We worked with Marcus and he was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, had a kind smile and was eager to help us find something that was just right for our family.He showed us a few options we were looking into and after test driving we went in to work out a price and they gave us an amazing deal. I wanted time to sleep on it and think and they let us do that without any pressure.We came back in a few days later and bought the Jeep we test drove. Not only did Marcus meet with us and help but Brendan and the owner came in and met with us. We didn't get that customer service anywhere else we went.We appreciate the whole team for making our experience amazing and helping us get into our new Jeep! Thank you guys so much!

These guys are awesome. They replaced my windshield and the found something broke in my USB port so they are getting that fixed for me. This was my first car purchase and they made me feel like family and my kids. They helped us find the perfect car for us.

Marek has helped me throughout the last few years with many issues I ve had with my car.He has been extremely nice and understanding.He made everything easier when there was an issue.Always explained things. He made it easy for me to understand what was going on and the plans for fix it.I appreciate him and everything he has done!! Great person to work with!

We have used Carter County Dodge for years. Today we bought a new truck and Robert Praag and Marcus were very helpful and helped get us in and out. Found us the best deal on a vehicle we love! Highly recommend!!

So I have to give a shout out to Marcus as he did a great job helping me to be able to find a car that was within budget and going to last me a while. He was very patient and knowledgeable about what he was doing and maintained great communication. If anyone s looking to get a vehicle and you are down here in Carter County, and you re looking for somewhere to shop around. Carter County Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is a good place to go, and Marcus I recommend going to.

This is actually a double 5-star review. I traveled up from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area to buy a RAM truck that no one in the Metroplex had in stock. Carter County had two and gave me a great price on the truck and on my trade-in. Don't worry about buying a vehicle in Oklahoma if you're going to register it in Texas. It's seamless and the folks here are used to selling to Texans. There's a reason for that, and it's because they treat you like they want your business. It took less than 2 hours to drive away in my new Ram, and during that two hours, I had every manager and salesperson there go out of their way to tell me how much they appreciated my business. It was genuine, and so appreciated. I've bought a few dozen vehicles in my life from dealers across the United States. Most have been a great experience. None has been this good.

They were amazing. Was getting new rims and tires and tpms sensors. They did a great job. Tracey from services took care of me! Would go back again if something comes up on my vehicles.

Was treated like royalty! I was contacted about not using my free oil changes, with purchase of a new vehicle, and I explained that I didn t have time to sit for hours while the oil was changed. They scheduled me for the next day and the oil change and inspection were completed in under an hour. Service Manager kept me updated via text, along the way. Even received a complimentary vacuum. Excellent customer service!

I don t typically like to write reviews like this but I feel like this was pretty unprofessional of the salesman that works there. I called on a Monday and provided all my personal information for financing a vehicle and I never got a call back the rest of the day. I called in on a Tuesday morning and asked what was going on, and he told me that financing was backed up and that he should be getting an answer before the day was over and that he ll call me back, no call again. Now being Wednesday, I called again to see what was going on and the receptionist said he was busy and that she would get me over to financing dept and the sales person hopped on the phone and they re still waiting. I just told him to cancel my financing and he didn t have a car e in the world. Dodge needs to do better with hiring people with sales skills.So I just checked my credit report and it seems my credit was pulled on the Monday that I first called and the sales person decided to never call me to inform me and on top of that it was pulled again Tuesday and when I called in he said that finance hasn t done anything yet and I called in Wednesday not knowing that my credit was ran already and verbally told that sales person, Dylan Canada NOT to run my credit. I don t know what s going on with Carter Creek and this sales person but this is BS. Honestly, I d recommend going to Seth Wadleys in Paul s Valley they know how to treat their customers right.

I had an amazing experience with Carter county Dodge. I had issues with my previous car. Even tho, we ran into some complications. I was still able to get a different car for less than what my other one was! All thanks to Bo and Dylan Canada

The salesman Cam was very diligent and honest. We knew it would be hard to accomplish what we were asking but he pulled through. The whole team at this dealership treated us with respect and courtesy. They all worked hard and made it happen for us. I appreciate each and every one of those guys.

Marek and his team saved our Christmas! We had to stop in unexpectedly on our Christmas road trip to have a code looked at. The service team dropped everything and stayed long on Christmas Eve to get everything we needed done so we could get on our way. While we were there, many employees came by to check on us, offer us food, drink, rides, give our dogs treats, and wish us a Merry Christmas. It was truly endearing how well we were taken care of and we are forever grateful for the amazing service!

Worked with Jose, told him the truck I was interested in and he had it ready and was able to answer all my questions perfectly.. prices are great especially compared to Lawton where I live. Everyone was great I highly recommend them.

Didn't buy a vehicle here but sold one, I think the whole process might have been 30 minutes. Marcus was great and dealerships don't always pay for a salesman to purchase vehicles so that says a lot. Not to mention Marcus gave me a ride home. Great experience!!

I took the Jeep to Cross Bar Ranch for a day of running the trails. We got in possibly the worst spot you could be in and the Jeep died and wouldn't start. After several tries and a ton of checking and double checking everything it started and got us out to the parks entrance then died.Long story short we ended up having it towed into Carter County on a Saturday night. When dropping it off the sales manager just happened by and said he would make sure it was checked in and looked at Monday morning. I was texted Monday morning before 7 am to let me know they should know something by the afternoon. By 1 they sent me a quote for the work, it was the ignition switch assembly. It took 5 days to get the part, but they had it on before the end of the day. The technician was able to program the old keys so the total charge was $350 less than the original estimate! Amazing!The service department was super responsive, honest, fair and very capable. I love in Denton Tx but my experience was so positive I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I ever need!Great experience!

They posses Poor Costumer service, they lack integrity and Honesty and accuracy as well. Went in for a 30min inquiry turned out to be hours. Very disappointed. Overpriced vehicles all around. No warranties. Patriot Chevrolet has way better deals than these people do.

This is my 2nd vehicle with Carter County and everyone is very nice, professional and really work hard to get you the best deal.Marcus is a great salesman and works with finance to get you in the car that is fit for your budget!!
