I have been coming here for years, and this is by far the place I recommend for automotive maintenance. I used to use Patriot prior the coming here; however, after being charged $70 dollars for a taillight replacement that I later did myself for ~$5 and 5 minutes (prior to their current management, to be fair), I asked a family member where to go and they pointed me here. Anthony, Olivia, and the rest of the staff here have always taken excellent care of me and my vehicle, and are great at keeping me updated when my car is in their care!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Had to call several times to see what the DX on the truck was, once it was diagnosed, I had to call several times to see the progress. I was quoted on price but when I got the bill everything was higher than the quoted price. The battery and on cable were replaced the other cable was corroded and put on the new battery without cleaning it :( I was very frustrated until Olivia took over, I had asked for an oil change it wasn't done so she had it taken care of call me back in a few hours and let me know the final bill. She apologized for my frustration. We've been a long-time customer of this dealership but so far the new management hasn't lived up to the old. We'll give them another chance if it's still frustrating, not so wonderful customer service, and pricing higher than quoted we'll have to go someplace us for all over vehicle needs.

Olivia Thompson is awesome and is the only reason I returned to Broudy Nissan. I called Olivia before I brought my truck in and told her a short list of concerns. When I arrived, she and I went over the list and I confidently left my truck for service. Olivia called the next day to say that due to my gas tank being full they could not diagnose my "fuel tank is slow/difficult to fill" issue. We discussed several options on how to remove the gas. I suggested that they transfer/siphon enough fuel to diagnose. I was told that they could not siphon the fuel. I told Olivia the only thing I would agree to was for them to transfer the gas to her vehicle and then another's (if needed) to remove enough fuel to diagnose. Olivia called me later to say that her manager could drive my truck home to Dallas, Tx. to burn fuel, if I agreed. By which I responded, "that's a hard NO!" Olivia said, I thought that would be your answer.In line with the excellent communication Olivia has always provided, she called the next day to say that she was out and that Savannah will be taking care of me. That seems to be where the "substandard service" started. Over the next 2-3 days I called and asked for service/Savannah (went to voicemail). So, I left voice messages. When Savannah finally returned my call, she said, "I'll be honest, Olivia failed to say whether or not you were ok with the manager driving your truck home...So, he did.Then, and now, I prefer to speak to the most senior person (in person) to discuss what went wrong and how to make it right. This has been my worst experience at a dealership. Upon my first feedback/review asking "who is the most senior person at Broudy Nissan to speak to regarding substandard service". April 17, I received a callback/voicemail from Becky at Broudy (no last name or title). She said she was calling about my "little post" and wanted to follow up and to please call her back. She offered no apology for my perceived substandard service and spoke no intent to resolve. Seemingly, she would have spoken to the service department to gather details from those involved in order to resolve any customer concerns. When I returned her call the receptionist seemed confused when I asked to speak to Becky. After being placed on hold over 3 minutes, I chose to hang up. Assuming someone there was genuinely concerned, I allowed ample time for them to gather details from those involved with the service call and follow up with me. Now, one week later, no call back/ no follow up. I'm assuming Broudy does not care about what went wrong. Or, they spoke with the service department and gathered info and simply choose not to follow up. Lot's of assuming on my part, due to their lack of follow up. My intent was to resolve the "substandard service" issue in house with Broudy Nissan management.The following supports my perceived substandard service.#1: Driving my truck (from Ardmore, OK. to Dallas,TX. , approximately 115 miles one way (to burn gas in order to diagnose). I very firmly said DO NOT drive my truck to Dallas.Mileage in: 155,585. Mileage out: 156,071. 486 miles.#2: Misdiagnosing as "flap inside fuel tank stalled". Estimated cost $2,000+ to replace the fuel tank and approximately $4,000 if I wanted to "go ahead and replace the fuel pump, while they have the tank off, since it's never been replaced." I refused service, upon being given these estimates. I had my mechanic pick the truck up and take it to his shop. He diagnosed the issue with a smoke test $45. Replaced Purge valve 1-PV693 @ $179.95.$45 for labor and $6 for shop supplies. Totaling $292.92 including tax. On top of the $149.95 diagnosis charge from Broudy Nissan.So, was my experience standard or substandard?Not expecting follow up.

All friendly and kept us informed. Worst part they were not busy but took 3 hours. Should have had a loaner vehicle and or drink machines. I drink sodas or flavored water. No stare's. Sold us a vehicle, saying it has airride suspension,, Major buying point for us!. Service suspension light came on. Got it to the dealership as soon as i got enough time of work to do so. Turns out the airride suspension had been removed. The dealership will not fix the system! Told us we should have crawled under the vehicle to verify it was still on it when we bought it. Even though they sold it to us saying it had it. I would not do business with a company the lying just to sell.
