I just took my ram in for repairs after a deer hit me they were very respectful and honest they made the process very easy and smooth when dropping the truck off will update when the truck is finished (update) sorry life got away from me but they did good work truck came back in one peace only thing was it took longer than expected but with them being as short staffed as they were i cant blame them ill try to add some photos but im not with my truck rn

My wifes car was back into on the left rear panel she brought it to collision works for a estimate. They was straight forward with the estimate gave worse case for the bumper because sometimes they dont snap back in after a wreck. We sent the car in and left them alone no rush to get it done. Which is smart at a repair facility so you can get the best work. She brought the car home today and the work that was done is spectacular. Ive seen work done at other repair shops in ardmore that use zip ties and aftermarket parts. I checked the part numbers to the parts they used and they used oem parts. I can not tell where the old paint stops and the new starts the paint on the car has flake in it which is hard to get the amout right. They buffed the car out the last time it looked this good was when it was new. We are very very pleased

I used Gerber collision for body repair after hitting a deer. when I picked it up I noticed the paint repair looked bubbled, it was explained to me that they just painted over repaired damage so anything that didn t look right was already there which I did not agree with that t, but took my vehicle home. I have noticed the headlight they replaced is dim and doesn t fit right, the door rubs against the side panel and I have two different trim pieces that are loose. Also, I had a busted tail light that was not included in my insurance adjustment that I asked to be fixed at an out-of-pocket cost which they failed to do.Service: Body & Trim

Collision Works repaired my vehicle due to someone backing in to my car. They were very helpful, professional and did an amazing job on my vehicle. They even detailed my car prior to me picking it up. What a blessing and wonderful surprise to open my door and see a clean interior. I was very impressed with how my car looked after I picked it up felt like a new vehicle. The outside was clean and the inside was too. Collision Works Team is awesome I will recommend them to anyone they do good work.Staff was very good and polite and I always knew what was going on with my car.

The collision works staff are very helpful. They took the time to explain my repairs and break down the repair process for me. My insurance had said I needed 3 estimates and I had made collision works my last stop and I am glad I didn't go for any of the others even though they weren't the cheapest. At the end the repair quality and speed of it is great!! The best in town.

I was extremely pleased and impressed with everyone involved at Collision Works with my repair! I was given an estimate for the repair right on the spot and was kept up to date through the whole process with phone calls and text messages. When I went to pick up my car...on the EXACT date I was told it would be ready...I was shown the most smallest of scratches that you have ever seen on a piece that was replaced. I didn't even get the chance to ask a question because I was told the piece came that way from the factory and a replacement piece was already on the way. The BEST part of this whole story is that when the replacement part came in Collision Works picked up my car from work, replaced the part, washed the car, and drove it back to my work. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

came in for a estimate and told me they could do the thing I needed for 90 dollars and I took it up there about 9am and they took till 3:30 pm to give the car back and I was told two hours the most it would take and when I was paying for it they told me 130 and when I asked for what he said because he didn t put the hours it was going to be on the paper and I still have the paper and it did say the hours they was just trying to scam a young kid and I think it s ridiculous. $40 that coulda been used like I could have waited if I knew it was going to be 40 dollars more than I m informed like don t tell lies. He was nice don t get me wrong but being nice doesn t matter when you tell me you can do something for that price then change it. Then I got in my car and seen 45 miles gone and I asked why he said they had to go to the car wash and it was down the street my radio was turned up all the way and my seat was messed with and not even close adjusted back they just don t care they want money and leave.

They did an excellent job - you'd never know there was damage! They work with Progressive, which was extremely convenient. I didn't have to travel to the city for repairs. They arranged a ride with Enterprise, and the staff were all very friendly. The only small issue was that the little decal was missing, so I'll have to bring it back when the order arrives.

After having my car for a week there was still gravel damage and I had new swirls I my paint. Thanks collision works for using up the money my insurance company gave you and not fixing the problem. Now there is no way I am bringing in my car after you fired most of your people. It would take months to get my car back.

Still waiting on stripes to be redone because BOTH SIDES HAVE BUBBLES under them. Some alignments with fenders seams don't line up...small details forever changed. But after several months passing with no phone call about new set of stripes being in, I'm disappointed. They obviously don't want to complete the job(it's not the customer's fault that the striping is the problem and bubbles happen but this is your job=getting the finer details of vehicles AS RIGHT AS POSSIBLE). As much as they collected from my insurance company and the job really isn't finished.

Guys in the office were very courteous and kept in touch well while my vehicle was being repaired. Couldnt tell where the damage was. Lifetime warranty on the repair as well.

Best place in Oklahoma to get your vehicle fixed. The paint shop does an amazing job at painting cars.

Gave a 3500 dollar estimate on a front bumper and compressor unit for AC on a 2007 fj cruiser. Oklahoma auto body fixed it for $1900. Go to collision works if you like being screwed

They broke some of our car parts just so we would have to pay extra to get it fixed. They didn't keep their promises. Would never recommend. DON'T GO HERE.
