This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Extremely friendly staff, easy, laid back process. They do NOT make you feel like you're a number, they truly make you feel like part of the family. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAR-MART OF ARDMORE TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A CAR.THANK YOU TIFFANY, SUE, AND REGINA FOR EVERYTHING.

Since they keep removing my husband's review because they're know they're WRONG.Here once again is proof that they sold me a vehicle that had been branded rebuilt/salvage two months prior to my purchasing it AND IT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED!!! then TRAVIS refused mediation, told my husband we didn't have a mediation agreement etc.do not due business with these people! Look at reviews, at BBB -- not the first time!!!! Multiple people have been done this way!

This is one of these worst companies' I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to do business with. Mostly due to the unprofessional and quite frankly *deplorable* business practices. This company will never lose its reputation of being a dishonest and slimy automotive dealership. The county sheriff look like a bunch of boy scouts compared to this LOT in particular. You cannot do good business with them, it's impossible. The company will find a way to screw you over despite your best efforts to keep and hold a good business relationship with them.It's companies like this that ruin entire sectors of industry. How this company still exists with a business model of total incompetence as the standard operating procedure is mind boggling.

We started on our car search journey and ended up at ardmore car mart the best workers there so friendly and professional it took me 2 day to decide and they were willing to wait for me to make a decision help me with getting my insurance going and they made it very smooth process.. Tiffany and Billie are really great to work with made sure I knew the car I bought was what I wanted thank you guys at car-mart of ardmore couldn't have done this without yall!! ----From The Mitchell's

This company is a joke. Frauds, scammers, liars, always out to screw over their customers and not fix their cars when they break even though you paid for the warranty. Give you the run around , very disappointed in them and Highly do Not recommend going to them. They will cause you so much stress.

Payments a bit more that I would have liked but we now own a pickup. A nice one at that our low credit score didn't matter. Very thankful.

Prices and the mileage are not on the vehicles. They run your credit even though you told them what you are comfortable paying per month and if you get paid every 2 weeks or every week, you have to pay for the vehicle every time you get paid, which is not right. I had mentioned what I was comfortable paying per month several times, but she was doubling my amount! They do not tell you that until the very end. That sounds like a scam to me to get the vehicles back. Half of the vehicles there could not be sold at the time due to the title, a repo issue, or something else. Go somewhere else unless you're rich, I do not recommend. I know people who have purchased from here.

This dealership has gone above and beyond my expectations for a used car dealership. They offer a variety of vehicles and they offer a warranty that will stand behind there vehicle on most, but not all issues. My alternator went out and wasn't covered and the manager paid for the part and helped me out in a tough bind. The financial department had been very understanding and helpful during some tough times. Highly recommended.

Very super nice people from the start. They put me in a car same day I went, they worked with my down payment. We returned here for a second vehicle, Matt was the greatest. Super nice. They got my fiance into a nice car. Thanks again Matt and Car-Mart. Another satisfied customer

Todd & Tiffany along with the rest of the Carmart team we re absolutely wonderful!! Not only am I happy with the car itself but I have never had a quicker, cheaper, or more pleasant car buying experience!! 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to come back for a second purchase!! This location is absolutely amazing! I've been a customer for 4 year's, no matter the struggle I maybe going through April always finds away to help!! Sue is always eager to help as well! Tiffany has put me in my last 2 car's and was super excited to get me into my new one. (Even when I was there for 6 hour's ) Travis is so pleasant to work with and low key funny! I can't say it enough but I'm thankful to be a Car-Mart customer!

Would not recommend anybody to this place I recently purchased a vehicle an the next day noticed my heater wasn't working it was blowing cold so my wife made them aware of this the next day after purchased so now not only my heater doesn't work but now it starting to overheat and they have done very little to fix the problem will not ever purchase another vehicle from there again

Tiffany and April were beyond helpful! They didn't mind us test driving multiple vehicles until we found the one that fit us. Billy has been so gracious to help with needs if we need them. I highly recommend going there.

I can't say enough about this place. Tiffany my sales person was awesome as was all the staff. They went out of their way with customer service including coming all the way to my home to pick us up and bring us to them. We. Are happy with the van. Although it has a few issues they are fixing those things. I recommend them. Awesome job

After going to 2 different Car-Marts, we ended up going to Ardmore to get our 08 Avalanche, they were very welcoming, when it came to getting to business they went through the paperwork very good and quickly answered every question we had. I strongly recommend this Car-Mart it's the best one I have been to. Well worth the drive.

I had a great experience at car-mart in Ardmore. Tiffany was very professional and answered all my questions. If she didn t know the answer she would ask her manager. The manager of the Ardmore car-mart Thomas was awesome! I told Thomas and Tiffany what I had to put on a down payment and what I wanted my monthly payments to be at and Thomas made it happen. This car-mart has a great atmosphere, friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone. I m very satisfied with them.

Terrible place to get a car.If I could rate 0 stars I would.I ve gotten 2 cars from them, and both have been falling-apart since day 1. I couldn t trade them in either during the 7 day period because of some stupid policy or whatever excuse they made up. I can t trade my vehicles in; because they obviously stopped running, or are in such bad condition, it s unsafe to drive. I put them in the shop, and low-and-behold nothing is wrong with them they say, like wow, where did you get your degree at. I ve had to go to other dealerships and get a car, as car mart is not helpful in ANY WAY, besides making you pay everytime you get paid, and that s even an inconvenience at times. The fact of the matter is, just go somewhere else, this is probably the worst place I ve ever gotten a vehicle.

This team went above and beyond for me! It s my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and they made the entire experience a quick and pleasant one. Tiffany and Tommy were great to work with and got me into the perfect car for my family. Had a little hiccup with something a couple days after buying the car and they got me right in to find the issue. Billy was wonderful and they did all they could to make sure I was back on the road and happy. I ll definitely come back in the future!

Everyone was so helpful, when I was about to give up on everything because of insurance issues, Matt Todd took time out of his day to sit in his office and look for a better deal on insurances for me so that I can take my new car home. Everyone was so incredibly sweet! I'll work with them again and will recommend them to everyone!

Horrible place to get a car. Act like your a hassle to talk to,shop manager acts like you are bothering him when your trying to talk to him. The car I got is in and out of the shop. I made a complaint to the regional manager never even bothered to call me back. If I could rate it a zero star I would have.

I went in with bad credit bc of a repo that was less than 6 months old and was able to get into the truck of my dreams. Thank Car mart
