Jaren, Tim and Ashley were of the utmost respectful,, considerate, and thorough workers I have met in this small town in many months! They all 3 Went Way above and beyond! If customer service were to be rated on a scale from 1 to 5, they were an absolute 10! I could not have ever asked for better service, and I will go back every single time because of the kindness, respect and jovial service. These three young people displayed exemplary customer service in a world where that is extremely hard to come by! My mother, who has Alzheimer s disease, was with me. She continued to ask many detailed, and rhetorical questions. Not once did they seem aggravated nor agitated. They treated her with much kindness, and respect which I very much appreciated! They should all three be given a customer service award in my opinion! It takes a lot of patience to deal with people who are elderly and have some form of dementia. All three of them handled her with soft and tender gloves, and such kindness! You have a golden crew with these three big winners/ employees! These kind of folks are hard to come by in our small area, and I can only hope that the company appreciates their hard work and dedication as much as my mother and I did!

It was bitter cold the day I went in, but the team worked very quickly to get me in and out quickly. The service manager communicated clearly about every step, and presented professionally. They made me feel welcome and they expressed appreciation for my business. I will be going back.

I literally go here for anything regarding my car they give me great deals, all the staff are super sweet, quick, and helpful. If my cars making weird noises I go here and they tell me what it needs and if they can fix it or not. If not they recommend good and cheap places to get it done

Place is a little pricey, but service here is fantastic. I like that one they offer you water and two you stay in your car. Manager was super helpful. My check engine light was on and she ran a diagnostic on it and told me the code and what it meant. I will be coming back here for all my oil changes.

Dissapointed in the price hike. Around 50%. Took considerably longer than the last time but that was due to fewer people there. The guys that were there did a great job. Will look elsewhere for my next oil change.

They were awesome!! Extremely nice and the last place I took my Toyota put in the wrong oil !!!! They was so informative! This disabled old lady is very thankful and they flushed my radiator!!!!! I recommend them to EVERYONE!

Came in last minute for an emergency oil change and still with it being 2 minutes before close they took amazing care of me, even cleaned my windows and filled all other fluids for free. Ps super friendly people in Ardmore Oklahoma.

The employees are always top notch. Calvin worked on my car and did an excellent job. Take 5 needs to make sure they pay their peeps top dollar because they are a rare group!!!

I thought the techs were very professional and quick. Shops like this typically have a reputation for ripping people off and up charging parts that don t need to be replaced, the shop is very different and does not do this. I will 100% be back and tell people that I know about you.

Excellent service. We were greeted with a bottle of water and even snacks for the kiddos, he was very informative and talked us through the process. $100 for an oil change, checked tires and just all around great service. I've been to a couple of Take 5 Oil Change stations and they have been consistently good. Quick, knowledgeable, friendly and they don't try to beat you down over getting an air filter like some places.
