Broudy Nissan was the smoothest, no-pressure car buying experience we've ever encountered and was definitely worth the drive! The entire staff was very professional and respectful of our time. We purchased two vehicles from this dealership and they went above and beyond to ensure we got the right vehicles at the right prices. We highly recommend Broudy Nissan to anyone in the market for a new car! Give them a call and they will take care of you!Huge Shout out to Zach, Brenden, Chris, and Becky. I can t say enough about this dealership! The GM called me personally to have me come down and see what they could do. Knowing I ve been taking advantage from in the past and thinking I would be stuck in that situation long term. They helped me get out of a situation nobody should ever be put in. These gentleman made me feel like I was their first customer. I owe this dealership more than a 5 star review! From the salesman to the GM to finance these guys are awesome. I would definitely recommend any friends or family to this dealership that personally makes you feel like family and not just a sale. Thank you guys so much for making my 1st ever brand new car possible and offering the best deals in Oklahoma

I had the best experience working with Broudy Nissan. They worked very quickly and diligently to get me the car I wanted and met me half way to deliver it, as I live in Texas. I have bragged on them for making this the easiest car buying experience. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly, I never felt like just a customer . I highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a new car. When I met Daniel he was very polite and helpful trying to find a car I liked. I was short on time so I made an appointment with them 2 days later. I ended up coming the next day but Daniel wasn t there. I met with Abby and she was awesome! She showed me several vehicles and I test drove a couple. We came back the next day and Abby showed us a Pathfinder that was just delivered and it was the ONE!! The GM Tim was great to work with and gave us a great deal on the vehicle, a lower price than we expected and gave me more for my trade in than anyone else would have. The finance guy Chris was terrific and even told us some great places to eat in Baton Rouge. The service people got our new Pathfinder ready and we drove out of there happy with the whole process! I would highly recommend Broudy Nissan and encourage everyone to meet with the amazing staff!

I walked in and was greeted with a smile from Timmy. I promptly told him I was only there to browse, his exact words were "We're all family here. Let me show you around".... which he did and made me feel welcome. I really appreciate that.And that is the kind of customer service that will get my money when I return. Thanks Timmy..

My experience with sales was fine, but the followup appointment the next day to have the windows tinted has me a little disappointed. I bought a 2024 Nissan Altima SR Turbo for 40k on a Friday and was to return the next day to pick it up after the windows were tinted. When I arrived Saturday I was informed that the tint guy was a no-show. So they rescheduled me for Wednesday, then they said he wouldn't be there Wednesday and that it would be Thursday. So right now Im not a happy camper at all.Im updating this review to a 5 star. The issues were corrected and I am very satisfied. When I arrived at the dealership yesterday to have my windows tinted the owners nephew came out to meet me. It seems there was a breakdown in communication somewhere along the line. He asked me to contact him directly going forward and if he had to he would pay for whatever I needed out of his own pocket. The bossmans name is Chris Lavalais, and he made it right. I feel like this is the beginning of a long lasting friendship, and I look forward to buying more cars at Broudy Nissan of Ardmore,Oklahoma.

Went in looking for a used SUV. Spoke to Timmy and he showed us a couple cars with low miles. was not planning on buying right then and he was very understanding and respectful. He asked if we would be interested in a new rogue so we looked at it and loved it. Went to the bank then came back and drove our new car home that night ...If you ever are looking for a vehicle and don't want to be forced into something go see Timmy and all of the sales people at Broudy NissanThank you All

The sales department of this dealership was wonderful and quick, AT FIRST. I have had issues with my BRAND NEW 2024 Pathfinder that I purchased, and have gotten laughed at when calling up to have it looked at. I have had HELL getting my trade-in paid off. We are now over the 30 day threshold and I am having to contact the dealership daily, to be told it "still hasn't been taken care of". Amy, that I am transferred to for this matter, is hateful and cuts off anything you try to say. (when she actually answers the phone) They immediately, after purchase, stopped answering our calls if we call in our our phones (and our name on their caller-ID) so I am having to use friends/family or work phones to get them to even answer. A good friend of mine has had this same issue, along with them sharing all of our personal credit and finance information with the other party. Would 100% NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY. I have never had to contact a dealership to pay my vehicle off.... this has been INSANE.

I had the best experience as a first time car buyer working with Timmy. He was so helpful and answered any questions I had and was very easy to work with! Talked with him about exactly what I was looking for and he did just that. Will have my business from here on out

This was the fastest car buying experience we have ever had. 3 hrs from walking in the door to driving off with our new truck (off the showroom floor). We absolutely love the truck! We will definitely be repeat customers

I tried to buy a car and couldn t agree on numbers! Was constantly disturbed by a little girl running around trying to boss everyone around. I have nothing against kids but when you in a place of business you expect a professional presence. The was a boy throwing a ball at a wall which I thought was unprofessional as well. I asked if they were the owners kids and they apparently belong to one of the girls in the back. Even the salesman thought it was unprofessional and didn t understand why she has her kids running around like she owns the place? Totally unprofessional and not a good look.

The staff was cordial and helpful. Daniel was polite, listened to my expectations and negotiated a deal that suits my needs. Very patient and engaging. Very good attitude and easy to talk too. Thank you Daniel and his team.

We purchased a used vehicle from them 6 months ago. They aren t professional by any means. They messed up the paperwork not once but twice. And then failed to purchase my vehicle in their system resulting in my credit report reflecting delinquent for months. Not to mention it s incredibly hard to get ahold of anyone who works there for any questions or paperwork you might need.

This buying experience was one of the best buying experiences I have had... they went through the trouble of rearranging the entire showroom just to bring in my son's new car and put a bow on it so I could surprise him... Michael ptak was such a non pushy calm knowledge filled salesman. He did not push us into anything we were comfertable with! He took his time found me the perfect car and made it so effortless for us! I highly recomend the people here and deffintily michael ptak

I haven t purchased a vehicle from them yet but the guys in the service department are awesome! I ve had to do a lot of maintenance on my Titan here lately just due to age and they have made it super easy for me to drop off a pickup. Thanks Ethan and Hunter!
