Buying your teenager their first car is an exciting, happy, and bittersweet experience that I didn t expect would come so soon and thought would be a little stressful. Our experience today was all of those EXCEPT stressful. Johnny Baker was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the transaction. No pressure, no strings, no stress! Any questions we asked were answered honestly and accurately. Johnny, Rocky, and their team were slammed today (a great problem to have) but made sure we were comfortable and taken care of during our time there. Give Johnny the chance to earn your business, you won t regret it! Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this a positive and pleasant memory that this mama will share with her girl forever!

Possibly the easiest and least painful car buying experience I ve ever had. Johnny took care of us even though we had an appointment with another salesman (who was tied up at the time). They stayed late and we felt like we were treated well and everything was very transparent.

Thank you Johnny Baker! Best car experience I ever had. I didn t know I wanted a brand new car but he really helped steer me in the right direction of this 2024 solar grey Honda. Bought it during the solar eclipse so I know this was a sign from the universe. Definitely would recommend buying from Johnny

Just picked up a new Ridgeline from Sarah, who is fantastic. The sales managers and finance people were all very nice, not pushy in any way. It s super relaxed and they were able to work with me to get a better rate than I got going directly though my credit union. 5/5 or 10/10 top tier folks.

I want to start off that Johnny was very friendly, had great customer service and brought us great vehicles we were interested in, but, we specifically came in for a vehicle listed online as 26,700, got there saw the SUV and the price on vehicle said 28,700. We get inside and start working the numbers and we're told the price is 29,700 plus our trade in everything totalled out to 30,900. I asked what happened to the 26,700 and was told that's ONLY if we finance and trade in with them. Patriot uses the bate and switch tactic and that's illegal. I tried working another price down but kept getting pressured to fill out a credit check and finance with them. I ended up going elsewhere and finding something else I loved without any pressuring and a great deal.

From sales ( Johnny Baker) to finance ( Shellie Mix), they made a pleasurable low pressure small town experience! Compared to the large volume big city dealers this was streamlined and worked with all the incentives and Hondas great financing along with a fair market trade. We drove from OKC .they got us in and out.Thanks Mr.Baker we are enjoying the Passport, back to the Honda brand.

I had the absolute worst experience. I had an appointment to see a specific car. I had texts confirming my appointment, assuring the car would be ready and waiting after my hour long drive.We arrive. My salesman is in a meeting. While waiting, several salespeople approached and tried to gain our business. When my salesman finally came out, he made excuses as to why it was taking so long to bring the car around .they went to get my second choice car while we waited and it had to be JUMPED to even bring it around.Come to find out the car I was scheduled to see had been loaned out to someone FOUR HOURS AWAY.My salesman told me I could look at a similar car and if I liked it, he could deliver the other car..like what?!?!He did not do his job. He confirmed a car without doing his job. We left and purchased a car from a different lot. Still have not heard a word from Patriot.

I drove 3.5 hours one way to purchase a seemingly ideal used car at a fair price. I did not know the wipers were trash, the oil hadn't been changed, and the engine air filter would fail inspection, but those are small matters.The big deal is the bumper was held on by zip ties and extra screws (because the tabs are broken off and the bumper is cracked.) When I got home the bumper had shifted due to the wind so it can be clearly seen. That will cost $2800 to repair according to the estimate from the Collision Center.The salesman, Country, only suggested going an hour away to get a free oil change (that is the closest lot to us and they promote this on every purchase) and the general manager did not return our call.Save yourself money and heartache. Go elsewhere.

My experience was fantastic all the way around. Dustin was great, super personable, wasn t pushy and made every attempt to meet my buying needs. Never felt stressed or overwhelmed during my experience. The service and care provided for my veteran husband was invaluable. Shellie was a joy to work with also.

You drove almost 4 hours to look at the car. They told me to drove great. Took it to O'Reilly's and had at least 18 codes on it that pulled out of relay and put a new one and it was dumb enough to leave it sitting there. The transmission was about to fall out of it. I've never heard brake squeal so damn bad my life and they advertising this car is a good first car for a kid. Oh my god, that wouldn't have made it out of town. Be careful. Make sure you go look at these things. They're advertising online because they're not telling the truth and that's sad. Very disgusted with the whole chain

Was going to spend $7000 fixing a car I didn t even like, and Dustin said absolutely NOT! Instead he got me into my DREAM CAR and was even able to give me the price I wanted! Honestly I usually don t like salesman, but he made me feel super comfortable and confident in my decision. Will be using him for my future endeavors.I was told I would have 90 days of no payments. That would ve been nice to cover the tag registration. When all was said and done, my payment was due in the first month. I tried to talk to patriot about it, and neither Dustin nor financial were trying to help me at all. An over $1200 mistake.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Patriot Honda. My wife and I went to several dealerships and looked at several vehicles. We ended up deciding on a vehicle from this dealership for numerous reasons, but overall they were offering the best deal for what we were looking for. Our salesman(Osante) did everything he could to get what we were asking for.Other than one hiccup which was handled quickly, it was a very smooth process and we are happy with our decision on the vehicle and our decision to do business with Patriot Honda. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

My experience with Tracy and Candido at Patriots was not short of perfect, their perfectionism was everything I needed. Everyone gets a little nervous about buying a new car, but that didn t happen there. First of all I was met in the parking with a friendly face and offered coffee or water, the hold time they were interested in what I wanted and needed. Then treated me as family through the whole process. It was a relief to actually accomplish something so stressful as though it was a walk in the park. I want to say if you need a good car, Patriot is the only place I would suggest, It s the best for your money.

Bought my 2013 f150 from Osante. He was very professional and went out of his way to cater to my busy work schedule. We had a small hiccup when I was told a minor issue would be fixed before purchase of the vehicle and was later told it would not be fixed. He went straight to his GM for approval and got it done. Thanks for making car buying easy and painless!

This place was fantastic! Our FIRST oil on our new van, came up on our trip to Houston, Texas. We were about half hour from Ardmore. We called and they were SO nice, everyone!! They did oil change and tire rotation, and had us back on road really fast! We can t brag on this place enough! Awesome place!! Thanks again!
