We had to reschedule, but they got me in right away, and any inconveniences that might have occurred, they explained and walked me through what process they recommend. Great service all around, and I would recommend them in the future and use them again.

I drove over an hour to these guys to have my windshield replaced after two local shops were no shows for the appointments they set.I actually arrived at bivens auto glass about 15 minutes earlier than my appointment but unlike my local shops these guys were there and went right to work replacing my windshield! All together I wasn't there 45 minutes and they had my old glass out and the new one installed! Couldn't be happier with their service or their attitude.I highly recommend bivens auto glass and will be using them from now on.Thanks again guys

We had a bad experience trying to get our back window fixed through another place before going to Bivens. I called on a Friday and had my car fixed by Monday morning. Took no longer than an hour. Amazing friendly staff! Had a busted windshield and gave Bivins a call and as always he got me a appointment right away pulled into the shop at 10am and was back on the road by 11am! These guys have repaired my windshield when it had a ding and also replaced my windshield when it cracked all the way across. The incidents were NOT related!! They are fair and Honest. And they beat prices from any other glass place I ve checked into. This is the second time I have used Bivens Auto Glass since receiving a referral. We have several over the road trucks and find it not always convenient or timely for glass replacement.I called Jerry and he said he had availability for my glass I gave him the Vin # make and model. Within an hour I received a call that the glass was ordered given a fair price estimate and scheduled installation.My appointment was for 9am inevitably my load was load was misloaded and didn't allow me to arrive at appointment time. Jerry said to keep proceeding and just update an ETA.When arriving they moved some vehicles and the technician named Braxton almost immediately began windshield. There was solid professionalism throughout the process that was less than an hour for 2 flat windshield s and cleanup.Just this week I went through the same ordering and scheduling process . When the driver got there he experienced the same professional treatment and the job was flawless and the price was as quoted.In other reviews it doesn't mention that Bivens Auto is on a wide paved road with a solid stone drive with ample room for truck and trailer to pull in for work.Thanks again Jerry and Braxton for providing great timely service and making things work out .You will definitely be our go to glass facility .

Fantastic customer service! We collided with a rock and got a nasty chip in the windshield while driving through Oklahoma. A quick web search helped us find Bivins along our route. After calling them, they were waiting for us when we pulled up. These guys went out of their way for random harried travelers. They took great care of us and had us back on the road in no time. Seriously, these guys treated us as if we were long-time customers instead of people they would never see again. So amazing that I would almost drive from Kansas City for this level of service to make Bivins my "home" shop.

I bought a car yesterday and driving it home the high winds popped off the trim on my windshield. I went to an auto parts store who told me they didn t know how to fix it and recommended going to Bivens. It was Sunday so I figured they d be closed but I tried anyway. There was a man there working and I told him what had happened, he came out and repaired the piece that had broken. Took him about 20 minute and told him I didn t owe him anything! Highly recommend them. Very kind and knew what he was doing.

Guy there was very nice and at least tryed to fix my windshield. Only time will tell.But other people looked and said no u need a new windshield. Very good place to go seem like Good honest people.
