They yelled at me my uncle and my aunt for walking into the shop to look at something on the rig and got into a screeming match with my uncle for him trying to get his wallet now there being vindictive about "making shure everything is right" we have been here for 3 hrs for a inspection and pm we were the first ones in nyther will my my uncle or any of the other drivers we know be back they are being vindictive and are neglecting the office and customers everytime we walked in the store there was no one in the office then yell at us for going to our truck trying to say we need hard hats steel tow boots safty vests and safty glasses because of "osha" i wold believe that but why doesn't the tech need them on

Obviously it costs a few bucks to change the oil in a big truck but these guys made it better with their friendly and professional demeanor. I appreciate being talked to in a polite and respectable way. Sometimes it seems like being nice is going the way of the dinosaurs at times!! Good on these fellas and thank you. Bryan and Kevin are awesome and were obviously brought up right. Kudos fellas, all of you. Good shop.Service: Oil change

It was a great experience! They were able to squeeze me in and get my damaged air lines reconnected. I was back on the road within a couple hours as they had a couple trucks ahead of me. I was able to salvage a day that I had thought might have been a write off.

Worsts customer service first and last visit to Boss tire. The service writers are very rude. they charge me double hourly labor for welding my trailer one side metal bar madflap hanger, they said they charge double for welding. I checked the part they welded almost fall off to the ground they welded it again no customer service no quality don t waste your money and time on this place.Service: Body & Trim

Mr George, how much you pay for the new guy? He's no good.Now serious. Came there for an oil change and job was done in 2 hours with no trucks ahead of me ,also they didn t have fuel filter. After they're done I point out that they didn t grease the whole truck and guy who didn't even work on it had attitude with me, run to the office and I got kicked out of shop,also didn't check my gear boxes. I wish I read the comments before I deal with those guys.

I'm been in trucking bussines more than 12 years with more than 10 tricks in fleet so, you can gusse how may time im been in shope in different state but I never ever seen like this shop and people even the cashier lady aggressive and cheating I put my truck it cranking but not able running they told me is battery but the battery was 2 months old I tell them that he.keep say no I let him to change but not working then he starter and I say I don't think so he yes I let him change it still not working then he say fuel pump I say you guy why keep trying every thing why you don't find what is wrong with if not.leave it I will take same wheren elesthen he act I'm sure the problem is fuel pump he take it off then he missed up my engineThen he say there is same thing in engine and can not do here take it same where then they make me crazy but no choice I said ok but I'm working all day you to pay me $3000 I said what all of them same word then I found out they did it puperpesley to collect same body honest money I'm gonna sue them for my engine but don't go in this place never ever unless you want miss your equipment and give them free money

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They attempted to overcharge me. Once I stated that I would go to the neighboring Loves the guy seen in photo behind glass. Got obviously upset and removed tired without my permission then they would not put the removed tired back in place. They wouldn t dispose of any damaged and removed equipment.They made me load an inflated tire (removed without consent), brand new 22.5 in rim, and removed damaged tire in my sleeper cab without help.Worse truck stop experience by far.Joshua Camerena is not a good employee nor representative for this company.

Lied to me. They gave me permission to go get a part and when I got back they said I lost my position in line. The black gentleman is the one who lied to me. He knew I wouldn t be able to get my spot back and it would be less work for him, so he gave me permission to leave. When I got back they said they couldn t get me and we re going to close soon even though I had already waited twoHours.

Rip offs..Charged me $150 to look at three fuses and tell me there was nothing they could do. Talked to the manager over the phone, and after a secret powwow between him and the employees, he called me back and said he'd only charge me half. I said I wasn't going to pay more than $30 for what they did. He then told me he wasn't going to offer a discount anymore and to call corporate and hung up on me.Service: Electrical

I limped in on a Sunday morning in need of a rotor and brake job. This place does Semi trucks but made an exception for me. I got a fair price and they drove 47 miles one way to get a gasket that was a special order item . My week is booked as I am a hotshot driver.headed to Texas tomorrow. I m rockin with these folks the long way. They exhibited a degree of professionalism and willingness to assist me.Chad serviced my truck . This guy earned my respect and trust.He needs a promotion.He ll definitely be getting a Christmas card.Service: Brakes

Oh my gosh! If I could choose more stars, I would. Traveling from Florida. Had a problem with one of the dual rear tires on our class C RV. Side wall of tire had blown out.Pulled in and called our travel insurance. While waiting for a follow up dispatch call the young technician came out to look at our issue.Totally expected to be overcharged and taken advantage of if we used a tire service off the interstate. NOPE! $15.83 and he had changed out the tire with our spare and we were on our way! Office ladies and technician were genuinely kind and honest. Beyond astonished and thankful.Service: Tires

Kevin went above and beyond to help us. Leaving Oklahoma back to San Antonio and truck wouldn't start. He came out to winstar Casino and put in new battery and checked everything out. I highly recommend them for any vehicle issues you encounter. Definitely use him.Service: BatteryService: Battery

I tried to leave a detailed written explanation of the service I received and the customer service I was shown and given. Not really sure why it would not post but I will be contacting Corporate about the service and management I have done business here for several years and now that they have lost alot of thier employees from before and the management changed it is horrible.

Fast knowledgeable and great service! Pulled in with a tire issue on our Monaco RV pulling our Bronco and the gentleman that helped us was top notch! Thank you, sir!

Bran new shop so its very clean. Was super nice and did what I paid for. Was allowed to change my wiper blades myself, inside, instead of outside in the rain.

I would like to think the boss shop for sending service technician Chad out to change my tires he was exactly on time and had a good attitude the job was a tough job and he kept a good spirit throughout the whole job thank you again Chad and the Boss shop in Ardmore Oklahoma
