Worst service ever. 6.5 hours for oil changeAnd don t think that was done. Didn t do tire rotation. Didn t top off fluids. Laughed about leaving customers oil cap off.They are scamming customers Scott what s needed.Never again stay awayOver price for serviceShould have read the reviews firstPray you doAnd Tanner has horrible customer service he doesn t care about the customers

Mr Walker in charge did call me back and I believe he truly cares and he will do his best that this kind of service wont happen in the future. I respect the call and understand that employess dont always look out for the best interest of the company they work for so, I will revise my statement that I wont use them in the future to I won't rule it out. Everyone deserves a second chance and its hard to find people to work these days and especially ones that "want" to please the customer. If the ones we dealt with have repeat offenses they need to go down the road for the benefit of this company.If it was the first time they have done something like this they deserve a reprimand and a second chance.

Sent 2022 Peterbuilt by two guys to deliver truck there 1 &1/2 hour drive (one way)for a few warning lights etc... on dash nearly a month ago. After two weeks they said its ready so...there goes two guys 1 &1/2hours again (one way) to pick it up. Not ready! None of the warning lights were even looked at and said they were not told about it and fixed something else. When we had them look at the paperwork it was right there on the paperwork so the service guys must have over looked it!Said it would be an easy fix...just waiting on part. Part arrives and they said on a wednesday it would be ready Thursday and I told them we would come Friday (an extra day) No communication to the contrary so we went Friday and not ready! At this point I called and said at the very least would they deliver it so we would not have to make a 3rd trip and when it was ready they said yes...we cant today but definitley tomorrow we can have it delivered to you. So.... I waiting till 4:00 and called they day they said it would be delivered and they said no way we can do it and when I asked about tomorrow they said nope. sorry. So here we go the 3rd time to Ardmore (3 hour round trip)!They will NEVER get our business again. Never.totally unprofessional all the way around. Do not waste your time with them.

Only leaving one star because I can't leave zero. They don't seem to be able to do anything right, at least the first time. Sometimes they get it right after 3,4,5 attempts but then again even blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.If you're anxious to part with your money try the casinos, better odds of getting something for your money.

Husband went here to get a water pump replaced and when they put the belt back on they put it on backwards and it shredded to pieces. Pay more attention to what you are doing.

Worst Rush in the USA. They won't accept returns on parts that were purchased from another Rush. Well they wouldn't accept mine anyways. Manager said I needed to return them to the Rush I purchased them from. Thanks Rush your doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work. I would rather let me truck rot in the yard than ever buy anything from THIS rush.

Way better than any rush in dfw. Well worth the drive and they may even answer the phone every once in a while in service, but parts has always picked up and been very helpful

Late review.. Back in September 2020, i brought my 2020 579 in at closing on a Friday holiday weekend for a leaking radiator. Only 800 miles on the truck. It was to late to do anything there, but the mechanics and Service writer opened back up so we could search for who had the radiator and if the shop would be open.. On to Oklahoma City. The staff was great and got me to where i needed to go. I will stop here if need work done on my truck again.

They charged me $380 to tell me that my AC compressor was bad and they took out �3.8 of freon and didn't even give me any credit for it. They didn't turn any wrenches all they did is took the freon out.

Shop superisors James and Tapper plus the counter people are excellent and professional people. I would recommend Rush Truck to CDL drivers. Courteous, professional, respectful and dependable. High recommendation.

I showed up with a vibration in my RV. The staff, even though they were busy, got to work on it in short order. Once the problem was identified, they set about making the repair. Parts had to be ordered so my coach was going to be down over night. They allowed me to stay in my coach over night. The parts were received and installed early the next morning. I was back underway in no time. I want to especially thank Wes and Rick for all they did to get me back on the road.

Barry Mason the parts fella is very rude. He threw the parts at me. Told him to have a good day he just glared at me and acted like he didn't know I said a word. A fella walked in that he knows and was nice as can be to him. The parts office actually stinks about as bad as a truck stop bathroom after a day of truckers hitting it hard.

Will not do business with Rush Ardmore again. Spent 30 minutes at parts counter without a soul in sight during the middle of the afternoon. Finally got someone who lost my information when i called back to follow up the guy had lost my information, knew nothing about it. Got in touch with a different parts guy on that follow up who tried to make it right. He sent an outside salesmen by with my stuff. So I needed something else a few days later called the outside salesmen to get a few other items who stated he would bring them later the same day, never called or showed. Next day called the salesmen to follow up and was told he would bring them that same day. Later in the day I called to see where he was since his stated eta was 2 hours past was told he was 20 miles away heading towards me now. An hour and a half later still no where to be seen and wouldnt answer the phone i decide to locate the parts elsewhere at that point. Called and got someone else to take care of it. Havent called rush ardmore since and wont. I might give rush a shot if they get a few new faces in there parts department. Barry is the only one worth a damn.

I called them with a check engine light on and they said to stop in and they d see if they could squeeze me in. Diagnosed the problem, replaced the sensor and had me back rolling the same day. What more could you hope for !

Excellent, Got me right in , no wait, on a speed sensor and engine light on a 2018 . friendly down home staff , courteous thanks for the respect a fella don't always get at allot of truck in places these days.

Tried telling me they didnt have a wire to connect my batteries. After he saw i drove an internatiobal. If u dont drive a peterbuilt, they wont even have a batterie I suppose...v

Went in to buy a truck, walked around the lobby for 15 min and no one even acknowledged I was there so I just had to leave. Not to mention they have a no firearms sign on their front door, that's truly ignorant

Service is very unsatisfied I am at Motel waiting on my truck to be fixed call to update on the truck he said he would call me right back on the update that was four hours ago still haven't heard anything yet so I have been calling service desk it rain so long it just go straight to the message I know not to stop here anymore on a breakdown on a scale 1 to 10 definitely one
