They stand behind there work! I recently had work done on my trailer. After 2 weeks for whatever reason the repair failed. I called and Walt said that he would take care of it. The next day I arrived they got right on it. I will say that the cost of this warranty job cost the shop more than the initial repair.I can't say enough about there commitment to correct the repair. My driver broke down here...I have to say I have never experienced the level of customer service these guys had towards my driver and myself. Wow! Kenworth and rush told me to buzz off for a week. This guy sends out a mech, tows it in then spends Friday night and sat morning getting him rolling. After giving him a ride to the hotel that they found for him. Wow! I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Great job!

MC Kenworth called this company to come get me back up and running. I lost air pressure. Kent came and took care of it. Fast,courteous, I will recommend to my friends. KW had enough faith in this company to pay for the extra time and miles for the drive.

Is there any way to leave less than 1 star? Seriously tho, I used them for a service call. They came, worked on truck, said it was fixed. Less than 1 block into my trip its obviously not fixed. I immediately call the mechanic and he tells me it will be another $85 service call fee and 2 hour minimum at $85 per hour. Just wow!

I used their road service they are fast at getting to you but charge way to much just to replace 5 inch upper radiator hose cost 333.86 that's 85 service call 63 mileage and 170 for 2 hours labor. I think the 85 service call should have included 1 hour labor just another RIP off for trucking company

I was broke down at exit 47 on I-35 North bound, and they were nice enough to get a wrecker out there and tow me to a Peterbilt in Oklahoma City. They called and checked on me to make sure I was okay until the tow truck got there. Made me feel better to know someone cares. Thanks Troy for that service.Connie

Went in for AC repair tried to sell a bunch of parts I didn t need. Replaced leveling valve on trailer crossed lines over inflated air bags had to fix myself. AC ended up being just a hose and not everything they wanted to replace that would have not fixed my problem. Will not ever go back there. Upside they were friendly, haha

Yea they brought me my parts, 95 dollars to bring it 8 miles made US put the parts on 200 dollars later we were ready to drive without their help, won t be using their service and you should either
