huge shout out to Elvis, he is always so nice and helpful, always willing to go an extra mile for his customers! Car shopping at Toyota of Ardmore was easy, efficient and fun! Jake of Toyota was fantastic! He is hilarious, honorable and helpful! We had so much fun, it felt like hanging out with friends but we got an awesome new car out of the deal! Shane in finance was equally friendly. While doing paperwork we put our votes in on his new puppy s name! Toyota of Ardmore came highly recommended from a dear friend and we can see why!!! For 20+ years Toyota of Ardmore has been our go-to dealership. They've always treated us like family and given excellent service. Otis, in Sales, did not disappoint. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped find us our next vehicle. Shane in Finance made the finance process painless and easy. Of course, Elvis, in the Service Department, has always proven to be kind, helpful, and honest in his dealings with us. We always leave feeling as if we've been treated like family. I had quite possibly the best and easiest car buying experience dealing with Jake in sales. I have never had a sales guy come to me and say I don't know what's taking so long after only being there for an hour when my typical experience was easily over 4 hours at other dealership. I came all the way from Pennsylvania to purchase a car from him I would 100% do it again and Shane made everything easy smooth in finance also not trying to push extremely hard on you at the end to upsale with all the extra stuff.
