The care that this group extended us was remarkable. We have had reasons to seek help and service at other centers. They were not good. I would recommend anyone with a RV and needs service to seek these guys out. Distance would not matter. It s the service that does

Jerry is a master of his craft in the parts department . I ve never went to them and left unpleased. They definitely will go above and beyond for your needs. You can tell everyone is happy with their job.

While not the closest to my home, PTG of Ardmore is my service center of choice for my RV with the Freightliner chassis. Whether doing service or repairs, they handle it with professionalism and care. The shop is clean and easy to access from I-35. I highly recommend them!

Every time I come in, I get greeted with a smile. Seems like they have a great team there they all work together and they re very helpful with any questions I have about trucks or parts.. I would definitely give them five stars been going there for years, and I will continue to do business there.

Very quick delivery of parts. We have called Roger, our sales rep, in the evening and had the part at our shop at 8am the next morning. The prices are very competitive and normally less than we can get anywhere else. Highly recommend

They Saved our Trip! Our brand New RV sprung a leak in a hose that drained all of our engine coolant. We were instantly stranded in middle of nowhere Oklahoma. They recommended a great hauling/tow company that came and picked our rig up dropped it off on a Thursday night. Friday they found and fixed the hose called us and said it was ready to pick up and we were back on the road with our rig in great shape in 24 hours. They knew we needed it to get to our destination and didn t have weeks to wait. God had his hand in the entire experience and praise Jesus for the amazing team who I ve never even had the chance to meet. ( We picked our rig up late Friday night and even slept in their parking lot to leave our Saturday morning)

My experience with this prime dealership and mechanic shop was extremely great. They were very professional and friendly. The mechanics were nice and clean and respectful and respectful of your vehicles. The people were extremely nice inside the office and they got me in right away. Fix me, put me back on the road before I can even think about how long it could be, this is a company to come to when you need your truck fixed

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I called the mobile tech out on a Sunday for roadside service. It took the tech 5 hours to diagnose and remove the failed part. Tech could not get a part and we had to have the motorhome towed to their shop. The part price changed without notice by an increase of $500. The technician left an impact wrench in the engine bay that fell on to the turbo and melted, shorted out and caught fire. After the repairs the alternator would not charge, after additional diagnosis it was found that the technician did not hook up the alternator wire back up to the starter.

Genuinely speaking premier truck group is one of the most amazing, patient and kind people we ve ever dealt with. During tough times we went through as our truck was in their shop they were respectful and understanding of our situation. They worked with us surprisingly and incredibly well when they didn t need to. I would recommend them to anyone and if I lived in Ardmore they would have bean my primary choice to go to.Thank you all Premier truck group for the chance and help you gave us. Your the best

I blew my turbo 15 miles north of this place. Popped up when I did a Google search and could not be more thankful I found them. Everyone from the service manager, service advisors, and the mechanics were professional and quick. They did a courtesy check of my truck and found a couple of leaky wheel seals and were able to get those fixed as well. The lounge was big, comfortable, and clean. They were also able to offer a discount at great hotel. Def not fun to have a breakdown on the road but Premier made it smooth!!

Excellent service! Especially MATT you are the best. He made sure every question and things needed was taken care of. I needed to have some welding done for my mud flaps..I was a walk in and wasn't legal..I was under my load..they got me in and out..it didn't take long at all..Jessie said he just did a rush job..I cant see where it was bent .. looks pretty dang straight to me. He is a master..THANK YOU JESSIE!GOOD GROUP OF GUYS IN ARDMORE, OKLAHOMA..

When you're on a 5 month trip in a Freightliner Chassis, Class A Motorhome you come to expect good service. I would describe their service as above and beyond "Exceptional Service". On June 29th they were able to fit us into their already booked schedule. Within four hours of our arrival, the problem was diagnosed and repaired. It was an easy wait, their facility was Hospital Clean and had a comfortable waiting area. Their service writers all had a great attitude towards servicing their customers.

Stayed down for about 3 days while they worked on my truck. The guys in service treated me like family and even fixed my glasses. Great people and great service. Every question I asked was answered and every estimated time was accurate. I highly recommend you go see Matt and the guys in service for repairs.

Excellent customer service , i appreciate how kind they were to me and my wife. They dont waste your time at all, i went in for a def pump problem and was diagnosed and fixed same day. Any other dealer near my home in georgia would have tried to make me wait 2-4 weeks to fix it

We had to have our truck towed in. Matt in service Was extremely professional and friendly with the way he handled everything. He was extremely helpful with getting the drivers to the rental and was able to get everything fixed on the truck fix within the next week.

I recommend Premier Truck group over Love's Roadside and here's why. I lost all air supply from debris in the road hitting my air line and disconnected it completely, I called about five companies (including loves that was right across the street) that were unavailable and Premier Truck group answered the call. They sent over a great mechanic named Juan Molina he did some troubleshooting and added some air to the compressor and got me back in motion, I appreciate the quick service and awesome teamwork that Premier offered me.

Matt & Jose were excellent Very knowledgeable and professional. Checked out my concern and I was able to get right back to work knowing everything was in good order with my truck. Thank you for being there and being so accommodating!!! The location is clean and the yard is organized as well.
