Dennis and Smiley were amazing! Professional and so helpful! As I just entered the Oklahoma border I realized I had a headlight out. Had to travel just over 30 miles arrived at 8:58 pm they found the right bulbs was able to use a military discount then Dennis installed the new bulbs on both sides. We drove away at 9:11 pm. These Gentleman are worth their weight in gold! Thank you again Dennis and Smiley

This place made me so frustrated! The kid helping me didn't know what he was doing to check my batteries. He asked me to shut my hood when I finally told him that he hasn't checked the other battery. He also connected it completely wrong. I didn't feel like the workers were friendly at all. I won't be back. I went to O'Reilly much much better place

I've walked in there twice in the last two weeks ,,, I see them there standing of course they see me , I waited 10min both times and I never got helped,i stepped out,and both times went to O'Reilly in madill where i live and was helped immediately,,,

Martin was very helpful in putting the bulb in for the third brake light in our car, even though it was not easy and the first employee was not really helpful. Martin had a smile the entire time as well. I hope that he is recognized for his good customer service, we appreciate him

Noah was extremely helpful with navigating the sea of choices that is hydraulic fluid to get me exactly what I needed! All the staff I talked with were both knowledgeable and helpful on my visit. Will definitely be coming back

My shopping experience could have been better if the manager would have taken the time to listen to me instead of rushing me out the door just because your busy. Take the time with your customers and truly attempt to help them if you want them to return.

Today James helped me. He goes above and beyond for sure. Not too often you find service like this in these times..He fabricated the solution on site to solve my problem. We need more people like James. It would be detrimental to lose this guy.

Terry and James are the backbone of this place great atmosphere and I don't feel like im talking to a robot when I go in there definitely better than oriellys here there's no kids playing on phones and avoiding you or some rude manager telling you to kick rocks. Most definitely will be back!!!!!

James was so nice and incredibly helpful! Our AC was having issues on a long and HOT trip to Texas and he replaced our carbon filter with a very kind and helpful attitude. Saved us from heat exhaustion. Thank you James!!

**Huge Rave for James L.!! I thought my warranty had expired on my battery already and he double checked for me and it was still covered. Very awesome experience!!They helped me figure out that my car battery was bad and they installed the new battery for me. They were awesome!

I consider this the better choice of the automotive stores in Ardmore. The staff, for the most part, know what they are doing and talking about, but it s usually understaffed or too busy. I have also experienced having to wait to be helped or check out while multiple (2+) employees were congregated around another customer or were just not being very observant. Their stock sometimes can get low, and their website stock and store stock don t always say the same thing - but that isn t uncommon with sites\apps that allow you to see stock status, and it s usually not updated at the moment you check. Overall, I do recommend to seek them out if you have car parts needs.

The manager was so helpful when I went in today to buy a battery. He came outside and checked my battery to see if it was bad. When he saw that it was, he went in to check my warranty. After that, he brought the new battery out and installed it for me. I can't thank him enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
