The customer service I received was exceptionally friendly and honest. The quality of the installation was top-notch and demonstrated the installer s years of experience. They even went above and beyond to help adjust the sound levels of my new speakers, which enhanced the sound quality in my car even further. I was impressed with how well they took care of my vehicle while it was in their possession. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for all of my audio needs!

Hands down the best experience I've had dealing with anyone in the car audio industry. Professional, super courteous and extremely detail oriented. Owner has decades of experience and it shows in the work. I traveled over an hour due to reputation and it was well, well worth it.

Huge shout out to Rob and Stereo Designs! Rob hooked me up with a sweet Setup for my 2023 Hyundai Tucson. From Start to Finish it was a great experience, very knowledgeable with great customer service skills. Rob listened to what I wanted and from our discussion and recommend door speakers, sub and an amp to run entire system. Rob did not try and over sell me and stayed within my budget and a little under. The installation team got me in the next day and what can I tell you about that, but top-notch installation! Professionally done with attention to detail. Rob took the time to demo system and the sound was just amazing. I could go on and on about the level of service I received, but you need to go to Stereo Design and see for yourself. I highly recommend them and will do more business with them. may whoever this will help so you dont experience what a experienced!!!! MEANING OF A REVIEW ROB updated review owner called and was very disrespectful over a 1 star review of MY experience and past experience dealing with stereo designs I could understand if I made up a false experience but calling someone and yelling because of 1star is very unprofessional my advice if you do give them a chance don't call so Rob want make racist remarks like what language are you even speaking when speaking clear english go up there so Rob want talk to you like your a child and try to "check you"= put you in your place like your a kid yelling talked to me in a manner I knew he wouldn't in same the room he could of got me to update my review to 3 stars off a clarification/resolution convo but he handled poorly because their a audio shop that doesn't service looking at the power source of a audio system simple connection 2min fix for 30-50$ because they didnt install MORAL OF THE STORY TRY EM OUT IF THEY WORK FOR YOU GREAT BUT ABELS TOUCH GAINESVILLE TX is great INTENSE Audio OKC my favorite tried to get me out for free because they heard about my experience still payed!! Just tried to keep a simple dollar in my community looked what happened smh

I sent a message via Facebook and within minutes received a reply to come in that day to take a look at my vehicle, Rob greeted me respectfully and was able to show me every option available for my vehicle. He ordered my kit for next day delivery and set an appointment to install. I called the day before my scheduled appointment to see if they could fit me in and after working a big job, Rob and his team came together to work to get me on the schedule. I even changed my mind when I arrived and wanted to upgrade to a better stereo and add a back up camera. To my surprise, they were not rude or upset, they honestly did not mind doing the upgrade even though it was last minute and extra work. They called in another team member to assist with the installation. They ran into a problem with the installation and upgraded my antenna which cost more but did it for free! These guys are the best with customer service, very kind and hospitable! I waited in the waiting area where they had cable television and Netflix, they offered me water and I felt very welcomed and relaxed. Rob walked me through my settings and made sure I was able to navigate through the system before I left. I could go on and on about how amazing their team is! They go above and beyond, are very professional and I highly recommend Stereo Designs

From start to finish, our experience was absolutely wonderful. Our 2008 Honda Fit Sport s OEM radio simply no longer met our needs and was about a decade overdue for an upgrade. Stereo Designs hooked us up! The Honda kit was ordered overnight and installation was the next morning. Communications were outstanding, as was price, tech, and post-install walkthrough. In addition, the waiting lounge made for a comfortable, short wait. Highly recommend! Great job, guys!

Big shoutout to Rob! Dude got me hooked up with a new head unit and speakers! He also took his time to give me answers and his personal opinion on what I should go with. Then happen to get me in the next day for install! Great place will go back again!

The guys are very knowledgeable about their products and take pride in the work they do. I had them install in my Yukon XL and Jeep Cherokee and will soon install in the Megacab. Definitely pros at what they do. The prices are very competitive when compared apples to apples. Thank you stereo design team.

Great guys who do excellent quality work. I went in on a Saturday and within two hours they had my F150 thumpin'. Stick to their advice and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I will recommend them and I'll be back there for my next upgrade.Thanks guys,Blair N.

100/10. Rob was literally the best! Came in and didn t like what I got. Called him and told him I wasn t satisfied. He told me to come back in and literally hooked it up! I love my new system! Def recommended! :))

First time using their services and stopped in randomly asking about upgrading an oem stereo in a used car I had just purchased and was surprised at the fair pricing, availability of on hand pieces and they had the time immediately to do the upgrade. Within an hour they had it installed and even diagnosed and corrected the steering wheel controls which weren't working when I arrived. Great people to deal with, honest, efficient and professional. I definitely would recommend them and will definitely return in the future for all my car stereo concerns.

I needed speakers for mother in law car and they worked us in and installed them within an hour and they were busy. Very polite and the kid behind the counter came out to the car to help me and make sure I knew how to adjust the settings yes but he was very grateful for us stopping in and trading with them. They have a lot of stereo and speakers along with cameras, alarms and key fobs for your vehicles. I will definitely go back and trade with them when needed.

I went there today just came in for a car alarmBut at the end I ended up buying a box speaker amps and installation for a great price and the guys here were freaking amazing and really helpful and polite. Honestly I recommend these guys, they know what they're doing and they're fast and reliable. 5 stars fonzi is one happy customer.

Love these guy's!! I have been using them for YEARS now and they have done an excellent job in customer service and vehicle maintenance. I love the fact I don't feel taken advantage of by sales when I walk in being female and "not knowing much" Highly recommend getting any and ALL your vehicles audio here!!!

DARRELL DICKSON (THE MAN!) and his employees are the best in the business at what they do. Bar None!I've had them do 4 light systems and 1 sound system for A1 Limo Service and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.Darrell absolutely stands behind all his work no matter what!A true man of his word.Thanks Darrell for all you have done to make our vehicles look and sound great!

Rob is great, he worked me up some packages that I was comfortable with. I did go with the more expensive package. And then Rob came back said the technicians installing the system thinks with my kind of vehicle that I would get a better sound if I went with a different package. And the best thing was that it was the cheapest package. So to me that shows that they are make sure you get the best sound system and not just adding money to there pockets. I was very pleased with the end results. Thanks for making my 16 year old girl very happy. Because after all it s all about the base.....

These guys are great! They know the difference between "cheap" and "value" and offer the latter. Cheap stuff from big box stores is just that, cheap. It will likely break before you get to enjoy it while value gives you the most bang for your hard-earned dollars for similar prices. I purchased a stereo from them a few years ago and while there is nothing wrong with it, I wanted a newer one with more bells and whistles. The salesman, Kyce didn't try to sell me something. He asked questions about what I was looking for and educated me to help me buy one; not sell me something I didn't need. I didn't know as much as I should before my purchase and instead of talking down to me for not knowing as much, he taught me about the features and let me decide what I needed. To me, this is true customer service!!! I have met the owner and know that he demands superior customer service and that is what you get when you enter Stereo Designs. They are over 100 miles from me and I will gladly pass all of the big box stores on my way back there for future needs. Quality, value, and customer service are what you should expect and that is exactly what I get when I walk in the door there. If they read this, I would like to thank them for the exceptional service! I have even referred my father to them (also over 100 miles away) for a bed-liner for his truck and he was equally impressed. They have customers for life from Oklahoma City!

I called on a Thursday and got booked for that following Tuesday...everything was great. I've used them before with my YUKON XL...it was bumping then...now we still bumping in the new whip. So...I'm pretty excited...I've had the system for about 3 weeks now. It's still great...I imagine it's finally broke in now...because you can hear the bass in more in depth. Just absolutely love the MEMPs I have in it!!! Anywho...hit them up for all of Stereo needs and more!!!

Originally came in and priced a JL system set and wanted over 2g purchased a set from my friend and went back to have it installed and now magically have a 2 week install and labor prices apparently go up when you don t buy their products and apparently I demanded it be done right away lol all I m saying is wrights customs only open 3 days a week with 1 installer and got me in next day

Had these guys install a system in my 2020 ram. They did absolutely amazing!! Super professional and knowledgeable. Service was the best around and install was same day and super clean!!

Very helpful and not pushy! We had question they had answers to all of them and then asked us questions to make sure we were on the same page. The gentleman took his time with us, told us about the whole process and that you don't just buy a stereo you get their help after the sale.

They installed a new radio in my car for me, when I got home I found an issue with this particular radio, I took it back to them and they installed a completely different system free of charge. Easy to work with and very professional.
